The owners are top-notch! They left nothing to chance for us and their thoughtfulness can be seen throughout their property. From the very comfortable beds to beach chairs to a welcome snack, it's obvious that Roberto and Eileen know how to take care of people who come to stay at their property. They were super responsive to any questions we had, and even reminded us of other amenities they had! It was a great trip and we'd stay there again for sure!

Really loved just the place! One of my kids has now requested that we return to the condo "every February". Beautiful views, comfortable living spaces, beach/pool/soccer/tennis/basketball all walkable. Great places to eat/hike/enjoy yourself super close by. Hosts were incredibly responsive before and during the trip. Best Vrbo experience we have had.

This was perfect location for us as it was close to El Yunque and not far from old San Juan. The view is the best in the complex. Loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean was wonderful! Had a great time on the boogie boards that are provided in the condo. Short drive to places to eat. Owners had great communication with us and checked in with us to make sure we were ok and warned us of any rip currents. They have lots of beach items to use, such as beach chairs, beach bag, snorkel stuff, etc. Unit could use some updating but it was very clean and saw no bugs while there. Has electric shutters that can be opened with switches on the wall. there is also a control box for the security gate entrance to the complex that you can use. Great amenities - complimentary wine and beer much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo, property, and location were all awesome.

Our Family of 5 loved our stay at this beach condo. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The roof top patio was a nice add and having two decks was great. The condo had almost too much furniture in it but that also made for a place for everyone to sit (would feel a little more open if there was a little less on the main deck or that beach stuff was stored on the roof top patio). The quick walk (about 30 yards) to the beach was amazing and the views and sounds of the water from your decks was priceless. The walks on the beach were a highlight every morning. Close to the Grocery, restaurants, the rainforest and a quick drive to San Juan. If we vacation again in San Juan this would be our first choice. Great complex, great host.

This was a great place to stay and unwind. The view from the balcony was awesome. The courtyard was an added bonus and a fun place to chill. And Mar Chiquita, a superb beach, is a minute walk down the beach . Yes you cannot swim directly in front of this unit because of the rocky shoreline but you can still walk along the water. I would recommend water shoes or similar. We mostly cooked and ate in , but there are a few restaurants within a short drive. There’s also a small grocery minutes away. Definitely recommend a vehicle for getting around as this is not in a town . But that’s also what we loved about it ! Make sure and check out the small cave across the street .

Great place, photos of upstairs outdoor patio don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for rain forest, snorkeling, kayaking, zip lines. About 45 minutes to old San Juan. Place was safe and quiet, easy access to the beach. Owner was responsive. I would absolutely go back again. Except the world is a big place.

Roberto's and Eileen's place is a really nice place to stay and so close to the beach. My favorite part is their rooftop area; it adds a dimension and makes it much bigger than it would be otherwise. You will not be disappointed staying here.

This was our favorite Vrbo! It was clean, easy to get there and get in. The rooftop terrace was a favorite with beautiful views from both sides! The beach was nice and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do that were close. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very well appointed, the beach view is gorgeous, and the beach is fabulous. Our hosts were very helpful and prompt with any questions. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay a vacation to remember. This is a nice location between San Juan and Farjardo. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Our family just returned from a fantastic trip to Puerto Rico! Our host, Roberto was amazing from the moment we booked our stay at his condo to the day after we returned home, he was very reponsive to any question or need we expressed! We had more than enough room for our family of five in the well stocked home, everything you needed and more! Well stocked kitchen, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and more was available to us! The roof top terrace was my favorite spot (except for the beach) with its fantastic view of the swaying palm trees and surf to one side and the cloud covered peak of El Yunque on the other, and did I forget to mention the hammock?!? We walked a great deal of the beaches in the area and it was by far the best! Sand dollars a plenty washed to the shore of this very clean beach! We will definitely be back, and I hope, sooner rather than later!

We spent the last week of March in Roberto's wonderful condo. There was plenty of space for us and our three adolescent boys and the condo was very well equipped for cooking, eating and enjoying the beach. I can't say enough about the beach - very clean, great waves, and almost uninhabited (unlike the stretch by the Wyndham which was wall to wall chairs). The undertow would be a little too much for very young children, but our boys loved boogie boarding and surfing. We tore ourselves away from the beach long enough to tour Old San Juan, sail on the Amazing Grace in San Juan harbor, go snorkeling, hike and zip line in the rain forest, and visit the hot springs on the south side of the island. And eat at kioskos and road-side wagons and, best of all, Bebos near the airport! Thank you, Roberto for opening your condo to us winter-weary vacationers.

This was the perfect spot for my family. There were 4 adults and two children (2 & 4) and we stayed for a week. The condo set up was great and we felt like there was enough space for everyone. There was an eating area on the deck and also inside by the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked with the essentials. The 3 bedrooms were perfect - 2 of them had queen beds and the 3rd room had two full sized beds which was great for the kids. There were beach chairs, beach toys and other items at the condo to use. The roof top terrace had great views and had an eating area to enjoy the breeze. Half of it was shaded and the other half was in the sun. The beach was almost private and you could walk forever and find sand dollars. The grounds of the complex were immaculate - the playground was great for the kids and the pool was wonderful and quiet. There was also a smaller kiddie pool perfect for little ones. When we went there were not a lot of people at the complex so it seemed like we had it all to ourselves. It took about 10 minutes to get to most restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies. We visited the rain forest twice for hiking and the Luquillo Kiosks for dinner which were both about 15 minutes away. We planned on doing other excursions but were so happy with the pool and beach that we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Roberto was very responsive for anything we needed while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay there again with my family.

Roberto was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, very helpful regarding local information and recommendations, and even left a welcome basket for us. It was a pleasure renting from him! The condo is lovely. It's well stocked, roomy, quiet, comfortable, and the location is unbeatable! It's oceanfront. There is a wonderful view through the palms from both balconies and the upper terrace to the surf, and beyond, to the turquoise water. The beach itself was clean, with fine sand, practically deserted and wide (see the satellite view via Google maps). We recommend, as does Roberto I think, Rico Pan bakery for baked goods and sandwiches which is right on PR 3 about 5 minutes away. We visited El Yunque and loved that. I recommend Kayaking Puerto Rico in Fajardo if you want to do the bio bay paddle. They were friendly, professional, and fun! They advised us upon booking that there was much less bioluminescent activity. This is because of the seasonal variation and cooler water in February and they discounted the price because of that. It was still a very nice and informative trip. We took a day trip into Old San Juan and enjoyed that much more than I thought we would (we're not much for cities). The old Spanish city is beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants. The trick is just finding a place to park. I highly recommend Puerto Rico and and Roberto's condo for a relaxed beach vacation!
