It was ok. House is older and could use some more comfortable living room furniture. Bonus room is in garage looks good but smells of oil or something in there. Grassy yard for dog was nice but yard was full of holes from digging digs I assume. We had to make it so our dog couldn’t get out because gate didn’t latch. Bedroom and living room furniture felt tiny and low to the ground. Felt like we’re in a dollhouse. 😂 Tv worked well, kitchen was stocked well. View was nice but they need furniture by the view. Deck needs replacement. Showers were good. The location is close the beach and deception pass. Driveway was super narrow and I barely could get my aviator thru it. Also driveways shared with neighbor for which was coming out as we were trying to come in which nearly caused us to get in a head on or get rear ended. The house was comfortable enough and would be good for large group but it needs more furniture in living room. Lydia the property manager was outstanding

This was my first experience with a VRBO and the process couldn't have been easier. Great communication throughout the rental process and prior to our arrival. The location and cabin was exactly as advertised. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. All the amenities we have at home were available here (fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer and dryer, dishes, etc.). This was the perfect place for a long, relaxing weekend with family. It was so nice having the river right there in the backyard, and the lake a short walk away. We've been talking about planning another vacation at the cabin since we got home. Thank you for the opportunity to share this amazing home!!

We had a great family weekend hiking and picking chanterelle mushrooms. The river and elk bugling right behind the house was amazing. Favorite part was the hot tub after a full day of activities. Internet was super slow but lots of great places close by in Roslyn or Cle Elum if you need access for work or school so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

Plenty of space for six people and four large dogs. The property is fairly rural but is close to the quaint towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum. The river behind the house is very fast-paced and care should be taken with children/pets as there is no fence. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor - we weren't able to browse the internet on our phones or watch the TV that was provided. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, however.

Last of summer getaway for some fishing and outdoor time - our family of 5 plus the dog had a great time. Cabin was perfect for our needs. And very clean which seems to be an issue with a lot of places these days so we were very happy when we arrived to find it was in excellent condition for a cabin in the mountains!

Great relaxing and quiet stay. Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner but didn’t bother our stay too much. Had a great time. The river was running a bit fast so if you have children you may want to take that in mind. The river bank is not too close to the house.

The space was very comfy for a total of five adults. Everyone had their own bed and the couches gave us more than enough comfy seating space. Having river access was a lot of fun. My only suggestion would be maybe for some Adirondack chairs. Bring your own camping chairs for some riverside relaxation.

Overall a nice home on the river and very short walk to the lake. Comfy beds, good A/C, well stocked kitchen. My only thing was some of the extra blankets in the armoire looked dirty- dog hair/crumbs. And they specifically ask that you don’t remove duvet covers for washing when you leave.

Great place for spring break. Still a tad cold for the trout fishing but loved being able to fish from the house. I would say add some cookie sheets, a bit minimal on kitchen items and if possible, ziplock bags. Otherwise pack some bags for leftovers. But overall we all had a great relaxing time and loved the dog friendly welcome as well!!

The house and the surrounding was absolutely beautiful. Went there for a friends getaway while kids on spring break. The lake was just stocked which allowed for some fun on the lake catching trout. The hot tub was amazing. Being on the river was beautiful. Can’t wait to do it again.

The property was in an amazing location between the pond and a river with a large enough backyard. Firepit close to the river, large windows for spacious sunlight and outside beautiful scenery, a weber grill, and an always active hot tub were the delightful highlights. I recommend replacing the kitchen utilities (pans, cooking pots, chopping boards, and wine glasses) since they did not seem good (and healthy) enough to use safely. Also, the internet speed was much lower than expected. While watching movies on Netflix it froze from time to time.
I also appreciated for the cleaning service lady, Rebecca, and All seasons officer, Alicia, for their great support. We forgot a vital glucose-controlling medicine in the refrigerator while leaving and then noticed that it was the only option that my friends have to get it. After calling back to the office, they collaborated very effectively and we were able to get the medicine back on the same day.

We stayed here for my brothers 30th bday. We wanted to take advantage of the mountain so close by . Did some tubing and snowboarding. Was a perfect spot for all 10 of us . 3 grandkids , Nana, and 6 adults. Felt like kids again all in the same common space playing games, laughing. Excellent . Just a fyi. Not a loss of rating . Wifi is not the best. Pretty spotty. Smart tv with everything you need just buffers a lot. There are no baking sheets in the kitchen . The oven takes double the time to bake. Had fries in that would normally take 20 min 425 . Took 1 hour at 450. Still no need or lose a star over. Cooked eventually . Very clean. Hot tub was very nice . Waking up to the river outside the window. Nothing better :-) thank you.

My friends and I (and our dogs) had a lovely birthday weekend at The River Rocks house. The view was amazing, the house was very cozy and warm, and the hot tub was great! Our only hiccup was that we searched everywhere and could not find any matches or lighters to have a fire in the the firepit! We had brought our own wood but had thought the house would at least have some way to light it.
Still, we all love the place and would love to come back in the Summer sometime!

My family and I stayed at the River Rocks Cabin and we had such a great time! Snoqualmie Pass had closed both ways on the first night that we were supposed to stay there so we had to delay our trip for a day and All Seasons Vacation Rentals gave us a refund for the first night. We were very thankful for this and they were very understanding regarding the weather conditions. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean, and hot tub/yard was perfect for a winter wonderland! Also, just a short 15-20 minute drive from this cabin are the towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum, which have lots of good food and shopping. I would definitely book with All Seasons Vacation Rentals again as they were quick at responding to my questions and were very understanding. Thank you!

Beautiful, private & family friendly for grandchildren & grand-dogs! Our annual family trip with our kids' families & dogs was perfect at River Rocks Cabin. It has the right mix of open gathering spaces, as well as space to seek a quiet moment alone for napping babies or adults reading a book. The river front was our favorite spot for early morning fly casting, sitting with a blanket & cup of coffee, or afternoons sunning in lawn chairs or playing games & catching a glimpse of the river otter. Our family loves to cook & the kitchen had all the pans, bowls, utensils, we needed. It was very hot the weekend we stayed, so we brought a portable AC for the upstairs bedroom for the baby to nap; otherwise, the huge fans do pretty well in the great room/kitchen area. The king & queen beds are comfy and premium linens throughout the cabin. The laundry room was a great convenience too.Spent a lovely day paddling kayaks & taking a dip in Lavender Lake (remember a Discovery Pass for the parking lot). Our whole family agreed we'll be back to stay at River Rocks Cabin!!

Beautiful home right on the Yakima river. Just a few minutes from Lake Easton which is a gorgeous lake for kayaks, swimming, and fishing. Also close to Roslyn for some restaurant options. Walking distance to the Iron Horse to Palouse trail for biking or running. Also, Lavender lake is walking distance for fishing and paddling. House was very clean and well appointed! Our stay was accompanied by the hottest weather we have ever experienced in the 10 years we've stayed in the Cle Elum area with All Seasons. We were concerned that the house does not have AC, but we came prepared with fans and besides the first evening, the house was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the property itself is very well maintained. The river was high and fast so we stuck to the edge but that was very nice to have in the backyard. Our stay did not disappoint. It was nice being in between Cle Elum Lake, Kachess Lake, and Lake Easton giving us options for the hot weather. We are looking forward to next year!
