Owners were incredible with communication had a great nice stay. Be aware this is the top 2 floors, so make sure to be ok with stairs. Location is perfect

Our family loved celebrating Passover, Easter and Spring Break in this gorgeous and spacious home that is steps from the boardwalk! The folks renting the space were consistently in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable and as expected. We are keeping this property top of mind for future stays!!

The home was perfectly! The only thing that was disappointing was the deck furniture was all put away, and our weather was unusually warm.

Nine of us stayed at this property (ages 12-78) and had a great long weekend. Property is in a very convenient location, near the heart of the boardwalk. The configuration of the property allows for large families to stay comfortably. We come back to this property every year.

Our entire family, 7 adults and 1 new infant, loved this home and location in Ocean City, NJ. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it any week other than the weeks we rent it again :) Thank you so much Kim and Steve!

Kimberly’s house was the perfect place to chill out at after the MS City-to-Shore Ride. The house was exactly as described and the furniture was surprisingly comfortable. We have already rebooked for next year!

We were so excited to see this hime after purusing all the amazing pictures and ready the description. This place lives up to its reputation and more. The communication with the owners was timely, helpful and the owners demonstrated patience at all times. I could have lived on all the porches!! The people watching, weather and gathering of friends and family was priceless. The kitchen was wondeful to cook in!! There were many oils and spices to use in recipes already in the home. Having all the beach equipment we needed at the house was beyond helpful and significantly lightened the load when packing. The open concept with the kitchen, dining room and den brought us all together and many game nights we’re had in this gathering area. This house truly felt like a home. I hope you get to enjoy it

Excellent well-maintained, clean property - close to beach/boardwalk, parking for 3 cars, roomy, great for large families. Loved that sheets and towels were provided! Another bonus - beach tags! Nice outside areas to gather. Owners very responsive, easy to contact, easy to work with. Only drawback - 47 stairs from front door to top floor! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Kim!

It is a lovely property, it's within walking distance of the boardwalk, and it has updated appliances and televisions. The balconies are extremely nice, I just came at a bad time weather-wise and was unable to enjoy them.

Perfect house for large group. We had a soccer tournament and we were able to sleep all 12 of us easily. Very clean. Very sharp. Very close to the beach. Love it and highly recommend

We stay every year - 9 of us - ages 11-77. The house is clean and well maintained. The location can’t be beat, just a few blocks from the boardwalk. Kimberly and Steve are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental.

This is a great rental for multiple couples or a large family. The porches and decks are really great. It is one block from the boardwalk. A breakfast & Lunch restaurant with great food is directly across the street. The communication with the owners is excellent. The only negative would be if someone can't do stairs since there are 3 sets of steps to the main living area. We already rented again for next year.

This beach house was a beautiful place to spend a week in late September at the Jersey shore. We loved it!! We started the weekend with children and grandchildren, and then, after the kids left on Sunday, spent the week with old friends, We have used VRO's all over the world, and this was by far the best. It was not a little cottage but a huge 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom house. It was beautifully furnished and within walking distance of everything. All that we needed was provided except for food and our personal belongings. The owners, Kim and Steve, provided everything including towels, sheets, and all necessary kitchen utensils, plus 3 completely furnished decks. They were so easy to work with, and all our texts and phone calls received almost immediate replies. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for sharing their beautiful VRBO with us! Our third stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as ever. The house is large and very well appointed. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk. Everything you need is provided:linens and beach towels, beach tags, beach chairs and toys, etc. Owners are super responsive to any needs. We’ll be back next year.

We do a yearly trip to Ocean City, always seeking a home suited to our family. We have ages 60+, 30s, and children. This is by far the best location we’ve ever found. Very close to the beach and Asbury. The balconies are awesome. Everything you could want is stocked, making packing a breeze. The owners are personable and responsive. We were even surprised with a gift certificate to Augies - right across the street - with waffles, omelettes, breakfast burritos and more. There are stairs - especially to the master suite - which is large and has a balcony with an ocean view. If you really have trouble with stairs, the owners have a property right next door with an elevator. We already booked this property for next year. My grandson said he wants to go every year til he’s 93.

My family of 9 stayed for a week in Kim & Steve's wonderful beach house. It was a very convenient location to the beach/boardwalk, came well equipped with everything you needed for the beach including tags, towels, chairs, etc & the house was gorgeous! The communication with Kim & Steve was timely & professional - they great take care of you & make your stay as stress-free as possible. We will be returning :)

Beautiful house with lots of room for everyone. Loved the toys and beach caddy to make things easier with the kids. Only downfall was all the stairs and no elevator (it was listed on the house amenities) Owners were great to communicate with

Beautiful location only 5 min walk to broad walk. Property was well stock and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Our Christmas vacation was wonderful. The location and house size was perfect for our family of 10. We enjoyed strolls on Asbury + walks on the board walk during the day, and cozy family time by the fireplace at night. The owners were quick with responses to any questions we had, and we are so thankful for that! Thank you for a memorable Christmas vacation!
