Great location and views! Parking was never an issue and neither were the elevators. It was an easy drive to all the restaurants and stores but far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with constant traffic. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The beach was fantastic and not overly crowded. Overall awesome vacation spot!

Perfect place. Clean, updated, perfect viewed from both bedrooms and the living room, easy beach and pool access, spa for men and women, game room, etc. We will absolutely rerun! The neighborhood is so private and the beach so clean and private and perfect. Only suggestions are: the sliding door in living room sticks and need adjusted. Would also recommend a few extra dish towels and definitely a drying rack for dishes as we hand washed most of ours so we would only have to run the dishwasher once. And lastly, more lids that fit the cooking pans. There was only one larger one that for and the other 2 were too small for skillets. Also the beach umbrella was falling a bit apart so a new one would be great! But seriously, we loved it and were blessed and felt at home!!!!

Great views on both sides, clean & nice. The only complaint we have is the elevator was out for 2 days and that became a problem!

My husband and I returned with our 3 teenage children for our second spring break at this unit. Check in process was so easy. Parking under the canopy late at night while we unloaded and used the luggage carrier was simple and easy. Never a wait for the elevator to this 9th floor unit. Our boys fished every morning/evening on Lake Powell and we watched from the master balcony. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Fitness center is small, but functional. Beach and 2 pools are attached, which allowed my family to come and go as needed. When we finished at the beach for the day, we’d spend some time playing shuffleboard or tennis. At night, my kids could join a huge group of kids to play basketball at Carrillon. We spent a morning walking through Carrillon for exercise. 5 min from Publix grocery. 10 min from any dinner spot. The owner responded quickly when we addressed a light fixture issue. Highly recommend this unit.

My best friend and I took my 8 year old daughter on a 4 night girls trip, and this condo was perfect for us! The check in process was so easy, the condo has so many amenities for adults and children alike, the views from both bedrooms in the condo are beautiful. It’s far enough out of PCB that it doesn’t feel so commercialized, which we loved, and it’s just 10/10! I definitely plan to be back!!

We rented for the last 2.5 weeks of February. The place is smaller than it appears in the pictures with quite low ceilings over kitchen area so just be aware that it’s small square footage (I’d guess living room area to be 12x14 and same with kitchen/dining space. and seating wise there is a only a smaller couch and one reclining chair so more than 3 people might find it uncomfortable and then a 6 person dining table which is probably too large for the space really as it extends into living area. The balcony views are nice from both sides. Could use a table on the balcony for drinks or books etc. shower tile in master bathroom had some black mold and stairs could use fresh coat of paint and carpet. Hall bathroom upstairs is very small. Bedrooms are both average size and beds are comfortable. Beach access was nice and the beaches were beautiful. Pool area was closed but looked nice from our balcony. Overall I’d give the unit 3 stars The bad part of our stay and hopefully not one that others will experience there was that there was major demolition going on in the unit next door from 7:30am-6pm every day for 3 weeks except Sundays. 5-6 workers each day and electric saws, nail guns, pounding all day. Doors open onto balconies so there was literally no escaping it. We complained finally after seeing inside one day halfway through our stay that it was down to the studs so not ending any time soon. The owners first response was we could leave and they’d reimburse for our remaining days that we didn’t stay. Not an option. Then an offer of 20% off 5 days -we were there for 17 and endured this unpleasant experience the entire time. They also wanted us to handle it by complaining to security each day that it went beyond 5pm. Apparently any noise is allowed from 8-5:30 Mon-Sat. So I’m noting this because from now on it’s a question we will ask the owners before renting anywhere else if there is planned construction/demolition next door. If we had young children that needed a nap it would have been impossible. Imagine 6 men doing construction. All day long every day. Obviously we were out of the unit from about 10am-5ish enjoying the beach or meals out etc but the time spent inside (and we had a couple rainy days) were beyond unpleasant. But something to think about and ask ahead of time if owners of rentals think this is just something that you should have to tolerate while paying thousands of dollars for a rental.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo!! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The beds are extremely comfortable!! Our children loved the indoor pool and searching for shells at Phillips inlet a short walk down the beach!! The owners were quick to respond to any questions that arose!! We will definitely be returning as we are able!! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!!

Me, my husband and our 3 kids, aged 8,10 &12 stayed in this wonderful condo in January. The purpose of the visit was to see our snowbird parents who were just down the hall. We got into PCB early and were allowed early checkin which was so nice! The condo was beautiful and the perfect setup for our family. The views were stunning! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were visiting so the heated indoor pool was perfect! We spent each morning swimming with the kids and visiting with my in-laws. Anytime I had a question, it was answered via text very quickly. One thing we were excited about was that we were able to get food delivered right to the condo which was awesome after a long day exploring PCB. There was nothing we would have changed! I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for wanting to enjoy the gorgeous beaches on Panama City, but not the crowd that it might bring. The condo offered beautiful views of both the ocean and the Bay Area. Condo owner was fantastic with communication!

We had a fabulous week in Lorin and Cindy’s condo! They were the most receptive hosts ever. The entire resort currently has a temporary AC chiller and with the high summer temps was struggling to keep up. Within 24 hours Cindy had two portable AC units installed in the condo- making a notable difference and the rest of our stay super cool and comfortable. The condo actually got cold at one point to where we needed to adjust the units down. The beds were extremely comfortable, they had four beach chairs, four boogie boards, and other numerous sand and beach toys in the closet. All cabinets were labeled with so much cookware available. This condo has everything you need and more, is updated, and clean. We loved our stay and owners and can’t wait to come back!

