We stayed here with our four young children and three other adult family members. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably!! The views from the house are breathtaking. The house was very clean and cozy. The property manager, Michael is excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our time here very much and plan to return very soon.

Loved this home for our weekend at Tahoe, super clean, everything you needed to cook and bake was available, beautiful view, home heating was amazing and cozy, beautiful views from all windows, beach towels available, Most rooms have a TV, master bedroom was amazingly beautiful, will definitely get it during summer too. Only minus is the stairs to get to the home and parking is about 5min walking distance, the car cannot park right by the home, need to park at designated parking. I am sure if it was not so cold the parking issue would not bother but during snow it’s not easy to load and unload. All properties is this area have really long stairs. But such a beautiful property, can’t wait to book again & refer friends.

The property was as advertised. The view from the hot tub is beautiful. The house was well appointed with all the basics provided, a kitchen well stocked for cooking at home and a nice grill. The one small negative was the WiFi speed was below 10 mbps, so it was a little difficult to stay connected.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and very well equipped. The views were stunning. There were 9 of us and we skied, used the hot tub, prepared meals and were very comfortable. I had a few questions upon arrival and the owner got back to me very quickly with answers. The unit is not ski in/ski out but the shuttle is very convenient and runs frequently. There are many steps down to the unit which is not bad at all, just something to be aware of. We had the greatest time!!!

We spent wonderful four nights in the house. The house plan is ideal with divided zones for different activities. It’s very clean and all utensils are of quite high quality and maintained in great shape. The lake view blows us away. We will sure be back again.

This three-story was the perfect option for our weekend-long stay. We embraced the insane views, the hot tub on the second floor, and took full advantage of the kitchen that had all the amenities. Would be perfect for families or even a big reunion, so you could rent out both sides of the duplex. Thanks, Michael for fulfilling all of our needs!

The property is well situated to Heavenly Valley and just a short car ride down to the Stagecoach parking lot and chairlift. The property also has terrific views of Lake Tahoe.

We loved our family vacation stay at this gorgeous home! It was equipped with just about everything you needed to accommodate our family and did I mention the view? The property manager, Michael, was also so kind and helpful. One note I would make is that ski in/sky out is dependent on snowfall. We did finally figure out that we could walk down to the parking lot and ski a little path there down to the Boulder lift.

Our group had a fantastic weekend at the Ski-out condo. We were absolutely thrilled with the location. As soon as the Heavenly lifts opened, we could walk down the street to the stagecoach lodge, pick up our epic passes, rentals and literally hit the slopes. The view from the condo was also wonderful, and we were lucky with warm weather so we could enjoy the porch. The inside of the condo is very clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely recommend the property and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

It's a basic, but cool ski house. It's a Fabulous location with amazing Lake Tahoe views and walk to the Nevada lifts. It does not get any better. The beds are super comfortable. The place is cozy.

We just finished our 6 day, 5 night stay at this amazing property, and the description is accurate - it is indeed Heavenly! Start with the location and view. The condo (although it feels like a house) is located at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac with the most amazing, unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe imaginable! We spent every evening soaking in the hot tub and enjoying adult beverages in awe of the view, while the kids built snowmen on the upstairs deck! The amenities were impeccable. The home is well appointed with an amazingly stocked kitchen so we were able to easily prepare every single meal in the home! Two waffle makers and a griddle allowed us to make great pancakes and waffles. Lots of pots, pans and BIG mixing bowls so we had huge salads, homemade cookies everyday, along with a hot soup we cooked all day in the oversized crock pot. The welcome basket featuring not only coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, but popcorn and instant oatmeal were a lifesaver as due to delayed flights we arrived at 2 a.m. and literally had nothing to prepare for breakfast. We were able to feed ourselves and the kids oatmeal, I had my required cup of coffee, all before we headed to the store to stock up for the week. Now THAT was a welcome basket! The place was amazingly clean, and well decorated with an eye toward style and comfort. We watched a few of the DVDs that are provided, and enjoyed many of the board games and puzzles. I loved having access to full-sized washer/dryer so we came home with suitcases of clean versus stinky clothes. I also appreciated the efforts of the homeowners to have non-toxic cleaning, laundry, and dish soap. Unlike most VRBO properties we have rented, this one provided nice quality bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in each of the 3 bathroom. With Boulder ski lodge literally out your front door (and down the hill), and Stagecoach less than 1 minute away, it is a skiers paradise. The kids were at ski school at Boulder, which made for simple drop off and pick up. There is not a single thing that I would change about this property. We will return again and again and see no reason to go anywhere else in the Tahoe area! If you are even considering renting this property, stop thinking about it, and just do it. You won't be disappointed!

