The development is older and is in a low area that has see flooding so the laundry was closed due to flooding but the property is very functional but could use some upgrades and your in a quiet area but also in the middle of all things to explore in Maui !

One of the more inexpensive areas to stay on Maui. Across the street from the ocean (No ocean view). Close to downtown Kihei for shops/restaurants/etc.

Unit was nice and neighbors were quiet. Sliding screen door needs a new spring roller, was dragging. It was away from the more upscale condos but centrally located for our needs. Took a couple of days to realize (my mistake) how to access the pool area. Property manager was very nice and prompt with communication. Overall it is a nice rental for the price point and great for basing trips to the beaches and running around Maui.

This place was well stocked and had anticipated our needs and was a great stay with a kitchen. Would come back again

This host of this place thinks of all the little details, like beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, etc. etc. Had wonderful stay here. Highly recommend!

Darilyn and Linda were good at communicating with us. The studio is older, but it was well stocked and clean. The accommodations were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful little two bed place. It is quant and filled with all the essentials. This place is very close to Sugar Beach, Lahaina Pali trail and Food Land. The drive to the airport is around twenty minutes and it’s located in the West side of the island. This place felt like our home away from home and we loved experiencing Maui this way.

All you need at a local location very close to the beaches. Quiet with a nice pool and hot tub.

Nice little studio. Stocked with pots and pans. Beach and snorkel gear...beach chairs and backpacks.. .Was cooler on the ground level. Very nice

Thank you for the nice stay in your cute studio. It was great for just the two of us. This was the 6th time my husband and I have visited the island of Maui. Kihei is a great location! We really enjoyed the friendly neighbors here. The beach access directly across the street was ideal to go for a morning run on the beach, or watching the sunset in the evening. The unit isn't large, but that was not a problem for us. We had everything we needed from beach towels/gear, to plentiful kitchen supplies, even a small counter top grill. It seemed there were a lot of things that you'd find in a lived-in home, which we really appreciated; extra items you may not think of, but proved very useful, such as plastic containers for storing leftovers, a strong blender for smoothies, a good supply of dishwasher tablets, plastic baggies, food seasonings, etc. The coin laundry was on-site, not in the room, and we never seemed to make it during the operating hours since we were out and about all day long. Things seemed to be in good order and functioning well, aside from the air conditioning unit, which we were told was scheduled to be replaced just after our stay. We were comfortable and didn't have any problems. I would choose to stay here again. Darilyn was accomodating and responsive; thank you!

Pros: Great location Clean bathroom Price per night Cons: Smelled like pee when first arrived Needs a new furniture asap (very old and worn) Possible bedbugs (was itching every night) Old uncomfortable mattress (gave me extreme shoulder pain and now I have to seek medical attention) Cluttered kitchen (too many leftovers in cabinets and fridge from previous guests) Bathroom lights were so hot (felt like a heat lamp) Too many items from past guests in the bathroom cabinet Loud and very old rusted fan Will I stay in this unit again? No. While the location is great right across the beach the unit itself needs a major update. It’s very old-fashioned, very dark and dreary looking. Maybe it could benefit from having a beach decor, something more bright and uplifting.

Loved the property! It had everything we needed and even things we did not know we would like to have. Great location 30min to 1h for all the popular beaches, road to hana and Lahaina town. Included all beach gear (chairs, cooler, parasol, boggie boards, towels, snorkals), everything for cooking (coffee maker, pots, pans, tuperware for lunches, ice packs, toaster...) we even BBQ'ed by the pool 2 nights! Close to all stores and restaurants, nice beach accross the street. Guest leave some items such as aftersun, leftover suncreen and basic kitchen items (ketchup, mustard, butter, salt, pepper, spices, syrup, ect.) Parking included, pool and spa quiet, grounds cleaned daily! Has laudry room and car wash space. Half locals and some renters. Great space to be out and about or just stay in and relax. Also has private terasse to eat breakfast and coffer or have a drink ;) Would recomment 10000% :) owner and manager availible if needed. Great service!!!

Ideal place for two adults on Maui

We mostly just slept at the unit, but it is in a great location for exploring the west side of the island. Good food nearby as well, and easy to come and go at all times of the day.

Very pleasant stay, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui.

We had a marvelous 9 night stay in this home away from home! There was plenty of space in the room, and the lanai was perfect for shaking off sand and eating a quiet dinner! 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in this little yellow studio. We were 15 mins from anything we wanted, which was perfect for our packed schedules. It was a little warm at nights but we eventually figured out to put the box fan at the end of the bed on a chair so we could both feel a breeze.

It’s great location, although the condo looks a little bit outdated. You can’t beat the location and price. Condo have everything you need for a beach day. It’s great!

The condo had everything we needed, and was located perfectly! Its just a few minutes from shops and restaurants, and the beach is right across the street! Darilyn did an awesome job communicating the check in and check out process as well. It was a wonderful 1st trip to Hawaii! And there will definitely be another :)
