Quiet and cozy. Perfectly located near our visiting destination.

Close proximity to the freeway was a bit of a concern, but it turned out to be very quiet. No noise problems at all. Very quiet neighborhood, clean, great location!!

This property has been updated, always clean and well-stocked. Simple, cozy layout. Location centrally located to services, Madera Canyon, Desert Meadows, GVR facilities, and bike paths. We would return whenever in this area of Arizona.

We were there the month of March. It was a fantastic stay. Everything was as it was supposed to be and the host was very generous.

Spent a week in Green Valley hiking Madera Canyon. This unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here in the future.

This was a great little place to stay. Liked the area so much, that I'm renting a nearby property for the 2022-2023 winter (this unit wasn't available). The owner was very personable and responsive. The pool was lovely. Perfect for a quick getaway for a single or couple.

Comfortable, cozy, extremely well furnished Casita. Walk to Safeway supermarket and restaurants. Quick, easy access to I-19 and Desert Meadow Park. Perfect for active couple. Reasonable price, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Casita was clean and well equipped. Nice pool. Quite small for two, but inexpensive and met our needs. Mara was pleasant, competent, and professional.

I stayed at the property for three weeks. It was cozy, comfortable and met all my needs. There was plenty of storage for all of my belongings. The location was easy to access from the highway and central to all of my interests. Madera Canyon was excellent for hiking and the numerous golf courses in close proximity met all my needs. There was shopping and restaurants within minutes of the location. Mara and Mel checked in on me several times to make sure everything was going well. I was looking for a peaceful serene get-a-way and this met all my needs. Would consider staying here again if it ever is available at this time of the year.

Had a wonderful time. Had everything we needed except clothes and golf clubs. GVR has lots of activities so, no reason to get bored.

The vacation rental property is absolutely wonderful. The owner was accomodating, gracious, and very helpful. Modern appliances, updated and meticulously clean and tastefully decorated casita is centrally located to convenient shopping, recreation activities, restaurants and local area events. I definitely would recommend stay.

We enjoyed our 2.5 month stay in this unit. It was very clean and very comfortable. Appliances were up to date, everything we needed was in the cupboards and in like new condition. Casita had been updated -tile floors, great shower - easy to get in an out of. Close to the pool and hot tub, within walking distance to shopping centre, recreation centre, restaurants. Nice court yard. Owner was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Can't say enough good things about this unit and this owner.

This one bedroom casita is maintained beautifully, interior is sharp, extremely clean, with beautiful updates such as all tile flooring and custom tile work shower. I felt immediately relaxed and at home and well taken care of with the little extras that the owner supplies as part of her welcome package. Fantastic location across the road from the pool, no car needed to get there, could walk to shopping center and GVR. Probably the best place to rent in Green Valley, the owner takes pride in the upkeep of this home and it is in superb condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at this casita this past winter. The casita was very clean and has been recently renovated with new appliances and all the comforts of home. You do not need to bring anything. A shopping center with grocery store and restaurants is within walking distance and we found it very centrally located for our needs, activities, church and entertainment. The pool and hot tub are steps away from the casita and is a plus for this rental. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. There is a very nice court yard right outside the front door. We highly recommend this casita for your winter stay in Green Valley.

Much more than pictures and description relates. Clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The owner was very attentive to any issues/questions we had. We would return next year if it hadn't already been rented for months we wanted.
