The personal was very nice, they are smiled a lot!!!! the room was cleaned and it's so comfort for guest who will come together (couple) or family.

At night, there was a noises from the floor and another rooms that disturbed me (because the door have some space that not covered in the bottom).

Ee had a great stay at the hotel. The room is spatious and clean. A great design. Quite, the location is great. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the SPA as well, and was amazing.

SPA access goes with the room and it is GREAT! One of the best SPA experiences. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There is a mini bar with snacks and drinks. Great bathroom. It is quiet and there is a nice comfy bed. There is a climate control system, which made it comfortable in terms of temperature during the winter.

Service, not a good value for money overall. The hotel name is deceptive. It says hotel and spa, and has all the beautiful pictures of spa, so one has an impression that like in all spa hotels you have acces to a swimming pool, however this hotel has nothing to do with the spa. In order to get access to the spa you need to pay USD90 per day. The airport pick up turned out to be a yandex taxi, we waited for 30 min before it arrived to the airport. The driver couldnt find the hotel, and we spent time looking for it, calling the receptionist, who eventually came to pick us up. The receptionist promised a free breakfast for the firts day, to compensate for inconvenience, and it was never delivered. My room was not cleaned for 2 days, and when i aksed as to why it is not cleaned, the receptionist told me that i need to hang a card on a side that mentions "clean my room", but eventually it appeared that i didnt have the card in my room. I asked them to clean it, and they did that day. The next day i already had the card and hanged on the door handle. When i came back i found my messy room, and only the garbage has been taken away, nothing else was cleaned. And the cherry on the cake was the shower. I was not able to take a shower during my stay, as i needed to wait for 10 minutes to get the water warmed up, and right after it would get boiling and there was no way to cool it down. And finally, i was promised an invoice for my stay before departure, and it was not prepared. I left earlier before the receptionist would come at 8 pm, nothing was left at my door, or at the receptionist table. Overall, horrible experience for USD 110 per night.

Agreed airport transfer has not arrived, pool access way too expensive, hotel building is part of group of tall buildings surrounded by parking lots so don't expect nice window view. Girl at the reception was nice bit could hardly help arranging attractions.
