This rental is by far, the most amazing place we’ve stayed. Clean, safe, spacious, communicative, just perfect. We traveled as a family of 4, one teen and one tween, and had so much fun. We had so much information given to us prior to arriving, all questions on restaurants and activities answered before we arrived, we felt like we were locals. Having the dive spot right out front was spectacular. Stingray was great with equipment and info as well. The mini wall was fantastic: turtles, rays, barracuda, eels, and more. So much to explore. Can’t say enough for how clean and wonderful the home was. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens, and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Always a huge bonus to have washer/dryer. Thank you so very much. We will be back.

We want to thank the owners Patrick & Whitney for letting us stay at their property, it was even better than the pictures. The property was lacking nothing. Melinda, the property manager took care of us like we were family. Her communication was amazing start to finish and beyond. If you are diving or just looking to get away from everything, this place will not let you down. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this lovely place. This is a great well maintained condo with an awesome west bay location. It is simple to get to and feels secluded but also close to everything you would need in west bay or seven mile beach. There was very little traffic from other residents or guests the week we were there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool area is clean and maintained and right out the back door. The beach area is nice for relaxation and has a walkout stair for snorkeling or diving. No walkout beach but it's not needed in my opinion. Having the Cracked Conch and Tiki bar almost next door is also a major plus. Great place within walking distance. The condo was updated, clean and everything we needed was provided. From kitchenware, to towels, to beach/pool items, it has it all. The owner was responsive and helpful for all my questions and check-in and out was very simple. I had not interaction with the property manager but also didn't need it. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back in the future.

The property was a fantastic west Bay property, close enough to everything to get places quick, but far enough away to get out of the busyness of the city, Right off the pool, the view was great. there was an initial issue that was taken care of immediately, The property manager was fantastic,

This clean, comfortable, quiet property is a great find for an active yet relaxing dive vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for preparing meals in. Furniture and decor are in excellent condition. Best of all, this property offers the most convenient shore diving experience imaginable! Aside from a minor hiccup in communication with the property manager regarding entry passcode, logistics were simple and smooth as well.

I have been to 20-something countries and stayed at a range of accommodations booked through every possible channel available. (And we are rental property owners too — so we take our rental experiences very seriously!) This condo rental was hands-down the best vacation find we’ve experienced as a family — which is going on 17 years now. The condo itself is perfection. The cleanest, tidiest rental I’ve ever been in; excellent location on a beautifully maintained property; and completely outfitted with everything you could need or want — from high-end, comfortable furniture to shower toiletries to laundry soap (this is huge, as us moms know!!!). In addition, the owners treated us like family (better, actually!) from the first inquiry on. They gave us excellent advice that worked its magic throughout our stay, and they were beyond accommodating and kind when our travel plans hit (massive) speed bumps early on. Their hospitality was simply phenomenal, as was the property manager’s. She too embraced us before we even arrived, making sure that we’d be immediately comfortable at the condo after a few nightmare travel days on the way there. She checked in on us during our stay too — could not have been more gracious. And easy… These people were the easiest owners I’ve ever worked with. We cannot thank them enough for sharing their amazing property but even more than that for being such awesome humans. This condo is the best — BOOK IT!!! Do not even waste another minute looking anywhere else on the island. You have found your slice of paradise! Go!!!

This is the perfect spot to be on as it's quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to the seven mile beach area. Our favorite restaurant Macabuca was within walking distance. The condo was well appointed, beds were very comfortable (including the pull-out couch which is unusual), plenty of towels and the pool area and small beach in front are great. You can rent snorkel gear right there from a neighbor and everyone we met was really friendly, including the security guard who roams the place at night (although it's so safe it's not necessary). The owners were great and responded to all of our questions very quickly. We kept saying "we are staying in the perfect place" as we drove around and explored. Island is fabulous (stingray boat trip, swimming with dolphins, drive to Starfish point and Rum point, dinners out on the beach, Governor's Beach...). Rent a car and the grocery store is great - has everything including all the gluten and dairy free stuff needed. The kitchen in the condo is super - didn't cook but did quick breakfasts there. They have a water purifier so the water tastes good. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends.

This condo was amazing! The newly renovated property was comfortable and accommodating. The location was perfect with easy access to Georgetown or Seven Mile Beach area. The beds were extremely comfortable from the mattress to the sheets to the pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for making our meals. We loved going out the back door and walking directly to the pool or beach for sunset! This condo was spectacular in every way! We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family of five. Everything is provided! Very clean, tastefully decorated and super comfy! The location is quiet, on the beach, and it has a pool, no stairs for the grandparents! We all want to live here!

We loved our stay at Coconut Bay #114! Stocked with everything + more, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, pool and spa wonderful after diving! Excellent access to North Wall diving and fab shore diving at condo! Exceptional in all respects, we will definitely be back!!

Family vacation for four (2 teenagers). Property was exactly as listed. Clean and had everything we needed. Snorkeling immediately in the water. Melinda, the property manager was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and helped to make this such a memorable trip. I cannot recommend this property enough... it was clean and safe. Only note, Snorkeling equip didn't come with the condo, this is listed somewhere as an amenity, however dive shop on premises had gear on the patio for our arrival. We had full use of it all week for $50 per person. I was happy to pay it as we used it every time. Rented a car and toured the entire island, I would highly recommend that as well. Simply a wonderful vacation in paradise and a great rental to call your own for a short while. Many thanks!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is newly renovated and in a great location by the main pool.

We spent many hours in the back reading by the pool and chatting with friendly neighbors. Due to windy & choppy waters, we were only able to snorkel out back a couple of times but had wonderful swim. Plenty of beach towels, detergent for washer, shampoo, etc. We walked to restaurant next door and had awesome meals, especially conch ceviche. We also went to the nearby Turtle Center and snorkeled with turtles. Great communication with owner and also Melinda the manager. Would definitely stay again if we come back in the future!

Absolutely loved this condo. Local and very attentive property manager makes a big difference. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Great shore diving. Wish there was another option like a more reasonable refundable deposit for property damage instead of paying high priced insurance. Doesn’t seem like a good use of money.

Our family of 3 stayed here for a Spring Break getaway. The condo is well stocked with lots of water gear and beach towels, basic kitchen supplies, grill supplies and starter paper goods. It is very comfortable. The memory foam beds (I think) were very firm but comfortable. The condo opens to the pool with a view of the shore. They have some sand here but is not beach front but a rocky/coral edge. This condo is in the Northwest Point area of Grand Cayman so you will want a car. Walking distance to The Cracked Conch, Macabuca Bar & Grill (both recommended), The turtle center and Dolphin experience. It's about a 20 minute drive to George Town and the airport without traffic. You can snorkel/scuba dive from the complex IF it's not too windy. Our first 4 days it was too windy and the waves were too high to go out. It's a short drive to areas that you can walk in off the beach to snorkel/scuba. We enjoyed the rooster that joined us on the patio every morning for breakfast. This is a great retreat if you want to be away from the hubbub (nice in this Covid-19 environment). The owners were very responsive by email both before and during our stay even emailing to make sure we got in okay. MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO ON HOW TO USE THE LOCK BOX - if you do you will have no problems accessing the condo. My only suggestion for the property would be brighter lights in the bedrooms. All in all a wonderful place to stay!