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. It was more than accommodating for our 6 adults and 3 children. The views from the deck sitting in the hot tub and from the kitchen window were breathtaking. Be sure and check the cabinets and refrigerator before going to the grocery store because there were spices and so much more that we would not have had to buy. Shampoos, laundry soap and even blow dryers in every bathroom were provided. There are also 3 sledding saucers there which was so nice for our grand kids for a free sledding hill 20 minutes away. A couple of cons: The walk to the parking lot is about a 5 minute walk and then the tram is even farther. To ski out of this place, you would need to be a super expert skier. Non of our party could do it. So to get to where you can ski out past the parking lot is about 250 yards from the condo and that is with good snow. I can only imagine this place in the spring, summer and fall for non skiers, what a great place to stay. I would highly recommend a stay at this fantastic home away from home.

The home is fully stocked for your every need. The view and convenience of the location is unbeatable. We will definitely be returning.

My family and I enjoyed our winter vacation at this condo. Pros: -breath taking views of south Lake Tahoe -nice outdoor jacuzzi -place was clean on our arrival -kitchen area was huge -living space comfortably fit our party size of 7 people -condo representative responded and addressed our concerns quickly -snow snow snow!!! Con: -We were allowed to park near the condo to load/unload or belongings, but afterwards we had to park at a community parking lot which was 3-5 min walk away from the place we were staying at. All around I would highly recommend rental his place for your winter travels to Sourh Lake Tahoe.

We went last year for my husbands birthday because of a recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint, the views themselves were amazing, the home was gorgeous and very well kept. I will definitely be going again!

We spent 7 weeks at this property and let me be the first to tell you, it was the best 7 weeks of our married life! The home itself is wonderfully appointed. As two people who love to cook, you can't find better equipped kitchens! We have various guests come through and each of them were awed by the view, amazed by the accommodations and left with the information they needed to reserve the property for themselves next year! The summer is a FANTASTIC time of year to visit South Lake Tahoe. There is hiking, boating, hanging out on the beach, concert, white water rafting...more than you can ever imagine. Bring the whole family, and a few friends! We loved our stay and hope to return next summer to repeat the process!

Great amenities. It was my son s senior year he wanted to ski the mountains. So grandma, grandpa, my husband and I took 2 teenagers to the mountains. Plenty for us to do while they skied. They skied Heavenly and also Kirkwood(within an hr away)......so lots of fun for them. Some nice extras, bathrooms had blow dryers, and great kitchen accessories too. Very memorable family vacation.

This place was AWESOME !!!!! Breathtaking views... Close enough to downtown to still enjoy the nightlife... but remote enough to enjoy quiet evenings out on the large beautiful balcony with hot tub !!! Very close to two different lifts... Great ski shop and Brewhouse right down the street !!!! The accommodations were incredible with multiple bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large flat screens and a cool loft bedroom on the 3rd floor... We will definitely be going back... Best Ski Trip ever !!!!! and we had 14 " fresh powder while we were there... Awesome !!!! Awesome !!!! This is a must see !!!!

A great vacation home with spectacular views on a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of room for several families.

My wifie and i enjoyed staying in this house with two other couples and we all had a blast! The view from the porch overlooking the lake is breath taking! We were very comfortable and found it convenient to main street shops and restaraunts. It is very easy to get to the slopes, the lake, or hiking trails. I would definitely stay here again. My only "complaint" was I had to leave and go back to work!
