We enjoyed our stay very much. Linda was a joy to work with...she quickly responded to our questions and provided solutions to any concerns. The house is very well designed with a bathroom attached to each bedroom...perfect for our 3 generation family. The pool is clean and delightful to use. We also enjoyed the dock and easy beach access.

Great house, plenty of space, even an extra half bath outside of the ones allotted for each of the 5 bedrooms. Balconies for each room, plenty of parking and an overall great experience. The owner was super nice and personable, she made the experience so easy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

The house was nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms where very nice and clean. 5 bathrooms was awesome! Esp for big groups. Nice pool and lounge area out back and a nice deck for fishing on the marsh! I highly recommend this house! Until next time! Ryan and the crew!

Good location and comfortable

We come every year for my birthday and even though Hurricane Ian tried to spoil it the owners wouldn’t let that happen! By far the best place we have ever stayed, amazing accommodations for our 2 pups with the back yard being fenced and even having a little extra space beyond the fence. The crab dock was so much fun, it got swept away in the hurricane but I know it will be replaced timely because minutes after the hurricane was over the owner was down and assessing any damage and putting the place back together as if there was no hurricane. We lost power for a good bit and they made every accommodation they could to put us up in other homes that had power that were welcoming to our pups as well, can’t say enough about the hospitality that was shown to us considering the devistation that was endured. You, friends and pups will absolutely fall in love with this place as well as the wonderful owners!!! Peace, love and happiness, Brandon, Kelly, Boomer and Sooner

This property was perfect for our group of 7 adults & 1 child. Plenty of parking, lots of bathrooms & bedrooms. The pool & dock were enjoyable too. About 1.5 blocks from the beach. Owner was great to work with & quick to respond to questions. Very clean too!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our extended family. The pool was great, especially after spending time on the beach. We caught some fish in the inlet in the back but they weren’t keepers. Would definitely recommend renting this property if coming to Garden City.

Great location, loved you can ride golf carts around

Check inIt was a bit confusing since we were given the entry code for the wrong unit and were settling in when we quickly had to change to the adjoining unit after getting the correct code from the host. After the first day confusion our accommodations were just as advertised and the host was very communicative. It is fun to be on the marsh with a shortwalk to the beach. They do accept pets but be sure you check with host since anyone who treats their pets as members of the family may want to book a more pet "friendly" location. It is a large roomy house with plenty of room for a large family or group. Nice pool and dock on the marsh.

The house was perfect for our family! Clean, cozy home, made us all feel right at home. Owner communication and booking was fantastic. When we visit Myrtle again we would definitely book this house. Thank you Linda for sharing your home with us, we made great memories there this week!

House was so comfortable and spacious. So close to the beach. Area close enough to fun but keeps the old beach feel.

Great experience would rent again

Hosted our large family at this beautiful house for our son’s college graduation. Great space for entertaining! Loved the pool area and access for fishing and proximity to the beach.

We stayed here for Spring break with a group of friends and family of all ages. The weather was not ideal but the house was great. Beware, there are a lot of stairs which is not a problem but good to know. There is a private pool, just wish it was heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean with a few exceptions. There was an issue with the dishwasher still containing dishes from previous guest. Not sure if a moisture issue but there was a very nasty looking stain inside the door. Many attempts made to cleaning the inside door before comfortable using for dishes. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay. A really lovely home away from home!

Property owner super friendly & easy to work with. Property was exactly how it appeared online. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 13. Very convenient to the beach, shopping and all that the area has to offer (which is a lot)! Super happy with our experience.

We had a wonderful week relaxing with family . Great location , beautiful marsh views and short walk to the beach . Everyone enjoyed the private pool and fenced in back yard . The only issue we had was leaving deck doors open because we wanted air flowing through the house. One of our little ones had a cold and we were being extra cautious with germs and cleaning and just didn’t want anyone else to catch it . The owners get alerted each times door is opened and they will cut your A/C off . I don’t blame them for this and issue was resolved after speaking with Linda. All in all we had wonderful stay and everything we needed was supplied .

The home was just as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beach entrances were easy to find.

Great family time in Garden City. The beach was a short walk. The downtown pier area was not too far. Plenty of restaurants from which to choose. Lots of room at the house. The smaller children enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed quiet evenings and a glass of wine while looking out over the marsh.

This property is awesome. Close to ocean, short walk. Hosts are wonderful, so responsive and welcoming. Even came over to check on us and property before storm. Wonderful stay, lots of room to connect with family. Thank you!!

My family and I enjoyed the cleanliness and accommodations of the home has all necessaries and more we had a great time.

There was 4 generations on this overdue, well needed family vacation. This rental pleased the " homebodies:, the "fishers" and the children who loved the pool. and still extremely close to the beach. We will return again. loved this place.
