this was perfect for our young family… on the beach so easy back and forth with the babes and toddler. we love the screened in porch and there was plenty of living room. Really appreciated the updated kitchen appliances. looking forward to Summer 2025!!

We’ve stayed here 3x and each time have loved our stay. With small children it’s the best access to the beach being right on the path.

Bethany Beach is quieter than many other beach destinations but still a short drive from action Location of property is right next to sand dunes You can see/hear the ocean from the screened deck Comfortable beds Lots of space to spread out and visit This is a smaller older property than many but has numerous renovations and is well maintained There’s some minor issues—driveway is narrow (but we fit a minivan and SUV), a bush juts into the driveway brushing your car Some parts of the house appear to have repairs in process but these are mostly cosmetic (eg on the ceiling what appears to be a new light fixture or something coming) Showers are great (rain type shower head, hot water, good pressure), very nicely equipped kitchen Manager is very responsive and helpful Beach is amazing Numerous restaurants, ice cream, shops within 10 min drive (some within 10 min walk)

Beautiful setting and very well cared for home. Instant hot water with great shower pressure, air co do too I guess works beautifully. Nice big screen porch. Furnishings and some mattresses need to be updated.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay....house perfect location and loved the enclosed porch facing the ocean. The beach is private and awesome! We definitely would rent again!

I liked the nostalgic feel of this home. As a longtime former owner of property near the inlet, it reminded me of summers in the area as a child before all the development took over. The screened porch is by far the best feature! My only negative comment would be that I believe the listing says the home has 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 separate rooms that are bathrooms. One of them has a toilet and a urinal, however, as well as a shower stall separate from the bathtub, so maybe that's where the third bathroom gets counted. To be fair, we could have asked about this beforehand, and I'm sure Greg would have clarified, as he is very diligent about replying to questions. Overall, the property is a GREAT value and the location can't be beat.

Very comfortable cottage that sits in a private community (and beach)!! Very quite and friendly neighborhood! The Home sits on the sand with a ocean view! What more could you ask for!! This is our second year staying at the home, and were all ready looking forward to next year! Very recommended!!! Stay salty 🤙

The location is outstanding on a private beach with ocean view. Very workable for 11 people to sleep. Two bathrooms and outdoor shower are useful. I wish the master bedroom had ensuite bathroom., but the owner does describe this as a cottage, so fair enough. The living room furniture is old and doesn't look right considering the interior design. The outdoor grill is really too small for 11 but we managed. The a/c is superb! The art work is interesting and unique to the house. The garden is totally unkempt and the outdoor appearance of the house is shabby, the path is always wet from the roof. I was sol relived to enter the house and find that it is well kept with new floors and an easy to clean kitchen. The living space works really well. We enjoyed the table tennis room, the deck. The selling points for us are the low porch - you feel like you are right in the dunes --and you walk out the back door in your bare feet onto the beach path, and jump on the sand and into the ocean in under a minute. We had a great time. Thank you to the owner who is the best email communicator ever.