The condo was organized. Check in and out was seamless. The only issue I had was the cleanliness. There was garbage (candy, Gatorade bottles, etc) when we arrived under the couches and side tables in the bedrooms and a lot of dust on floors and throughout. Needs a very thorough cleaning.

The check in process was fine. The condo toilets and showers were not clean. If you go on the balcony to see the beach the door sticks so you will think someone locked you out. The AC is horrible!!! It is so hot in the the condo and the upstairs is worse. The WATER was off two separate days. The first time the water was cut off from 10AM- 4PM with NO notice. I notified the manager of the unit and she stated she would find out and return my call in 10 mins. After 30 mins of waiting for the manager to call back I called her. The manager acted like she had no clue and then said I’m waiting for a call back. I tried telling her about the AC but kids were yelling and screaming in the background so much on her end. The first day with no water a notice was not hung up until 1pm that day. The second time the water was cut off they posted a sign. Vacation is suppose to be nice and relaxing. Very disappointed

We had a great trip in PCB at Pinnacle Port. First time we stayed at this condo and loved it. We will be back again.

We enjoyed the location of this condo! The gated access to the property and the "private" beach it allowed was fabulous. The layout of the condo was great and fit our needs perfectly. The AC was not running properly or at 100%. When in touch with property manager she helped to get the problem solved quickly, although we continued to have minor issues Overall, I would stay here again.

This condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Nicely updated. Great location. Beautiful views from either balcony. Comfortable beds. We look forward to returning for future family vacations.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cindy's condo at Pinnacle Port. We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 20+ years and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our group to spread out, and the queen bed in addition to the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom worked out so well with 3 boys. The balcony off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Powell was awesome for morning sun and coffee and then the balcony off off the living room is great for afternoon sun, overlooking the kids in the pool, and watching the sun set. The property was updating cable and Wifi during our stay which required the contractors to access the unit and I appreciated Cindy reaching out personally the day before to let us know this would be happening. Wifi and cable worked well during our stay. Kitchen was set up with everything you would need, the half bath on the first floor was welcome, beds were comfy, and full size washer and dryer were ideal. Will definitely stay here for our next visit!

My family had an amazing spring break at Sunnyside Pinnacle Port. Sunnyside was clean and decently roomy for a family of six with 4 teenagers. The owner has plenty of blankets, pots/pans, dish soap/dishwasher pods, bath towels. We did need to buy extra paper towel and toilet paper. Having three bathrooms was nice. The views off both balconies cannot be beat. The beach had sugar sand, was clean and never crowded. My family enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffleboard. My boys fished every day on Lake Powell. We walked daily at Carillon Beach neighborhood and my kids met other teens while playing basketball. We used both pools and sauna. The fitness room did not have working treadmills or elipticals. The Publix grocery store was less than a mile away and I had Instacart deliver our second day. We chose this place for its location in PCB and the option to fish, play tennis and shuffleboard, as well enjoy the beach and walking community. It did NOT disappoint. Tammy and Regina, new owners of the Starfish Grille on site make an amazing pork nachos for $6! You are not within walking distance to ice cream, shops, and coffee, except for the Carillon Beach shops that are limited. However, a lot of options are within a 3 mile drive. We highly recommend Sunnyside and would consider returning for more great memories!

The location and the view from this unit was great and the awesome sunsets could be seen while even just sitting in the living room. The Sun when it was out was shining on our balcony most of the day and was out of the wind so that was nice. The kitchen was recently remodeled and had every imaginable utensil, pot ect you would ever need. The living was smaller than it appeared in the photo's and the furniture could use replacing there. The bedrooms were nice size and the beds were pretty comfortable. I would advise people not to go down in early February, however, as it was much colder than we expected and since it is a bit of the off season alot of maintenance was being done in the complex which could get noisy at times.

Great location. Great property. Would definitely return!! The neighborhood is beautiful, private and quiet. Walking distance to a nice shopping area and a couple restaurants. The communication with the owner was excellent and easy. Check in/check out was easy and quick. We had four adults and three kids. The kids loved the bunk beds! The pull out couch downstairs was actually pretty comfortable to sleep on and super convenient to have! Plenty of extra blanket and bedding. The views from both sides are great. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need and there are a handful of board games provided as well which we definitely utilized! We loved playing tennis in the mornings, and the condo also provided tennis rackets, balls, beach chairs, a beach umbrella. Everything we needed was there for us! The heated indoor pool was an added perk during this time of year! I would recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return in the future !!

I didn’t like having to give the names of grandchildren. I didn’t like having to fill out papers at gate. Everything else was great

We have stayed at several locations in PCB and this is a dated condo relative to other locations we have stayed in (Aqua for example). It is a fine condo but overpriced in our opinion when you could get a newer, spacier condo for the same price. Condo was not cleaned when we arrived and had to wait as the management company scrambled to clean it so thats on the mgmt company. Rooms and bathrooms were cramped but clean. No sink garbage disposal and tv remote system was very frustrating (for a 30 yr old) to navigate.
