Thank you Cha-Che and family for sharing your beautiful home with us. The property was beautiful and peaceful, especially the gardens and the night sky full of stars was amazing. Looking up and down the shoreline we saw only vegetation, no neighbors, buildings, or people. It is the perfect place to drop off the earth and dream. My husband and I appreciated your well appointed kitchen and the very comfortable beds. The pool area is wonderful with its interspersed gardens, and it has great filtration and is well maintained. We enjoyed hiking to see the parrots in the reserve adjacent to your home and the Pioneer bakery down the road has the best coconut buns! Thanks for the tip. We saw bats, hiked several trails, enjoyed local fish frys with conch and cassava and some great dives. What a wonderful local, low key vacation. Thanks so much!

What a wonderful home. From the ease of booking to our own reef out front. Cha-Che is an excellent host. She was awesome to work with and one of the best host my family has ever worked with. The house was just spectacular. Very private and you have you own reef to snorkel out front. We saw octopus, rays, a shark and so many fish. I would highly recommend Sea fan to anyone.

Our family had a great time at Seafan Meadows. It's a beautiful property in a good location on the island - fairly secluded, with gorgeous views. The kids spent many hours each day in the pool, which was a nice size. The place had nearly everything we needed, and the one thing we asked for was delivered to us. We saw parrots in the trees along the driveway a couple of times, which was exciting. Cha-Che was responsive to my questions during the stay and provided helpful information. Such a great vacation. We would definitely return to this beautiful place!

The owner Cha-Che and property manager Jeffrey were both phenomenal to work with. From pre-trip information, to extending our stay, to offeeing recommendations on where to get groceries and supplies and referring us to island resources, they couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We had a challenge with wifi access when we arrived and both acted quickly to get service restored. The property was absolutely spectacular and very comfortable. The bonus of having a vehicle included with the house was very helpful. The house was very nicely laid out, comfortable and clean. Excellent and very resonsive communications from the time we placed our reservation throughout our stay. Jeffrey was an awesome resourse for local information.. Anything we needed, guidance we sought or referrals we wanted, both Cha-Che and Jeffrey were responsive and very helpful. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this VRBO experience.

House is up to date, beautiful view, casual open atmosphere and great for families with children. Gourmet kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs and fun to cook in. Grill outdoors over charcoal to the sound of the lapping waves and beautiful sunset. The water is clear with very good snorkeling right off the shore; however, the beach is not sandy and has an ironshore entrance. Kayaks were great to use when the water was calm (10 out of 14 days when we were there). It was great that the car came with the house. It was an easy pick up and drop off at the airport. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. He suggested an excellent captain for our trip to Little Cayman and Bloody Bay Reef.

We had a wonderful, very relaxing week. The weather was somewhat bumpy, with high winds so no swimming or snorkeling off beach, but pool was perfect! Had parrots in trees in the yard as well as sanctuary. Cant wait to go back!!

WOW. This place is awesome, we had a great time here, the layout of the house is great, plenty of seperation when you want to crash but an awesome great room for hanging out. Kitchen is well equipped really it's a gourmet kitchen. The outside is great the hammock in between the pillars on the outside porch is wonderfiul. Pool is nice to relax in and the beach although somewhat rocky (ironshore) at the edge has sand before that where you can hang out and make a fire or realx. Snorleking in front of the house is good. Owner was very quick to respond to me and was accomodating when I had asked to extend my stay. The property manager was quick to respond to us whenever we had an issue (which were minor)

Private, quiet house set back off the road. Easy snorkeling right off back porch - though you need to bring the provided Diver Marker float as one one day we saw a small boat very close to shore. House was clean and as described. Two refrigerator provided tons of room for all our food and drinks. Plenty of cook and dinnerware. AC ran quiet and cold. We definitely would recommend this rental to everyone and we are coming back as soon as possible

