It is different and in the middle of the dessert. Nice, big beach.

It is in the middle of nowhere, and all the places that have food close at 9pm or before. After that it is very difficult to find snacks or any kind of food after that time. If going with kids make sure you bring some snacks.

Original design. Beachfront. The 4 wheel tour was nice.

Horrible access. Roads beaten up and unsafe. Extremely difficult to find. All inclusive without disclosure, so we took breakfast only and there’s nowhere else to go ina 30min radius drive. Mediocre food. Unsafe water, got a stomach flu. we took a horseback ride and it was quite poor.

- Hotel obligates to pay prehand all the food corses at check in which is not stated when they sell it for accomadation - The food is a low bugdet buffet food any 1 star or no star hotel can issue. Hotel no cambia los toallas. La gente grita ruidosa. Los habitaciones no tienen ni un poco de isolation. You can hear any conversation that next room makes. Hotel Receiving overcapaxity off people first day we waited around 45min to seat and eat. No working wi fi. No explanation for anything at reception how things work. Construction going on inside the hotel no warning before around it. Small and overcrowded swimming pool

the staff was not friendly during check in, difficulty using the room lock keys, didn’t receive a bracelet at check in to access all inclusive options, no hot water in our shower

SCAM alert! we’ve been charged 4 times the actual price and… Poor food quality, poor customer service, not hot water, “all inclusive” limited to a 4oz plastic glass and 30 minute line for each drink.

The hotel has improved a lot. The staff were nice and helpful. The store at reception was very useful. The lines in the dinner hall were not long. The pool seemed small but it was never overcrowded. The beds and pillows were okay. The best part was the people we met.

We could not pay online. I had to get a friend to go to a Colombian bank and pay 50% before arrival. I work online. The internet is awful. No working WiFi. The only chip we could get to work was Movistar and it most of the time did not work. No internet ruined my trip. It rained and the beach was mud. The room was mud. Three is no covered place to sit by the pool and watch the kids.

The meal time are very strict, you are supposed to be on vacation.
