Great location, lovely condo. Would book again!

This is an extremely comfortable, cozy, beautiful and well-appointed condo. We were here for a very stormy few days but loved sitting and watching the drama by the warmth of the gas fireplace. Great location near restaurants, the beach, grocery store and other shopping. Spectacular bay-front view. We loved it!

This place was gorgeous. By far one of the best places I have stayed through Vacasa. Well stocked and very comfortable. I will be booking another stay here

The place was wonderful and very clean. The only drawback was the stove ugh!!!!!. It took 30 minutes to preheat and it made a clanging noise throughout 90% of the cooking process. It was really loud and annoying. The amount of money asked for these places we didn't expect to deal with cooking and the stove being so loud we couldn't hear the television. I hope they replace it soon. Other than that it offered a nice place. I was disappointed on such an early checkout during the winter and our trip ended the day after the ice storm.

This was our 6th or 7th stay at Mermaid Cove. We absolutely love it here. Once again, another great stay with everything we needed.

What is this? Stay number 4? 5? I’ve lost track. We stay once or twice a year here since Covid and it’s perfect for our adventuresome kids who love playing on the bay… and my hubs and I who love the view of everything gorgeous when indoors.

Beautiful location, right on the bay. Condo was furnished nicely and was super clean. Looking forward to coming back. Had some issues with the locks, but Vacasa came to help very quickly.

The property and setting is better than advertised. Quiet and a third level corner space brought fantastic views into play. This is an update well thought out and decorated space. Felt safe and secure with a peaceful nights rest ready for the next day.

What a beautiful home, great natural light and views. We spent 3 nights in Mermaid Cove and 100% would stay again. We love this location, the food trucks across the street and easy access to the water.

Our second time staying at Mermaid Cove, as wonderful as ever. Cozy and accommodating with everything we needed and the veiw is always amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the host; they went above and beyond with board games, extra pillows and towels, a plethora of spices, and a notebook to write notes. The decor was tasteful and homey, which really did feel like a home away from home! After we moved a few beautiful, breakable pieces of decor, it was a great place for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy time together. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were really nice amenities to have. The walk to a rather private beach area was perfect, and the area is great for small children wanting to wade in the water. We will definitely be booking at Mermaid Cove in the future.

Besides not being told of two repairmen coming to our unit and they just let themselves in, it was a fantastic stay! This place is beautiful with amazing views. We all felt right at home! Will definitely return!

We absolutely love mermaid cove, we keep coming back! The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach. A couple minor things thay we encountered (although they didn’t impact our stay too badly) *the TV in the living area had blown speakers and was very small *the toilet was constantly covered in condensation, if you weren’t careful you could end up with a wet sock *the dishwasher had some old food in it Overall still a great stay and we’ll be back!

Loved the view of the beautiful water.

Pros: view of the Bay, spacious, kitchen well stocked (except for the lack of any spices), nice deck chairs. Cons: lack of comfortable seating, only one bath towel for each person so we had to do laundry every day, lack of spices - not even salt/pepper.

The condo was comfortable and the remodeling that was done made it modern and nice. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked regularly. View from the living room balcony is great! Beds were both too soft for us, but that is the only thing we would change. We were happy they had an heater and a fan in the closet for our use. Will definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well appointed. Great views of the bay with seals and birds.

The hosts attention to detail was impeccable . Besides food there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Very comfortable Condo with stunning views!!! Quick walk to grocery store, glass studio, food trucks and bars. Oh and of course the bay and ocean front views. I will definitely rent this Condo again if not already booked.
