Owners provided excellent local restaurant and activities lists. Very nice place for a weekend away, had everything we wanted, peaceful and quiet, yet accessible to restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful property that is well maintained and ideally located in Wellfleet. Close enough to Provincetown to the north and Orleans/Chatham to the south. Joan was an excellent host who allowed my wife and I our privacy while also communicating destination recommendations. Would highly recommend the property.

We were so happy we managed to get away for a couple days in this wonderful cottage! It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everything we wanted to visit! Owner was incredibly nice and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for six weeks here and had a great time. Joan was super helpful and attentive to our needs and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to go. The location is perfect, just an 8-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Wellfleet and ponds. There is no kitchen and the fridge is small but we made it work!

Lovely place for small family to stay within a few minutes of Wellfleet Center. Joan provided many tips on the beaches and restaurants which was helpful. We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas -very convenient.

Everything mentioned was 110% accurate, the place was super clean, cozy, decorated in traditional cape style! We absolutely loved the patio when enjoying our local food! We had a lovely time. The place was as advertised: cozy and clean. Great location and very private, even though the main house is attached to the cottage.

Joan’s place was the perfect home base. Super close to downtown Wellfleet and a short drive to Ptown and National Seashore beaches. The place was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you plan to spend the day at the beach and eat dinner out it’s perfect. Joan was helpful but mostly her and her family kept to themselves to offer privacy.

Joan (host) was so friendly and helpful and kind, and so attentive with communication. Really appreciate the offer to check in a little early and out a little late if needed! Also, so accommodating when we asked to borrow coolers! Life saver! Our rooms were clean and well accommodated and comfortable and perfect for our group. Especially loved the private patio. Highly recommend!

Property owners were very nice, available if I needed anything but respected my privacy. Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful and therefore very restful. Beaches within short drive, restaurants all excellent and also short distance away. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quiet restful vacation.

Communication with property managers was very easy and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Gave me great directions on routes to town and to to the ponds nearby. If looking for nice and peaceful stay with beaches and some too quality seafood. Wellfleet definitely place to stay at.

This property was great for our small family. Very well-located, between town and Cahoon Hollow, and walking distance to PJs and Dyer Pond! It was also sparkling clean, and decorated w/nice, super subtle beach decor. The owner was very communicative via VRBO, but also respected our privacy. Would recommend =)

We very much enjoyed to hospitality of Joan and Tom and thank you so much for hosting our family. The apartment was sparkling clean, with two larger sleeping rooms with very comfortable beds and a roomy functional bathroom. The entire space was recently updated and we liked the interior design a lot. There was no full size kitchen, but a small fridge, a Keurig coffee machine, and a beer/wine opener ;-). The place is providing privacy and is very comfortable and quiet to sleep. We could not have stayed at a better place and will surely come back, Wellfleet is our favorite place on the Cape and we enjoyed riding the bicycle with the whole family and had beautiful weather!

We had a wonderful time. The property is close to the course and is a wonderful home base for the weekend. We love staying here and look forward to coming back. Thanks for sharing your lovely quarters with us.

Really pleasant spot! Perfect for our long weekend getaway. Loved sitting on the patio, sipping coffee from the kuerig, listening to the leaves rustle in the trees and watching the chipmunks chase each other. The rooms are decorated with lovely ocean-themed art. Beds are super comfortable, and bathroom is roomy with a great shower.

The property was fantastic in every way! It was very clean and the two bedrooms suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable. It was so convenient to the harbor and the beach on the Atlantic side. Thank you for a great property!

Super clean, everything was laid out perfectly, pleanty of towels and very comfy beds. It’s about a 5 min drive to the main drag in Wellfleet and 25 mins to Provincetown. The perfect spot!

Was a real home away from home. Better than a hotel and very nice and private. Close to everything. Throughly enjoyed the stay. Would use again!

This was a perfect place for my 17 year old granddaughter and me to stay while on Cape Cod. The two bedrooms allowed for privacy, and the location was only a little off route 6 so easily accessible to everyplace in Wellfleet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Towels were plentiful and the little extras like coffee, paper towels, cups and glasses made things very easy for us. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Wellfleet.

The private suite was perfect for a quiet getaway in Wellfleet. The suite was in great shape and extremely comfortable for my family.

We stayed for the Wellfleet Triathlon. Great accommodations close to Long Pond and the beach as well as the town. We had a wonderful time.
