Wonderful stay, great host, amazing property! Exceeded expectations!

We stayed here the week of our daughters wedding. The downstairs suite was perfect for getting ready for the wedding. Home is very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were all lovely! Beds were comfortable. Driveway was super convenient compared to others I’ve stayed in. Nice grill area and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a three-generation family group of 12 people ranging in age from 5 to 65. The house had all the room we needed and that is difficult to find. The children loved the pool and we all loved being greeted in the morning by the bananaquits and watching the iguanas lounging in the treetops. The view was lovely and we were greeted by rainbows across Fish Bay on several mornings. It was worth the initally unnerving drive on St. John's steep, narrow roads - something we quickly got used to after a few trips to and from Cruz Bay. The management company (Antares) was very responsive and the app they provided was so helpful and easy to use - with information about the villa as well as about St. John. The management company also arranged for two excursions for us and both vendors were very professional and provided perfect outings for our group. We left St. John with some great memories thanks to Casa Del Palmas.

The pictures and video do not do this property justice. We had two families with multiple children and the layout was perfect. Fish bay was a great location - providing a short drive from Cruz Bay to a quiet peaceful retreat. The property management team was a perfect host who was responsive to all questions and concerns.

Casa Del Palmas was a perfect getaway !! House was perfect ,exactly what online photos represented. Spacious and clean upon arrival and Host Tiffany was great! Quiet location and Great views! What a Fun drive on roller coaster roads on Saint John, Jeep handled everything with ease. Hope to return someday to relive some great memories!!

We had an amazing time at this home and HIGHLY recommend. So many details went into this rental. They have every item you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are well designed and furnished, and great pool and beach options too. We rented the top for our family of four, with a 4yo and 2yo, and the king bedroom downstairs for family. Overall, we were able to keep things as they are without concern for our curious kids. We rented kid-specific items from Island Baby, which was delivered (and crib setup!) before arrival. This was a life-saver! I do wish they had a baby gate for the top deck stairs, because Island Baby one wasn't big enough. This would completely close the top portion of house off, to keep kids extra safe. Luckily, our kids weren't able to open the sliders, but it meant we had to keep a very close watch on the deck. We also got provisions stocked before arrival, and HIGHLY recommend getting an arrival dinner. We forgot, and it would have been so nice because after travelling, we didn't have energy to go out. Instead, we had sandwiches. Excellent stock for trips to the beach. Definitely get there by 10a, and earlier if possible. Trunk Bay has food, drinks, and shade rentals also. We brought the chairs, cooler with ice packs, and the beach bags. The only complaints are: - The main living space only has one AC unit and it's not capable of keeping the space cooler than about 76. It was okay for us, but family we had with us doesn't do well in heat. There are no curtains to reduce the heat from windows, but I know that would take away from the view. Individual rooms did great. - The downstairs outdoor areas get very hot and there are no fans in any of the areas. Just know that if you aren't in the pool, it will be very hot even in the shade. We used the oscillating fan outside to get a bit of a reprieve. We'll definitely go back next time we go to St. John. The views were amazing, it was so peaceful and quiet, and we were able to relax the entire time. Hosts were also very helpful setting up private taxis and any excursions.

We stayed with friends at Casa del Palmas recently and the layout, ample outdoor space and amenities gave everyone the right amount of space to enjoy one another and retreat when needed. The kids played in the pool while we grilled, the view of Fish Bay was spectacular, with terrific sunsets, and we watched iguanas bask in the trees just beyond the deck. When we weren't out adventuring on the island, we felt both at home and away from home enough to relax and truly enjoy. Thank you!

This house was even better than the listing pictures. There was plenty of space for our group of seven to spread out. We cooked most of our meals in house and found the kitchen to have everything we needed, including lots of spices. The house is located in a very quiet area, but it is a bit of a drive to the good snorkeling beaches. The property management company was the best we have experienced in all of the many VRBO rentals we have stayed at in the past few years. They are very organized and provided an excellent video and phone app explaining everything you need to know about the house. Tiffany was very accommodating with our arrival schedule, waiting for the second half of our group to arrive and meeting us at the market so we could pick up groceries on the way to the house.

my friends and I had an amazing week staying at Casa del Palmas! Great space, kitchen which was very well equipped to cook meals and grill down by the pool. The house had a great flow and when some people stayed up late on the porch we could barely hear them through the nice thick studying glass doors. Can't beat the location!

Check in process could not have been made simpler! Very welcoming staff throughout the whole process before, during, and after. The house exceeded my expectations all around. Lovely stay.

The property, staff and support prior to and during our stay were fantastic!! We loved our time at Casa Del Palmas and Antares Management which are both first class. I encourage all to partner with Antares as you plan and communicate with them along the way. They have great resources and are experts on St. John. Thanks!!

