We stayed here as a group of 10 with plenty of space. Everything was as described in the original listing, if not better! This house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the gondola parking lot at Breckenridge, and all other happenings on main st in town. Newer heating and hot water mechanicals meant it was very comfortable and even with 10 people, we ran out of hot water. The wood burning fireplace in the first floor living room has been replaced with a gas insert and make it even more convenient to not have to keep up with a wood burner. It was very nice to be on the edge of the residential area overlooking the mountain as there were no neighbors behind leaving great views of peak 6. Very quiet street with only a couple houses on it. Chris and Rita were very responsive with any questions or issues and I would happily rent from them again should we come back to this wonderful town.

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s very spacious and we had every need met. The owners communicated very effectively. This was a perfect place to stay in Breckenridge and we had everything we could need or want in the home.

This beautiful home is the perfect place for a family vacation in the mountains. It was extremely clean and very comfortable and close to so many winter activities. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub was so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home.

This amazing property work wonderfully for our family ski trip. The kitchen and family areas provided plenty of space. The pinto pong table and dart board were hits in th evening. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect for the 7 of us.

After visiting Chris and Rita's home for Thanksgiving in 2020, we immediately booked again for Thanksgiving 2021 and just as much fun the second year. The home has so much space and endless amenities. We love the location on the edge of the Arapahoe Natl Forest because it feels like a real cabin getaway, but with the convenience of being near to downtown. Will visit again and again. Hiked all around the peaks. Loved the hot tub and rock solid pool table.

house was very roomy,all kitchen and baths were very well stocked.hot tub was brand new and clean.Saw at least 5 moose on the property,bed were comfy andmy grandson of 4 had many toys there to keep him busy.My daughter in law also took advantage of the perfect office all week.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home with amazing views and a moose and a fox that ambled through the backyard a few of times. Private, quiet, comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the hot tub.

This property was clean and very spacious with lots of room and comfortable beds. It worked great for our family ski trip and offered lots of activities when we weren't on the slopes. Great for kids and owners were very responsive to questions and ensuring the stay was comfortable. Be aware this place is located on the top of some rather big hills and 4-wheel drive will be necessary if it snows while you are there.

Plenty spacious and nicely appropriated for a small family gathering. Close to town and skiing, but far away enough to feel remote. Communicative and organized owners. The oven didn't work great and the bedrooms got too hot compared to the rest of the home, but the hot tub stayed at 104 even in 16-degree weather. Would definitely consider staying again.

Pictures don’t do this place justice it’s gorgeous and huge. It accommodated our group perfectly. So much space and and the views were spectacular. There were snow shoes, sleds for kids and adults, lots of stuff for babies not that it was needed this time but as a family can appreciate it. The gaming area was where we spent most of our time and it was a lot of fun.

We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this one is by far one of the best - in terms of space, cleanliness, ammenities and how well supplied the house is. It felt more like staying in a hotel than a rental home in that everything we needed was provided. Many items I'm used to packing that normally aren't included such as soap were which was a nice touch. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub were a bonus but the house by itself without these was wonderful, great size, great rooms. As well the owners were very responsive and informative about the town which helped a lot. The New Year's eve decorations and snacks were a nice touch. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves going to Breckenridge again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was spacious, super clean, and had tons of space and amenities. We loved the downstairs game room, the hot tub, and the back yard adjacent to the forest—perfect for sledding and spotting wildlife . Will definitely stay again!

great place to spend time with family.

This huge mountain cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even an office if you need to sneak-in a bit of work. The rooms are large and comfortable and you can not beat the view from the gorgeous porch that is steps away from the forest. We just had one of the best family vacations ever here.

We enjoyed our time and felt very welcomed. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved the porch! Loved that it was close to many trails.

The house was perfect for our two families - loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. So many fun things to do in the house - pool table, ping pong, darts, movies, games! Loved the location - surrounded by woods and beautiful trails!

We had a beautiful stay in Breckenridge! House was clean, spacious and well-equipped for our family with 4 kids ranging from 10-20 years old. We spent most of our days hiking the nearby trails (Mcgulloch Gulch trailhead was our favorite) but there were plenty of board games, sitting areas for reading, ping-pong table in the basement, and hot tub on the deck overlooking the magnificent trees and snow-capped mountains in the background, to keep us busy when we got back to the house. Chris sent clear instructions for check-in/check-out and we had no issues. Highly recommend!

The home is very nice and spacious. Chris and Rita were fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and were accommodating when our trip didn’t go as planned due to COVID-19.

Enjoyed our stay. Basement was great for pool table and area for kids to play. Fully stocked kitchen and hot tub were a plus.

What a great house! From wood for the fireplace to coffee filters, darts and a pool table this house has everything. What a great vacation home.

My friends and I had a great time staying at the cabin. It is extremely easy to reach Breckenridge, and we did not have any trouble accessing the cabin via the main road in a two wheel drive minivan. The beds were comfortable (including the bunk beds for adults). We had a lot of fun using the pool table and darts downstairs. The hot tub was large and relaxing after a day of skiing. We did have some trouble leaving the drive way the first day after heavy snow, but the snow blower helped a lot. I would definitely recommend this property if skiing Breckenridge or Keystone.

Location was amazing and house was perfect.

This home (and I say home not house) was perfect for our family of 8. Grandparents loved the fireplace and the views, others loved the skiing, layout of the home (great for sleeping and for the dress down after the slopes!), and the downstairs family room with pool and ping pong tables. We never had a dull moment. The home is extremely well equipped for snowtime!!! Only 5 minutes from the slopes.
