Beautiful slope-side home. We’ve stayed in Copper before and this property is now our favorite. Perfect in every way for a large group that enjoys all Copper Mountain offers.

Great house..plenty of space and lots of amenities, especially functional things in kitchen,bathroom laundry, etc. Can ski out and its about a 25 yard walk in from the slopes, which us about as convenient as you get for Copper Mountain. House is situated on the beginner side if the mountain which is a plus for those wanting to stick in that area. Modern, luxurious accomodation. I dont think you will be disappointed.

We loved the overall experience and the home was beautiful! The house was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Things that need improvement: the pillows were very uncomfortable and not much space to place or store the luggage. One room did not have a closet and was very narrow. The house provides shampoo and body wash, it would be nice to have conditioner. Minor stuff with the exception of the pillows. Overall a wonderful home! Management was awesome and quick to respond on questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our large family group

The home is as described, beautiful in design and ski in/out. Your view is phenomenal, with a pine forest out the back windows and deck and mountains out the front deck and side windows. We enjoyed the afternoon sunshine around the gas fire pit every day, and the hot tub on the patio below. The ski locker room was an easy walk in with lockers and washer/dryer and storage so getting in and out of equipment was easy. Kitchen fully stocked and appreciated the spices and incidentals left by owners/previous guests - nice touch. We both used some and left some. Beds all comfy. Baths nicely appointed. Don’t try to take too many baths at once, tempting for guests but will run out of hot water, that’s on us. Owner was tremendous at getting back with us and allowed us to store our luggage in garage in an early arrival. Theater room comfy and games/puzzles in the lower level were also enjoyed by all. As skiers, we figured out the terrain pretty quickly on how to ski in, out is easy, need to figure out the right entrance for in. You do need a SUV, small is fine; we tried to go without and just shuttle around but pretty stuck. We rented one in Silverthorne Enterprise last minute, and that worked great. The base at Copper isn’t as nice as surrounding towns and Frisco downtown so close, it was good to venture out. We had a pretty significant injury on the mountain during our stay, and the Copper ski patrol was top notch. For spring skiing, conditions were fantastic. A great spring break week even with our injury. Thank you for a lovely stay.

House was just…everything! Perfect location (true ski in ski out for all levels). Owner was super responsive for the few questions we had. Never saw the kids - had their entire own floor downstairs - pool table, foosball, movie room, hot tub, etc…Everyone agreed that this house will be a repeat (if available!!)!!

It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures! Location was accurate, few steps to get you down to the chairlift! Just needs some written directions for all the wonderful extras - the sound system, the theatre room, the steam showers - a lot of guessing! Our family of 15 enjoyed every second and would definitely recommend!

Our group of 14 adult friends had an amazing time at Marla’s home. It’s a great ski in/ski out location. It is a high end luxury house with an amazing great room for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen is very well stocked and has nice high end appliances. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great ski in ski out experience. We had 19 family members and never felt cramped. The heating garage was great for the vehicles. The radiant floor heating and fire places kept us cozy.

We had 19 people in the home ranging from a 4 month old to a 72 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Bella Rose! The accommodations fit our family perfectly. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Kitchen/Multiple Washer/Dryers were all great. Ski in-ski out access was ideal, we went sledding behind the home as well, enjoyed the hot tub and movie room immensely. We did feel that the cleaning crew might have been rushed and did not have adequate time to fully clean the home before we arrived. Also, be prepared to supply additional paper goods..paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We also felt that there could have been a few more towels in the home. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had such a great time in this beautiful home. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was a great size long with the dining room table. The home was a true ski in and ski out. We would love to come back!

Amazing place for a large group. Ample facilities to appease everyone. Was nice being a smidge away from the village for a secluded feeling, but still have access. Was a once in a lifetime trip with family from both sides together.

The home was perfect for our large family gathering. 12 adults and two babies. Plenty of room, gorgeous home in a beautiful mountain location! Homeowners were responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Could not have been better!

We had four families with teenagers and had plenty of room for all of us. The ski in / ski out is so nice. No shuttling skiers to and from the slopes. Kitchen was amazing. The kids stayed downstairs playing pool, watching movies, and playing games. Everyone had a great time. This is the perfect house.

Beautiful home in a very private ski in/out location! The kids and adults (18) had an unforgettable week. The home is very spacious and accommodated our large group perfectly. Marla was very attentive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. This home is truly stunning and will take your breath away everything you walk in. We will be back!!

Our group travels to large houses often and I want to echo all the fantastic comments that others have shared! Truly an amazing house. Marla was very quick to reply with any question I had. Rather than saying more of the same compliments already posted, I am going to point out a few things that may be helpful when planning. There are 16 spots to eat in the kitchen/dining room. We found a card table in the garage and brought up two chairs from the basement for our other 2 guests. Something I really liked about this house was how there were left over items that we were able to use. I hate going to a rental and there are no herbs, salt, pepper, foil, detergent, etc. Obviously I do not expect certain things to be there but it is nice to see some items available and that they are not all thrown out each time. There was a full spice rack, detergent, ample paper towels, etc...and we added to all of it. Hand soap came in each bathroom along with a bar of soap for each shower, bring your own shampoo. The house has a great sound system in living room to Bluetooth into for playing music. The outdoor grill is great, and on the house gas line, so don't worry about needing to be sure a tank is full. The refrigerator and freezer were ample big for our large group. It was not able to keep up with our ice needs, so we bought a few bags. I highly recommend this house!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Top to bottom with high end appliances, tech, and comfort amenities. Breathtaking views and did NOT want to leave!

We had a party of 8 adults and needed 5 King Size beds with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom provided not only a nice bed but fireplaces and seating areas. All elegantly decorated and separated where each room felt like your own sanctuary. The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. The location is mere minutes from anything you would need or want. We had one or two items needing corrected. Marla responded immediately and she was a great interface for the trip. The check in and check out process is super easy. We were there because my daughter was getting married outside at Boreas Pass. The Château had everything we needed and it was so perfect it eliminated any additional stress we may have had. This place is expertly interior decorated and extremely functional. Feels like a home.