We spent many days out by the pool, snorkeling and playing bocce ball. We also enjoyed the bikes and the kayaks. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. We made breakfast each morning and even made conch fritters with the conchs that Derwin caught for us on our trip to Little Cayman. We spent a day with Derwin on his boat and took a trip to Little Cayman for the sandy beach and to snorkel. Derwin was a pleasure to meet and shared many stories about the island. There was plenty of snorkel gear at the house to use although we did take our own water shoes. Snorkeling off the Sea Fan Meadows property was awesome too. We just got back form a week at Cha-Che's place and it was simply perfect. The house is set up really well so it's open and airy, yet you have privacy when you need it. The kitchen is really well equipped and open to the rest of the house, so cooking becomes a social activity. The grill out back got put to a lot of good use as well, since we had bocce tournaments by the pool every evening at sunset. The snorkeling off their beach is great, but wear your water shoes--lots of urchins! The house is just well equipped, you really need of nothing--and Cha-Che is a dream to work with--great communication and quick responses. I've rented from VRBO, Homeaway and their worthy competitor many, many times and Seafan most certainly standout. Thanks Cha-Che and Derwin for a fabulous holiday.

FIrst off, Cha Che is great to work with. Very professional, warm, pays attention to detail on the booking and information regarding the island and house, etc. So helpful. Now, the house. Truly amazing! It is everything you see on the website and of course, even better in person. There were six of us and the house was so roomy that we could all find our own space if we needed it. The pool is perfect, the view worth a million dollars. Every picture I posted on FB had all of my friends wanting to be there. The kitchen is very well equipped, as promised There is an extra refrigerator that was used for the adult beverages that were needed for our stay. So handy to have as we filled the other with food, imagine that! The beds and pillows were very comfy and the two bathrooms were very big and roomy, both with double vanities. There is an endless supply of towels so never a worry there. Wifi was available when needed as promised. Derwin was very helpful with any questions we had about the house or the island. And having the van to use was a great bonus. No other houses that I have rented make that offer. Barry's Jerk chicken near the airport is so delicious that we had to go back for more! They serve the famous round bread with the chicken. It's very good and is made at Pioneer Bakery, just a few miles from Sea Fan, next to the police station. They also make wonderful cinnamon rolls and meat pies. You should stop in and see for yourself. The island is so friendly and inviting and it seems like most people know each other:) Sea Fan is a great vacation home and I would recommend this to anyone that is planning to visit Brac. You will never want to leave. Thank you Cha Che, for opening up your home to us. We loved it.

WOW! There are just no words to describe this place. This home is perfectly located, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The best snorkeling is right outside your back door. Just don't forget your water shoes! The swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind with a daiquiri or a nice glass of wine. There are 3 liquor stores on the island-Miss Mary Lou's, Big Daddy's and Island Man Rum Shop. Pretty sure we hit them all. There are also 3 main grocery stores-Market Place, Kirkconnell's and Billy's. Don't be surprised if you have to stop at all 3 to get everything on your list. But hey, that's the fun part! If you're looking for a good Ribeye to throw on that super cool outdoor grill though, you can pretty much forget it. May want to consider packing a cooler of meat, which can be checked as luggage but must be packed frozen and in its original packaging. On the days you don't feel like cooking there are a few restaurants worth mentioning. Brac Reef Resort is home to The Palm (Friday nights are BBQ night) and The Tipsy Turtle (great bar menu). Eats & Treats (burgers and ice cream) and PoPo Jeb's (pizza) both deliver. Star Island is a great breakfast choice. If you need cash there is one bank on the island. The 24 hour ATM gives you a choice of US$ or CI$. When you're out and about be sure to check out the caves (don't forget your flashlights)! Peter's cave is spectacular and filled with a rich and interesting history. Rebecca's cave was also one of our faves. If you're wanting to feel the sand between your toes, the one and only Public Beach is the perfect spot for that. Tons of hermit crabs there too! The Lighthouse is the gateway to the most breathtaking views you'll ever see. Take your camera! Derwin was also amazing. He was very attentive and made himself readily available to answer any questions we had. On our second to last day, we took a boat ride with Derwin to Point of Sand on Little Cayman. We spent the entire day snorkeling, fishing and picnicking. It was hands down our favorite and most memorable part of the trip. Thank you Derwin! Before you leave the island, if it's the last thing you do, take a trip to NIM Things. There you'll be met by Tenson Scott, the owner and maker of the most interesting and unique necklaces. Just give yourself at least an hour as he's quite the story teller! Thank you, Cha-che, for all tips prior to our trip, the use of your car, and the sharing your beautiful home!

