Everything was exactly as described. Nicely appointed throughout the whole house. Showers were great! Multiple covered decks were great to watch the ocean and the rain storms. We hope to go back summer 2025.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and we have already booked for next year! If you need anything during your stay, Ted is ready to help! The location is so perfect - walkable to the pier and restaurants - easy beach access across the street- and the pool is great for those who don't want to deal with the sand. The kitchen porch is covered so a perfect place to have your morning coffee and look at the ocean. Thank you, Ted!

The property is as described with lots to enjoy. The host is very responsive and shares information to make your stay enjoyable. The main floor furniture is very nice and all of the outdoor furniture is very good quality. The home has easy access to the beach and many wonderful shops, stores and eateries are within walking distance. Three of the four bedrooms on the same floor share a bathroom which was a little inconvenient for our particular group. Also, some of the guests mentioned “sinking into” the mattresses. While some guests enjoyed them, others with back issues found sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. The pool needed cleaned and the host was quick to respond. Although the pool got serviced every other day, it didn’t actually get Cleaned. There were indications that are issues with the filter, which left bugs floating ion top of the water. Despite that, it wasn’t too bad and we still enjoyed the pool. The backyard area was spacious and we enjoyed the large number of seating options and tables. All of the positive descriptions about the house are accurate, however some guests may find the additional information helpful. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication with our host.

Super nice home with plenty of space for our large family reunion group to spread out while still getting together for meals and socializing. Backyard with pool, plenty of seating and grills is your mini-resort! Beach access right across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Spacious elevator from ground to the third floor - a necessity for mobility challenged guests and big help during arrival and departure. Host was easy to communicate with by text and very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was the first time tacking the whole family, kids and grandkids on a family vacation together, everyone had a great experience, for some members of the family it was there first time to the ocean, we watched sunrises and sunsets, we watched dolphins every day we were there, everything was in walking distance, so we never got back in our vehicles until it was time to leave. overall, the best vacation experience we could have asked for, as a matter of fact my husband and i asked to stay an extra night to enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the deck again. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful and cleaned there was even a pool cleaner there about every morning to make sure everything was still in good clean shape.

About the 12th VRBO prop various quests have rented. The description and pictures of this house are spot on. The owner is phenomenal. He was very easy to communicate with and always responded immediately. 10/10. Book it!
