Hands down this house from cleanliness to communication was AMAZING!!! Lisa goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is fantastic. She left a welcome package with local goodies and has her home filled with things that truly make your stay so comfortable and enjoyable. She even has a little cabinet with first aid and different things we might have needed. The beds were extremely comfortable after skiing all day, not to mention the spa to relax in!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and hope to come back soon!!! What a blessing!!!!

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for our daughters wedding at the summit. The house was clean and welcoming. Perfect location and our host Lisa was wonderful in letting us know what we needed to know and providing coffee and treats as well as daily needs like shampoo and cleaning supplies. Beautiful scenery and beautiful home. Would definitely stay again.

Best location! Townhome is 20 minutes away from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Lisa is a wonderful host.

Five of us stayed at this house for eight nights while skiing at several of the surrounding resorts. The house had everything we needed, including an updated kitchen with great appliances, comfortable beds and bedding, a large comfortable living room, hot tub, access to the garage, and all the amenities we needed for our stay. With the perfect location for the Cottonwood Canyons resorts, grocery stores, ski rental shops and restaurants in the area, we had a truly enjoyable stay.

The property is exactly as shown in the listing all the beds were comfortable for our family of five adults. The welcome basket provided by Lisa was a welcome surprise and appreciated by all. I've stayed at a number of VRBO properties for our ski trips this was the best fit as far as location and amenities it was perfect. Lisa responds to emails almost instantly was a pleasure to work with!

Our group of 5 stayed here as a base camp for our utah ski trip. It was everything we needed! Great location for skiing either of the canyons. Having the hot tub to soak tired ski legs each evening was wonderful. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. Lisa and Jim are great!

Great property! Excellent location. 18 minute drive from Snowbird/Alta. Grocery store is within walking distance away. It’s set up perfect for skiers/boarders. Big garage to store equipment in, along with your vehicle to avoid scrape snow off. All hard wood floors for easy clean up. Area rug and fireplace make the living room cozy. Comfortable couches. Kitchen comfortably sat four of us, with room for more. Appliances worked perfectly. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. When I go back to the area this will be my first choice.

This duplex is great for a group. We are a family of skiers and this place hits the mark - location, private hot tub, washer/dryer, kitchen with all the tools, grill, value, and garage for a large SUV. Lisa is planning some upgrades (the bathrooms are a little dated) so that will only improve the place. Check in was easy and Lisa was an excellent communicator. Would rent again.

Great rental. Owners were wonderful. House was very well stocked. They even provided the small things like paper towels, laundry detergent etc. We appreciated the gift basket when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

This property is just perfect for a family vacation to ski the resorts in the area. Great location to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. The house has everything you need. Great communication with the owners. We would love to come back here in the future!

A group of friends and i went for a skiing trip to park city. I rented this property for the trip and to say the least it was amazing! The owners were very committed to our needs. Great amenities, great neighborhood and only 30 minute drive into the mountains. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone who wants to ski park city but doesn't want to stay directly on the mountain. We will be back!!

Perfect for skiers
Outstanding location! Quick trip to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Kevin was great...we cook many of our own meals and the place had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and convenient!!

This is an older, well maintained and updated property. It was perfect for my group of four 50+ grumpy old men, each of whom demands their own rooms. Good mattresses. Well equipped kitchen, working grill and hot tub. Location can’t be beat for AltaBird, Brighton & Solitude. Owner was in touch with us, and offered some valuable and convenient ski rental discounts. Would repeat!

Great stay and location!
The place was great! The only issue was workers coming in the backyard with no announcement on occasion. This just kind of took away from the privacy aspect.

We live on the east coast and had lots of questions about busing to the mountain, renting skis, shopping, dining, etc. Kevin is a great host and was very helpful both before our arrival and once we were there. Great location for our first Utah ski trip!
The property was great for our family/friend ski trip! This was our first time skiing in Utah. We live on the east coast and had lots of questions about busing to the mountain, renting skis, shopping, dining, etc. Kevin is a great host and was very helpful both before our arrival and once we were there. He gave us an excellent ski rental discount as well! We will definitely book again. Thank you for everything, Kevin!

Recommend having trash cans in all rooms, replacing batteries on wall clocks, and getting a higher quality BBQ cover (which ripped apart by just removing and replacing it over the BBQ). Some members of the group found the moose head to be obtrusive and unnecessary. You may want to include a pic of that in the ad so that people are well aware of its presence. Overall, we enjoyed your sizable property. Spa was nice!!

Awesome stay!
Location is ideal! Easy access to the Cottonwood Canyon Passes for skiing at Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. Very good restaurants nearby. Sized perfectly for our eight adults. Kitchen well equipped. Hot tub was a plus. Enjoyed having the garage to stash our ski/snowboard gear. Excellent communication with Kevin!