We rented the entire house for our family and in-laws. The house was clean. The entire downstairs had a mildew smell. The bedding would always feel damp. We found humidifiers in the downstairs master which helped some in the rooms we used. The location is nice and secluded. We never made it to the north side of the island because the tiny roads were terrifying to drive on. We only left to go to the grocery stores and catch the ferry or boat rental to go to St Thomas. We tried to go to Cruz Bay but parking is limited. I would never stay at this part of the island again.

We loved our stay at casa del palmas! The house was clean, came with so many amenities, and the beds and rooms were spacious and comfy. The house was in a private area but still close to Cruz Bay by Jeep. Tiffany met us at the house when we arrived and was available for text if we needed anything during the week we were there. The outdoor space was roomy and the view was amazing!! Will definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful with amazing views! It was fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, floats, beach toys). It was a great home away from home!

The staff, the location, the property and amenities were wonderful! We highly recommend it for a family and friends get away. The layout of the house was perfect! Everyone enjoyed themselves and had lots of room. We will definitely book it again in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!

Casa del Palmas is a beautiful house, and our family of four really enjoyed our time there. The pictures don't do it justice! We had groceries delivered to the house, and there were days we didn't even leave. We swam all day and cooked dinner together, which was a quieter option than going in to Cruz Bay and trying to find a parking place . The house had everything we needed; we were able to relax and spend time together. I would definitely go back to Casa del Palmas.

The house was perfect. We were a group of 12 and we had plenty of room. The house was immaculate.. and the location was perfect. Close enough to Cruz Bay to be able to shop, etc. But very private, once on the property. St. John's is a little slice of heaven.

Casa Del Palmas met and exceeded our expectations. The villa is very up to date and very pretty. The home is extremely clean with all modern amenities. The views from the back of the property are breath taking. The home comes stocked with anything you would need to enjoy your time on St. John. If you are looking for a villa in St. John, this is an excellent one!

Have rented many homes for family vacations in the past that were good but the experience here was exceptional. We were 3 different generations of family.... from college age to 8th grade, professional parents and grandma with her significant other. The home afforded us each privacy and is one of the best outfitted homes I ever rented. The Antares Team was beyond helpful and responsive to our every need. Just loved it

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! This was the perfect house for our family vacation! We had a little issue with the hot water (it wasn't on) the first two days we were there (we all thought that others in our party had used up the hot water until the 2nd day we were talking and realized we'd all been taking cold showers) but after I texted Rosanne, someone showed up at the house within the hour and got it all sorted and we all had nice warm showers the rest of the week. I'd for sure look at staying here again on my next trip to St John!

Casa del Palmas is a gorgeously updated villa. This 6 bed, 5 bath home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The pool area included space for everyone to be outside if shade or sun is your preference. The beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats helped make our beach days easy and enjoyable. We loved Casa del Palmas and hope to return next year!

Our group of six throughly enjoyed our stay and found the home fully equipped to meet our needs. The home and it’s amemities are all basically brand new and the decor as spot on. You can really see the owners took great pride in building the home by asserting quality throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to lease the home again for a large group.

Outstanding view, beautiful home in a quiet location with a commanding view of Fish Bay, with a view of Reef Bay at the end of the driveway. Well-designed, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped house--fully equipped kitchen, entertainment suite and beach essentials--make this a comfortable home-away-from-home on an island paradise for a large family or group. We look forward to visiting again in the coming years to gauge the island's recovery.

We thoroughly enjoyed Casa Del Palmas. It is not a large home, but was set up perfectly for a group of 12 (twos families of 6). Besides everything being absolutely first class, the set up was perfect too. One family took the downstairs and one the upstairs. We absolutely loved having two sets of laundry areas. That was very nice. We loved the drive through driveway. If you’ve ever stayed on St. John before, you know that you can spend a lot of time just parking and pulling in and out of the driveways. Not here. It was great. The management team was fantastic and responsive to any questions. We hope to come back!

We spent 8 nights/9 days at Casa Del Palmas for spring break; this was our 7th trip to St John. We came with a group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and had plenty of room. Overall: - The villa and it's décor are beautiful. The photos accurately depict it. - Located in Fish Bay, and easily accessible. - Very clean and well-maintained Bedrooms/Bathrooms: - Very spacious and beautiful furnishings. - You can tell that they put alot of thought into their décor. - 3 king bedrooms, 2 rooms each with 2 twins, and one queen bedroom - Plenty of towels, etc. Common Areas: - The kitchen was amply furnished. If you need it, they likely have it. They even had an electric juicer! - Plenty of outdoor living space, and a screened in porch for the times when the bugs are out ;) - Seating area in the lower level, accessible to the king bedroom. It was beautiful, as well, and had a sofa/tv, refrigerator and microwave. - The pool is a tad on the small side, but, that didn't bother us one bit. (Nor the 5 young kids with us) - Having a washer/dryer on each floor was very convenient Customer Service: A+! Best we've encountered on the island, by far. The location and beautiful house made our stay perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the view was breathtaking. The house was so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our stay could not have been more perfect.
