The condo is located walking distance to the River Run lifts and restaurants/bars in town. We used it for a ski trip and couldn’t ask for better. Nothing like finishing off a hard day of skiing with a soak in the hot tub. The 2 bathrooms make it ideal for larger groups.

This is an excellent condominium in Ketchum, Idaho and I would highly recommend it.

The location was quiet and an easy walk to the downtown area. Michael communicated everything we needed to know and is a responsive host. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location good, kitchen well supplied, queen bed ok, shower extremely small, has small crack on floor. Twin bedroom extremely dark, blinds inoperable and lamps need at least 100 watt bulbs. Unit easy to heat, gas fireplace was great TV excellent. Furnishings good. Living room center can light not functioning properly. Comes on And then goes out for a long period sometimes came on again sometimes not.

Great memories for us. Michael was very helpful & responded quickly to our questions & requests. He even came over to show us how to use the remotes for the TV which made our stay comfortable & relaxing.

Easy to walk to downtown and place was clean. Beds are ok but not the most Comfortable. It needs updating a bit and it can be a bit noisy outside in the morning but nothing so bad you can’t deal with it. Has a nice pool and hot tub to relax in. Would stay again.

Had a great winter stay where we skied to and from the lift.

This is my second stay at this complex and I really liked it. Nice place to rest after a long day of bicycle racing from Boise. Bathrooms and rooms very clean and comfortable. Linen closet fully stocked.

Clearly, this place is not part of the Ritz chain. That said, for the two of us it was excellent. Everything worked, and it was close to the mountain, town and hot tub! Loved the fireplace and grill. Furnishings are dated as is the complex, but we were not focused on those elements. One minor issue was the inability to access only about 10 cable channels and/or the lack of a tv that could be fed content from the internet and/or handheld. All in all well worth the price and recommended.

Stayed over President's Day Weekend so we could ski Sun Valley. We knew there was a bus but hadn't realized how close it would be to walk. Literally out the door, around the corner and you're on the river trail and it's less than 5 minutes on the trail to the ski lift! Loved being able to roll out of bed and go ski and then return for lunch and go back later. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you give up your spot to go out for dinner--it was unfortunate we needed to because downtown is so close, we could have walked but it was bitter cold and snowing. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows/sheets/towels. Will definitely return next winter!

The apartment is very close to the town and the ski slopes. It’s a big place. A good kitchen , comfortable beds, working fireplace, great tv. Easy check in and out. We will definately reccomend this place to others and check here first when we return to Ketchum.

In my opinion, there were good and not-so-good things about this place. Yes, the location was great - close to the River Run gondola, and right in the town of Ketchum. The place was clean, everything mostly worked (vertical blinds in the dining room were falling apart), and the master bed was comfy. But the unit itself is very dated, very dark, and I found it depressing. Added to the general downer-ness of the place was the fact that there was very little snow, in January. My husband and I came for a week of skiing and merriment, but because the snowpack was so minimal Ketchum was empty. No merriment to be had. Of course, the lack of winter snow was not the fault of the owner, but the gloominess of the unit is. We left after 5 nights and probably won't be back.

Easy parking and condo complex has laundry facilities (bring quarters) and hot tub. Clean and neat condo.

Walk to town, the lifts, the river trail, everything. While the complex is a bit dated, if you're looking for clean, comfortable, and affordable...this is it!

Very nice condo, all quality goods and furniture. Nice terrace, great BBQ, good shower. Kitchen complete. When in the area, would come back here, no doubt. Sun valley is great too!

Michael Godfrey was such a joy to work with!! He took care of all our needs and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable..The condo was very nice and well-kept and so convenient to downtown. This is not a fancy condo, but it is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Owner was responsive, check in was easy and location was perfect for our purposes. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the outside patio at the end of the day. We stayed here 5 nights. I would stay here again.

We loved Michael's condo. It is a three minutes walk to a bus stop to River Run (and same in the other direction) and a short pleasant walk to downtown. Most importantly, Michael was great, quick to answer questions and gracefully allowed us to check out later as he didn't have another party on our last day.

Our first time to Sun Valley and didn't know what to expect. Reviews and information provided for this property were spot on. Location was perfect - about a 200yd walk to the bus stop that takes you to either Mt. Baldy or Dollar Mountain. Bus runs every 15 minutes and its about 3 minutes to Baldy and 10 minutes to Dollar Mountain. We walked into town every evening for dinner. Condo is 10 mins walk from all the great places to eat and also the local grocery store. Condo is comfortable and has ample kitchen ware for any meals you want to prepare. We bought breakfast stuff only and everything we needed was there. Hot tub is very large and covered and 1 minute walk from condo. We loved having the hot tub there to work out the soreness every evening apres ski. Abundant firewood provided for fireplace, and wi-fi and cable TV all worked great. My only minor complaint would be that over our 7 night stay, the last 2 nights someone occupied the unit above ours and they came in a bit late both nights (~ 1AM) and we heard them walking around until they went to bed. Mostly creaking in the floors and nothing super loud, but if you are a light sleeper this might bother you. Again, a very minor thing but thought it worth noting for any light sleepers. If we visit Sun Valley again we would definitely consider this unit and this condo complex (Horizons 4) as it was an excellent value for the price. I rented this condo for 3 women to share on a cross country ski trip. It was very basic, but comfortable and functional. The main living area was nice with comfy chairs and sofas for the three of us to hang out after skiing. The only downside was the dated kitchen and bathrooms, but hard to complain about for the price. It was within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Nice very large community hot tub. Bring your own wash cloths and tissues as these were not provided. We had a couple of concerns while we were there that were promptly address by the owner/manager. I would definitely stay here again.