You will not be disappointed! We have rented homes all over the world and this one was a stand out! Everything was clean and new, the kitchen had EVERYTHING you will need and much more. I felt at home and loved using the nice ceramic serving dishes. The pool was the perfect place to chill out and there were floats and plenty of different chairs to choose from. Derwin, there on island point person was a doll! Having a car to drive around was a total bonus too!

Oh my gosh...I can't say enough about this home! It's in the perfect location. It is situated on the north side of the island and the ocean was amazing...we drove over to the south side (a whole 2 miles away) and the ocean was rough white caps everywhere all down the south side! We attempted to snorkel at the public beach but it was too much so we headed back to the other side and it was perfect! Met a lot of amazing locals, make sure you visit Nims and talk with Mr. Scott he has quite a few stories to share. The family is planning on getting dive certified so we can return in the very near future. Can't wait!! The house was perfect, the ocean was spectacular, and the island is amazing!!

My family and I have visited many of the Carribean islands over the years and have found Cayman Brac to be one of the best vacation destinations of them all. The residents of the island go out of there way to make you feel wlecome. It is one of the cleanest and safest destinations we have traveled to. The same can be said about Sea Fan Meadows. This property is owned and managed by people who truly care that you have a great vacation experience. The home is well cared for and contains everything you need whether you want to prepare a great meal or have fun at the pool. We enjoyed the birdwatching at the east end and diving at the west end of the island. I would highly recommend Brac Scuba Shack for those who are interested in divng while on the island. We will definitely plan another trip to Sea Fan Meadows in the future.

We were fortunate to stay at Sea Fan Meadows for 8 nights in February, 2016. Derwin promptly met us at the Brac Reef Resort and pointed out the various grocery stores on our way to the villa. After a tour of this beautiful home, he turned over the keys to the property and new vehicle to us and said to call if there were any problems. There was also a second, older vehicle if we needed it. This villa was the nicest one we have ever stayed in! It was very spacious - we loved the open concept living area and kitchen and the very comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated with a wide spectrum of art, well supplied with extra towels, blankets, bedding, soap, etc. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen which had a great supply of spices and condiments we were free to use. We found The Market to be the best grocery store - we were able to find everything we were looking for there (fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, snacks, etc.) . If you are buying white wine, be sure and check the bottles - we mistakenly bought a bottle from 2007 (before the hurricane!) which ended up being amber in colour and definitely past it's prime. Even the 2012's weren't great, so we tried to stick with the newer vintages. We aren't sure how the red wine was. Despite having very strong winds the first 6 nights were were here, on our last 2 days the surf was calm and we were able to explore the reef, which is just a few feet off shore. We were amazed at the variety of fish on the reef. Do not expect a sandy beach in Cayman Brac and be sure and bring reef walkers! Much of the shoreline is very rocky! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day, exploring the caves, hiking the trails, bike riding and running the road along the bluff. This island is very safe. (Note that some of the hiking trails, although not difficult, are extremely hazardous due to the sharp rocks and hiking boots are recommended. We would recommend the lighthouse trail and the nature trail by the parrot reserve - the other trails, although doable, would be too hazardous for children.) We would recommend doing the activities either before noon, or after 4pm, as we did find the sun and heat very intense during the day. Unfortunately, we weren't certified divers and were unable to experience diving, but hope to return with our certifications sometime in the future. For anyone considering a villa in Cayman Brac, this is the villa to rent!

