We traveled to Colorado for a ski trip for spring break. This condo is in the perfect location with access to so many awesome things to do whether you are looking to ski, hike, shop, or dine. The condo was clean, well stocked with basic ammenities and was the perfect place for our family on this trip! Our kids loved that there were games, puzzles, and bunk beds. The host was very responsive and provided detailed information for our stay in a timely manner. We would defintely recommend for any family looking for a getaway!

Property was as advertised and in a great location. The garage was a little tricky to locate at first but was very convenient and made the stay that much better. I would highly recommend this condo.

Cynthia’s unit was exactly as described. It was the perfect home away from home. Well stocked with everything you might need or want while in vacation. Clean, comfortable and cozy. It was extremely convenient to park the car in the covered garage. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and main streets. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is lovely, very clean, well appointed, easy in/out, great location, wonderful underground parking, which makes me sad I have to leave a poor summary. It is necessary to warn others about the master bedroom/upstairs. It is extraordinarily hot, even when closing all vents upstairs and following the recommendations in the host book. Changing the temperature results in the downstairs freezing, so my kids froze and we burned up. This works well I suppose if you are always cold, but we both run hot at night. Additionally, if you are accustomed to a rock hard mattress, the master bed will work well for you. If not, and are a side sleeper, you are in for some of the worst nights sleep. The place also advertises streaming options on the TV - unfortunately the TV and Roku are so old the apps are out of date and you will be unable to access any other streaming service than the included Netflix (also a very out of date version) and basic cable. Normally this wouldn’t matter, but when some of the resorts were limited for the extreme conditions during our stay, we had to hunker down in the condo. We have stayed in other condos in the same building in the past without any of the above mentioned issues. Other reviewers mentioned a broken oven - this has been fixed.

Great property oven was broke and had been broke according to past guest. Convent location. A little loud due to construction right across the street. But other than that a good rental

We had an amazing time this past week! The place that we stayed in was clean and the owner did a wonderful job communicating with us upon our arrival. The location was perfect and the garage was warm and nice for our ski gear. The kitchen was easy to work in and had everything that we needed. We would recommend it to others.

I have stayed in this condo for 7 days. Cynthia is very kind and helpful. Since my son wanted to leave earlier, we had to drive two cars. She borrowed extra parking space for us from her friend. Rooms are very clean.. Great communication. Every thing is perfect. Definitely I will be back .

Property was as advertised. Convenient location. Clean and spacious. Bunk beds in second bedroom are not the most comfortable for adults, but guess that is what one should expect from bunk beds. Also could use more comfortable couch in the living room. Overall good value.

Enjoyed the stay! Nice place, especially the kitchen and 2 story great room. Good location for driving to all the ski resorts. If you have good weather, take the back way around the lake to Breckinridge… it’s beautifully scenic.

This location is a great place to stay for skiing holiday! It is as advertised - clean, well-stocked and centrally located to so many great places to go and see! Communication from the owner could not have been better. We will definitely look to rebook in the future!!

Just as described! Tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for our weekend. Great location, in walking distance to the lake, pubs, amphitheater. The outlet shops are a few miles away. Cynthia was quick to respond to my questions & just an all around great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll be back!

This property was perfect for a little get together with friends. We went to the dillon amphitheater for a show and this was so close. Overall, loved the place.

This property is nicely accommodated with amenities that would be needed away from home. It is well kept and nicely decorated. The parking is nice and safe. It is centrally located being by downtown but also other restaurants and shopping. The host is extremely responsive. Hope to be able to go back and stay again!

Property was as advertised. Very clean. Easy access to surrounding areas. Right across from the Ice Castles- our window looked right out to it! I did not ski but others did. They skied Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. Easy access to all places. Heated garage was hit with my husband! Condo complex was quiet even with all the traffic for the castle. We did stay during the week and not on the weekend.

Condo as advertised. Had everything you needed. We used as a base to ski Copper, Arapahoe and Winter Park. It was nice to walk to restaurants but due to holiday and ice sculpture crowds best to skip lunch and eat early.
