The property/unit was fantastic, steps from the River Run lifts and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum and all the things that Ketchum offers. The unit also felt homey and not corporate/stale in nature. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Sun Valley ski getaway.

The condo is great and is a convenient place to base your Ketchum adventure. The only issue we had was not bringing quarters for the laundry that we needed to do. None of our banks have branches in town so we had a hard time acquiring enough quarters to get it all done. Not how you want to spend your vacation!

We usually travel via RV. We stayed here because of a change in our travel plans. It was a wonderful stay.

We appreciated that we could walk to the lifts and town, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We knew the furnishings were dated and figured that was reflected in the lower price, but the fact that it was also poorly maintained and very dirty was a big disappointment. This included dirty dishes (e.g. lipstick stain and coffee stains on cups and baked-on food on silverware), a dirty rag stuffed down the kitchen drain (weird), dust bunnies and crumbs on floor and furniture (and a full vacuum that had to be emptied before I could use it), burnt-out light bulbs, a broken light fixture, a broken shower curtain rod, torn linens. Since I had to clean the place myself, management comped the cleaning fee and made repairs on day two of our stay, which I appreciated. This could be a great unit if they made some basic upgrades (stove is a mess, furniture and linens really tired) and if they found a reputable cleaning service.

This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum for the non-skiers and very close to Bald Mountain for the downhill skiers. Having two on suite bedrooms was perfect for a couple and my adult sister.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The view from the deck is breathtaking and definitely a highlight of staying here. Fantastic location, it was only a short walk/drive from all the action in Ketchum. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property super-close to ski hill for both walking and public transportation. Also easy walk to market, stores etc. little short on supplies like dishwasher detergent paper towels ets but overall a great place to stay. Will stay again if I return!

All good. One repair: need Allen wrench to reattach left bracket on upper towel bar in main bathroom. Tell new customers that upon arriving, the door may be locked with the handle, not the deadbolt. (don't force anything!)

The condo was just as described. Check in was easy and the location could not have been better. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The only suggestion I have is to perhaps update the living room Furniture for comfort. Otherwise, nice place, great location, beautiful views!

Very lucky to have great ski/snow conditions. Ketchum is a charming ski town. Local folks are friendly and generally very good skiers. This is an intermediate to advance ski mountain. It is steep, snowy and sunny. Green are not green. Groomed slopes are not rolled flat. There is no comparison to this excellent ski resort in the US and I ski everywhere.

Condo is in a great location and has nice amenities (outside pool and hot tub). Short walk to town and River Run gondola. Condo provided everything we needed to fix meals and have a comfortable stay.

We loved staying here! The location is great. It is a short walk to the heart of Ketchum and a short walk to the River Run lift. We rarely used our car. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We enjoyed the view of the mountain from the deck and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for three adults to comfortably stay in this condo.

Our stay was great. Michael was a fantastic host and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. We would definitely stay at one of his properties again!

We were a family of 3 and enjoyed a comfortable stay in the house. Convenient walk to downtown and bus shuttle to the slopes. Nice view of the mountain from the house. We had a small issue operating the heat; however, the owner was prompt and helpful in ensuring it was sorted out.

This condo was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Great views of Baldy. We had four feet of snow during three days of our visit, and the condo maintenance man and the driver for the parking area plow did wonderful and timely jobs each. We plan to ask for this condo again in the future.

Loved staying in the condo unit. Hardly had to drive the whole long weekend, which made for a very relaxing stay. It was so easy to walk into town and to the galleries and restaurants. The unit had everything even though we didn't use the kitchen that much, it was nicely appointed. Nice view, quiet, clean, and good towels. Needed light bulbs in stairwell and upstairs fixtures. We'd stay here again.

My wife and I rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium in Sun Valley for 2 month’s every winter to ski and entertain clients, family and friends. Our rental criteria includes a place that is within walking distance of the lifts, has a deck with a view of the mountains, has a hot tub and a washer and dryer on site. We consider ourselves doubly blessed if the unit is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and movie theaters. Having worked as a chef, my wife is picky about how well stocked the kitchen is, as a “seasoned citizen” I expect a comfy bed with a selection of pillows and blanket coverings… this condo exceeded all our expectations! The unit is top of the line – comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, large dining table which is great for entertaining and a deck that spans two sides of the building and walking distance to the lifts and town amenities. The unit was spotless, equiped with games, books and magazines, as well as Wifi, TV's and cable. The manager, "Mike" was avaiable 24/7 to answer questions,We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for two weeks in the summer of 2012 during our annual fishing trip to the Sun Valley area. This is a rather “bare bones/no frills” upper-unit that offers a perfect location and glorious views from its dining/living room and balcony! The unit is compact, but offers plenty of room for up to four individuals. As with most condos, privacy is limited; but this is a fairly quiet area with respectful neighbors. We did no cooking at the unit (as we couldn’t resist eating out every night at the many nearby fantastic restaurants), but the kitchen appeared to properly stocked with everything one would need to whip up a nice meal. Many of the closets and cupboards were locked, which did not pose a problem for us, but might be an issue for someone seeking a lot of storage space. There is an unlocked closet located just outside of the unit for storage of skis and fishing gear. Given the location, we had absolutely no fear of theft of our gear. There are laundry facilities located off of the communal pool area. This wasn’t the inconvenience I’d expected as I delighted in the wonderful hot tub while waiting for our clothes to spin. Our only true complaint was the pillows . . . they would be better described as “lightly padded rocks”. The pillows were a nightmare, to the point where I really should’ve gone out and bought some to alleviate our aching necks. Hopefully the owner will quickly address this easily rectifiable issue. Presuming that happens, we’d definitely be interested in another stay. Mike, the Manager, did a great job responding to inquiries, making sure we had everything we needed, and providing overall insight into the area and all its offerings. The west-facing deck receives sun from 2 PM until sunset and is spacious enough to allow for small group socializing. As mentioned, the view is from the balcony is fabulous!! The unit is within walking distance of downtown Ketchum shopping, the bike trail, Baldy, the Big Wood River, free concerts, numerous restaurants, etc. There’s really no need for a car. The view and convenience alone are worth a stay here!
