We loved our spring break experience at this property. It definitely has space for teens to have their own space, such as the carriage house and the outdoor patio and pool. Having bikes included makes getting around so enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We definitely would recommend this to everyone looking to stay in Rosemary Beach.

This property was perfect for our group! We took full advantage of the pool, large kitchen, bikes, outdoor fireplace in the evenings and cozy beds! We cooked dinner several nights and never lacked space in the refrigerator(s) or for any kitchen necessities! Getting to the beach was quick and easy, either walking or biking! Hope to be back and rent this home again!

Beautiful home and property was as advertised. We requested for the pool to be heated, and that didn't happen until the afternoon before we had to depart. Otherwise, a very comfortable house for our group of 9 college friends. I would rent again.

Beautiful property; great location;. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment you might need- but buy any condiments, etc. you might use. Everything was perfect except the patio furniture outside- the cushions were dirty and moldy. Interior was very nice.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. We each had our own bathroom and space separate form one another, yet all felt comfortable, with ample space, in the common areas and pool. The check-in and check-out prepress was super easy. Although the house is set in the back of Rosemary close to the highway the noise level was fine with no issues. Minor issues: the guest bath toilet paper holder was on the ground when we arrived (it looks like it wasn’t properly installed), the guest house lock is super difficult to lock and there was no shade in the last bathroom upstairs in the back leaving the person taking a shower exposed. Overall, it was lovely for our group of 10 and we would visit again. Overall, the house was perfect for our crew!

This house was so perfect! Aside from all the indoor space, we absolutely loved hanging out on the patio. Family and friends could be outdoors enjoying the pool or relaxing in the rocketing chairs with some shade and still be apart of the activities. We had a 4 month old so it was perfect for her too. Older kids had the carriage house - it was just a very comfortable home and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back.

We love Rosemary and really enjoyed our stay for the week. The house is spacious with a lot of great features but our week was filled with some very unexpected bumps with maintenance. As we arrived, our first steps in the home were meeting a company that was swapping the dryer out. Once we got settled, we realized that general maintenance checks did not happen prior to our arrival. The carriage house A/C did not work because it would not drop below 74. The dryer in the carriage house (and upstairs dryer in main house) was also broken so the guests that stayed in the carriage house was constantly carrying wet towels over to the main house. The Internet also does not work in the carriage house so don’t expect to have WiFi for your laptop or tablet. Additionally, we had to have a service tech come out and fix the TV in master bedroom. Lastly, we paid a fee to heat the pool and it did not make it to an acceptable heated temperature the entire stay. The water was chilly and I would suggest just doing without the heated fee because I’m assuming it was not working properly. With some TLC and a few upgrades, this property would be TOP of the line. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel that it was in good rental condition during our weeks stay. I sent a text and email to the property following my visit but never got a reply. Hope for better in the future from this property and 30A escapes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were actually comfortable too! Plenty of space for our family and could definitely accommodate multiple families as well. Rosemary Beach is such a fun place to visit. If you have little ones, plan on renting a burley kid trailer that you can attach to the bikes provided at the house. My 4 year old loved it!!

Great home well appointed - guest house was perfect. Outdoor area loggia/patio/pool and grounds need attention. Would be an easy 5 star if that was done.

We stay in Rosemary at least four times a year and this was by far our best experience to date. The house was awesome. The house manager was great to work with. This was our families favorite trip.

Stunning house! Perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor covered loggia with fireplace, built-in grill and rocking chairs. House is very well equipped and decor is beautiful with high-end finishes. Great linens and beds were comfortable! Justin, our property manager, was perfect and lightning fast with responses! The pool was a good size(not small) and the fountain into the pool was very soothing! Carriage house was just as nice as the main house! EXTRA ITEMS TO NOTE NOT ON THE LISTING: -In the kitchen: 2 dishwashers, 2 wine coolers, freestanding ice maker -2 washers/dryers in main house and another set in carriage house -All 3 bedrooms on 2nd level have KING beds -5 bikes not 4 (yay!) -Outdoor shower in pool area plus a separate half bath outside for the pool. -Approx 10 beach towels in the laundry room -The loft of the Carriage house has 2 twin beds!

The home was gorgeous! It was perfect for our family. I loved the decor. The stove in the carriage house wasn’t working but the property manager brought a electric burner. We couldn’t find the skimmer to properly clean the pool.

This house has it all and may be the nicest house in Rosemary Beach. Perfect location to the beach and downtown. Justin was also so responsive and helpful.

Our stay on this property was wonderful! Everything was beautiful and clean and met all of our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

Best house we have rented in Rosemary! Had a problem with the pool heater but it was resolved mid week and pool was then enjoyed by all. Very clean and spacious. Excellent accommodations for our family. Fun family vacation.

The house is so beautiful and in the best location! It is the perfect set up for families. Brenden, the property manager, was so helpful in getting us set up and making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!
