Great house, beautiful bush land.

We really liked the location in a quite neighbourhood. It was just a short walk to the beach, though we didn’t end up going to that beach. We loved the pizza oven. Perfect size for a normal large pizza. We’d bought massive ones from Costco, so we cut them into quarters. But the properly heated oven cooked the pizzas very quickly, so everyone was satisfied. My hubby & I found the mattress in the the master to be a bit hard for us, but then that is very much a personal preference for everyone. The home has been beautifully renovated recently, and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay for us 5 adults, and would’ve been for 3 couples as well.

We stayed in this lovely property for two nights. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. We slept really well in comfort. not far from Margs, but far enough to enjoy the serenity. We were woken by a beautiful Kookaburra concert in the morning. Can recommend this place very much.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in a perfect area. Walking distance to the beach and river mouth. Perfect house for families, very clean and spacious with all amenities. We will be back!

Would absolutely recommend this place. It is close to Margaret River, wineries, breweries, the beach and a lot of other activities for kids. Loved it😊

Clean, tidy and every amenity catered for. Perfect setting ,in a quiet area with easy 300 m walk to the best beach. Desperately wanted to stay another night as we didn’t want to leave!! We’ll be back.

The house is still under renovation but this didn’t cause any issues. House was clean and the upgrades were very nice. The only issue we had was the shower drains were clogged up with dirt/hair resulting the bathrooms to flood. We rectified the issue ourselves by pulling the drain attachment off and cleaning all the drains. We tried to call the owner the very next day to let him know but our call and voicemail wasn’t actioned.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed oir stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was a tin opener. There was one as part of a bottle opener but it wasn’t easy to use, it wouldn’t penetrate the tin. The beds in the 2 smaller rooms also squeaked which impacted on our sleep a bit.

We loved staying here. It was such an easy family holiday. The house was immaculate when we arrived! We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years and I would rank this as the best as far as cleanliness goes. Clean crisp sheets, very comfy bed and pillows. The house itself is simple and basic but has everything you need. Whilst the lounge is older its comfy. This is the holiday place to take the kids/teens when you don't want to stress about them. Walk to beach and cafe. Walk to the Common for a drink. Central location. Very leafy and bird song. So relaxing sitting on the verandah. My only concern was where to put our SUP's when not in use. I was worried whether they would be safe if left outside overnight as there are no fences around the garden. Not having a fence is lovely so its a catch 22.... only a small issue that we were able to deal with but thought I'd mention it. Be great to have a shed we could have put the boards in overnight. We will be back.

Location fantastic so close to the beach, layout of house quite good. A few minor issues - TV's not as advertised (some missing and others too complicated to work properly). Heat/AC also hard to work as the screen on remote doesn't show anything. Enjoyed the extra touches esp. the laundry powder!

We absolutely loved this property, just what we wanted for a nice girls weekend away. Situated in a quiet street, set amongst the trees and just a short stroll to the beach. The property was immaculately cleaned. This house would be perfect for families. The bedrooms are very spacious! We will definitely be returning!
