A very neat new house, with great central location that allows for easier access to the many place Rincon has to offer. The super host Danny is very attentive, and the house features a very convenient washing machine, Weber BBQ and even a power generator for all house. All in all, a house that has all the makings of a perfect place for island living!

Everything about this property was excellent. Walkable location to beaches, centrally located to many great bars and restaurants, and access to a private beach. The check in and out process was the easiest experience we have ever had and the owner was attentive to any questions we had. Response time was amazing and you can tell that he cares about his place and that people are enjoying their selves. Extremely clean and cozy. I would not come to Puerto Rico and stay anywhere else.

We had such an amazing stay here! The unit could not be in a more desirable location for surfers. Easy walk up to the beach and located right at Dogman’s and super close to Maria’s. We were traveling with a 1 year old, so having easy access to great surf spots was awesome. Our 1 year old loved playing in the tide pools right by the house and we made some trips to Sandy Beach and LaLa Beach to do more swimming with her. Daniel was so responsive and offered great recommendations for enjoying the area. The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a great stay here centrally located in Rincon and steps away from Dogmans beach where we caught some great surf and amazing snorkeling.

Everything about our stay was great. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the location really can't be beat. The communication up to and during our trip was perfect; there was a real thoughtfulness that we appreciated. Highly recommend...we will definitely be back!

Daniel's place was more than I expected! It was a very relaxing and quiet getaway; and the beach is really accessible and quiet too. Daniel was very responsive throughout the stay. I don't have any complaints and would stay there again!

Close to everything

Tres Amigos was perfect! The apartment on the second floor and balcony in house #2 were very spacious and had everything we needed! Although house #3 partially obstructed the view of the water, we rearranged the furniture on the balcony so we could sit outside to take in the view of the ocean. We just rearranged everything back when we left. There is a very small patch of sandy beach to the right if you want just hang out and not drive to one of the main beaches especially if you have little ones. Otherwise, most of it is rock. Great surf location. The houses are also located walking distance to restaurants. We used one of Danny’s recommended taxi service to take us to town so we could enjoy one of the coconut drinks without worrying about driving. Power and water was a slight issue through out our stay in the various cities we visited but nothing that hindered our vacation or changed our view of PR. Danny also has a guide book that I wished every AirBnB owner did because it really helps with checking in and out expectations and the recommendations helps with the living like a local concept. The online guide books sometimes are vague. Overall, great location and great host!

Since I've returned from my "way too short" visit to Rincon this year, I've been reliving every moment. A most important factor of such a great time is the place you call home for the length of time you stay. Tres Amigos begins with a VERY attentive Owner who never makes you wait for a response (very grateful for this since we locked keys in house one day). There are 3 houses on this property. Each one a treasure. We actually ended up switching homes and stayed in the "Semi-Oceanfront" house due to a schedule change. By "Semi-Oceanfront" I mean the house one lot back from the beach with the lot in front of it empty..no house .. no trees! View from front room off kitchen was fabulous! I've been to Rincon the past 5 years. This was my favorite location. Coffee on the beach in my jammies, Gorgeous Sunsets and Waves at Dogmans, Maria's and Domes! Walk to all 3!! Don't hesitate to put your stay in Dan's hands. I'll be back. Thank you Dan.

Great place!

We stayed at Daniel and Jennifers place for a week over Christmas. The house was perfect for our family of four. Daniel and Jennifer were so nice to deal with and made us feel right at home in every way possible. We will absolutely be returning to Tres Amigos in the future!!!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!! We had a fantastic week staying at Tres Amigos. The waves were perfect, people were great, and blenders were always turning! This is our second trip staying in this house and couldn't recommend it more. By coincidence we were in town for the Corona Pro surf competition and Rincon was rocking. It's almost as if nothing has changed this past year since the hurricane hit. Very little noticeable damage to the town. On a few occasions we surfed with only 2-3 people out at a break. I recommend getting down to the hidden gem of Rincon before the bulk of tourists return!

Amazing places and super clean.

Within 5 minutes of all of the great surfing beaches. Accommodations are very nice and Daniel was very easy to work with.

We recently stayed at this rental in Rincon, and it was a good home base for exploring the area. The rental is new, clean, and comfortable, and located within easy walking distance of several local beaches. Although it wasn't surfing season while we were there, my nineteen year old is planning on going back one day with friends to surf in Rincon, and this was a good way for us to get to know the area with him while we were there. Daniel, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and always responded quickly when we had any questions. If you're looking for a place to stay on a visit to Rincon, I'm happy to recommend Tres Amigos 2.

We recently stayed at Tres Amigos and could not have been happier! From the beginning, Dan was attentive, helpful and friendly. He was always accessible, especially during our stay. The house was impeccably clean with all modern finishes and new appliances. The owners were sure to make our stay easy and fun by providing towels, chairs and recommendations. It is a very quiet area (except for a few roosters) with lush surroundings. The ocean view from the top balcony is a great place to drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

We had a fantastic stay in Rincon. I came down with a group of younger men and we had a great time. The house is very clean, modern, and everything is new. We didn’t have any issues and Danny very easy to deal with. We are repeat customers and usually stay in the other Tres Amigos house, but this new one is just as great. There is plenty to do and with our own beach access, headed to the beach at any time is a breeze! Highly recommend. We will be back!
