This is our 3rd year staying in this community, so we can compare it to others in the area. I have to say that overall this was a great property for big families, especially those with young children. There was a big common space where the kids could hang out, play video games, games, or watch movies. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to choose from. The open living space made it fun for everyone to be together. We all had a great time, and thank you very much for your hospitality.

This house was perfect for our family . We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Water park was within walking distance however, the little ones were to tired after swimming and playing in the sun to walk back.

This house was perfect and so clean and so much fun for kids and adults. It was the perfect walking didtance to both pools. And its only like 10 min drive to Tuhacan. We cant wait to come again next year

We loved the amount of space for everyone to spread out and come together. This was a great place, was clean and everything worked. We had a great time!

We had a great time at the Gathering Place. Location is great. However This property is tired. The climbing wall is very dirty and the mats that are suppose to go under it are also very dirty. The high chair was disgusting! We had to scrap it with a knife to clean it so our grandchild could sit in it. There were cobwebs in the corners! Our socks were black from walking in the place. The location and the set up of the place is fantastic! We all just felt that a little more attention to cleanliness detail would make it an even better experience. That said we had a great time!

We had a great vacation. Adult children and grandchildren. (9,7,and 5) We love the pools at Paradise Village and the deck at this unit at sunset was beautiful. (Late September stay). We cooked everyday and found the kitchen well stocked and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was so enjoyable with no back neighbors. The pools were a short walk away. The beds were way comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and great room were wonderful to gather in for our family reunion. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

When we got to the property 2 hours after check in, the house was in the middle of being cleaned with no one to be found. Laura was prompt at texting back, found the cleaners and paid for our dinner to get us out of the cleaners’ hair. It’s difficult managing vacation rentals and Laura made it right! Perfect house for a big family, we really loved the bunk beds in the second living room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, beds were comfy, 2 fridges helped a ton! My only complaint is the floors could have been made a little cleaner - all of our feet were black.

The check in was seamless. The house was everything the listing said it was going to be. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The amenities were short walking distance. Fun for all ages. All the appliances worked perfect didn't have any reason to contact the host because everything was great. Definitely will be staying here again when we go to St George.

This is a wonderful VRBO! Large house very clean, excellent location and neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Just a wonderful experience. We loved the hot tub and ping pong. Our older kids loved going to the pool and the younger kids loved the triple bunk beds. Santa Clara is a smaller community minutes from St George. Would absolutely go back! No complaints at all.

We rented this place for a Christmas gift for our family. We wanted a chance to be together in one place. It was the perfect spot. Lovely neighborhood, clean, spacious bedrooms with attached baths so we could all have our privacy but still be in the same house. Kids space was perfect for the young gamers in the family. They loved the triple bunk beds and being together with their cousins in the big game room area. The hot tub was a nice treat. Roomy kitchen and enough space to eat together. We would absolutely come here again!

We loved this house. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closets. We loved the fire pit on the deck and enjoyed sitting on the deck. The backyard hot tub was nice to have and was great for early morning and late nights.

We love this area, this is our second year here at the same excellent house. Our house was spacious and clean and lots of fun equipment for two young boys. We hiked and biked all around. The pool area was great for the family also.

This home was perfect for our stay, we loved the nice big balcony with fire pit, kids enjoyed there room. The home is very spacious, perfect for a large group. The pools are just a short walk away.

Great location. We loved all the amenities like the pool towels, pools, ample kitchen cooking equipment, fire pit, hot tub, comfortable beds, great number of bathrooms etc.
Our only complaint is that the ice maker in both fridges didn't seem to be functioning properly so we had to go buy ice.

The property is beautiful in a lovely setting
The property is beautiful and clean, in a nice community. There are many fun things to do from the pools to walking and seeing the sights. Very safe neighborhood and the walk to the red mountains is breathtaking.

Plenty of space, great amenities
This was the perfect place for our family's vacation. Lots of space and access to so much fun. Great location for St. George activities and for Tuachan. The place was clean and everything was easy to find!

Perfect vacay
Perfect house for 2 families. Enough space to be together but also room for alone time. Kids loved the water park- spent 3 days soaking up the sun.

Good but we’ll warn
Overall we loved our stay, but many of the extras were just worn out. The new fridge wouldn’t produce ice at any kind of rate. The things that really matter (beds, linens, tvs, kitchen accessories…) were great.
We would recommend it, but don’t count on the extras (tandem bike, balls, razor scooter…)

Great home made for family fun!
Only complaint is pots & pans had to be re washed and we had no clean dish towels. Sheets could use an upgrade. Enough of the negative because the place was otherwise clean and very well equipped! Beautiful home with many great features for family fun! The pools are wonderful and the grandkids had plenty of games and pool accessories to keep them happy. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax and have fun! We came for Ironman and the location was an easy bike ride to great spots to cheer on our son and experience the race. Loved the deck and hot tub! Great home in a great location.

Our favorite St. George rental
This place was amazing! Every room was exactly as pictured. They thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of towels & bedding and lots of fun things for the kids to do.

Wonderful
I believe this was our sixth stay at Paradise Village, and it was fantastic, as usual. Obviously the complex is awesome, with the water park, lazy river, pools, and great overall location.. This unit has become a new favorite. Everything was clean, convenient, and comfy. So great to have all the kid plates, cups, utensils. The outdoor spaces are a huge plus… the private hot tub, outdoor furniture, gas fire pit and ping pong table are all great. The bedroom configuration and the triple bunks were perfect for our group. My husband and I were very comfortable on the sleep number bed upstairs. My favorite thing? . . the darkening curtains over the windows!! Seriously… why do hardly any vacation rentals have those? Only one minor suggestion… some salad size plates would be nice, and would really help the dishwasher not fill up so fast. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Fun place to stay with kids
We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Great location, across the street from one pool and short walking distance to the bigger pool with slides. Loved that there is a wagon in the garage that helps get kids to and from the pool. Kids also loved the scooters. The hot tub was clean and hot. Overall very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend!

FABULOUS GETAWAY
The property was just as lovely as the photographs, it was everything and more. My favorite was knowing where all the dishes needed to be returned to.
Four mothers, who have been close friends for over four decades, invited our adult daughters (ages 39 - 46) who grew up together for a quick mid winter getaway. This was the most magical, amazing time we have ever had! Perfect accommodations.

Wonderful stay
A great place to stay. Plenty of the basics: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, etc. Very unusual and nice to have. The 2-rider bike was fun. Pool was excellent. It was a very relaxing long weekend!

The space was perfect for our group and location was awesome. The down side is that things were broken and have not been replaced and the carpets were filthy especially for crawling babies.