We arrived on the Brac and Derwin was there waiting to drive us to the house. He provided us with some very important information for shopping and supplies on our trip to the house. We had a fishing / Little Cayman trip planned with Derwin for fishing, but it was too windy on the days he was available; maybe next time. The owner is wonderful to work with and answered every question I had and very quickly. The house and property are exactly as described - beautiful open floor plan with an amazing kitchen, surrounding area is quiet, the house was very clean and comfortable, and the patio / pool area was just amazing. Having the vehicle was great for island viewing. The music library was perfect - never had to use my own device. Snorkeling right outside the back door is awesome - seen several different colors of fish, we had a stingray come visit, a barracuda and three eels; also no shortage of hermit crabs to watch - so fun. We had a couple of days of very high winds and we could not snorkel so ok, we swam in the pool and explored the island; again, perfect.

PERFECT Sea Fan Meadows is absolutely perfect. The home is located on the North side of Cayman Brac, so the water is calm, smooth & beautiful. The home sits back off of the road just enough so there is no road noise. The owner was easy to work with and Derwin the care-taker was very attentive. I have stayed on Cayman Brac several times and this is the best home by far. The amenities that come with the home were great and included a very nice car for getting around the island. The home is tastefully decorated and has a fabulous kitchen, large eating and living area, outstanding bedrooms, kayaks, snorkel gear, fantastic pool and patio area, with outdoor grilling for all the fish we caught on our trip out in Derwins’ boat.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! We will be coming back 100%! Best snorkeling is right out your back door! Next time we plan to do a huge grocery shop on day 1 and never leave the house! The house is the best thing on the island! Its very hard to do, but if I had to come up with one con it's that water shoes are a must, the coral makes it a little tricky getting into the water-but with that in mind the coral is what makes this island so beautiful and the snorkeling so great! The weather was wonderful and the pool so relaxing. The kitchen was great and fun to cook in. The owner of this property is super easy to contact and very quick to respond. I could go on forever about this place. However, I almost didn't want to write a review because I wish this jewel could remain a hidden secret ;)

What can I say, sea fan meadows was amazing. Everything that the VRBO stated was correct. The moment we arrived at the airport, Derwin was there to greet us. We stayed at Sea Fan Meadows for 14 days, the house was so nice and comfortable. We sat out by the ocean every morning and evening. The fully equipped kitchen was amazing, we cooked most of our meals at the house, but did go out several times to try the local restaurants. Make sure you get a few meals from Barrys Golden Jerk, he is a very sweet man and what a cook, we bought a few trigger fish and Barry cooked them for us. Derwin took us on a fishing guided trip over to Little Cayman and that was amazing, he is a great guide and we made a great friend. We attended church on the Island and that was amazing meeting other believers. We snorkeled, kayaked, rode bikes all over the Island, fished right out in front of Sea Fan Meadows as well. The people on Cayman Brac are so friendly, if they waved and did not think you saw them, they would honk there horn to make sure. The groceries and gas were a bit pricey but Hey, well worth the trip. Cha Che was great with all the questions we had before we arrived on the Island. A must stay at Sea Fan Meadows. We will return for sure. Thanks Cha Che for the beautiful home.

Fantastic home to enjoy the beautiful island of Cayman Brac. Spectacular views from every window in this home. From views of the ocean to tropical island foliage. Spent our time scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, fishing and relaxing. Having a fulling stocked kitchen enabled us to cook our fresh caught fish, create meals that were enjoyed on the patio. The accommodations this home offered encircled us in island living, and comfort. We will be returning to this home and island paradise again. Thanks for sharing this home with us.

We highly recommend this beautiful home for a restful and fabulous stay on Cayman Brac. Our family of four went diving for the week, cooked every evening and biked. The house is beautiful, incredibly private and quiet, and has a gorgeous view of the sea with every amenity you could possibly want on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the addition of bicycles and van make the vacation as easy as one could possibly want. What a find!
