We first stayed at Tracey's place back in 2018 and then every year at another Trailhead Lodge unit next building over until our friends sold their unit. We are back again at Tracey's unit since we had my sister's family of 2 young kids and Tracey's 3 bedroom + den/bunkroom was PERFECT for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms, so everyone can take a shower without waiting! This is the building closest to Hideaway Park- the kids spent every day sledding and playing on the playground! Her unit is also on the second floor- so it wasn't too bad to haul gear up and down the stairs and the elevators are finicky in their operation (at no fault of the owners as HOA is just a little slower to get someone out on the holidays). The clubhouse was great to take a business call and the older teens had a blast with the pool table. Tracey's beds (Master and Queen Rooms) are memory foam, which was a delight after a day of skiing! Her kitchen had more than the basic necessities to cook meals at home, along with oil and spices. Safeway is pretty close for grocery shopping (but I recommended if you're driving to buy bulk of groceries including cases of water before coming up as all bottled water was out of stock that day we went). The fridge has a fresh filter and the water tasted great (unlike the chlorine we are used to in Texas). Tracey even had extra blankets in the closets which really helped when the Artic Storm blasted in bringing temps to negative degrees and wind chill to -50! The radiant heating worked amazing! Thank you so much, Tracey, for extended your ski place to us! We will be back again next year since my niece and nephew really really like skiing so much!

Very well maintained house with plenty of room for our large family. Close to most restaurants and stores. The contact for the house was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this house in Winter Park.

This condo offered a lot of room, a great view of the venue, and all the comforts of home.

We came with our 4 boys and several of their friends ages 12-18. The condo was spacious enough that the 12 of us never seemed cramped. All in all it’s a. Beautiful condo with a great pool Rec area steps away from everything.

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely wonderful and I am super picky. It actually has more than three bedrooms the heated floors are sweet little touch and the location is super convenient to everything. It was an easy drive to the base of the mountain and we had no trouble parking even during peak spring break season. I can’t say enough about how nice places is! An absolute gem!

Wonderful condo for a large group to stay in Winterpark! Tracey is very helpful and the property is very nice, clean, close to everything and the skiing was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Winterpark!

The host was wonderful, very responsive, and the condo was the most well stocked I've stayed in. We had everything we needed! Location is an easy walk to the bus and shops. Definitely will stay here again. Very roomy, we had more than enough room for 7 people.

We had an amazing family reunion. Fit us all comfortably. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the walkability to shops, grocery and liquor store, parks, skatepark, creek and trails. As a bonus the balcony overlooks the Rendezvous event center for live music. You can also pull up one of the free lawn chairs the center provides and crack a beer on the large grass area in front of the stage. Most important though is that great memories were made with the family.

It is definitely a home away from home feel! Very warm, clean and easy accessibility to local restaurants and activities.

This place was even better than the pictures! There was plenty of room and the location was so perfect. We skied all week and the shuttle was very easy to take. The kids loved running out to the sledding hill all by themselves. Overall a great place to stay and a great experience!

This condo was fantastic for our group of three generations. The kids had so much fun sleeping in the "bunk room" while each set of adults had marvelous bedroom accommodations of their own. The fact that there were three bathrooms was also helpful as each family had their own space. The proximity to the playground in the park nearby was an added bonus to the little ones who like to be up and about early. It was an easy walk to get there. The owner was responsive in trying to get some input from the City on construction that was annoying. All in all, this was a great place to stay. The cleanliness, proximity to WP activities, and great layout made it a great place to enjoy some summer family togetherness. I would go back and I would recommend the accommodations to others.

This was our second stay and we are as impressed as we were our first stay! The condo is immaculate, the view extraordinary & location is prime! It is truly a home away from home which allows for a truly relaxed and fun filled time!!

Everything was great with the extra bonus being able to stand on the balcony and overlook the July 4th concert and fireworks in Rendezvous Park across the street.

We had 2 large families stay in this condo and we all had plants of room! It’s kept clean, has nice beds, and is conveniently located directly across from the park. My only mild irritation is the electronic door lock. It’s a little temperamental. We also were short one parking pass for the 2 vehicles but ended up being ok. Overall I would gladly stay here again!

This condo was as perfect as it could get. Walking distance to everything in downtown Winter Park. Facility had heated pool and hot tub. The condo is in great condition, which is nice because a fair amount of VRBO's are dated, but not this one! No issues what so ever.

Tracey's condo was amazing! Not only did it have high quality cooking oils and spices (NOT expired!), it had TVs in every room where we could watch YouTube, Netflix....and best of all, ESPN! Our UT Longhorns won the game against UGA!!!! Hook 'em! What a wonderful way to end the ski day! Sports in bed! The mattresses were memory foam which were also a bonus for stiff and achy bodies after skiing. There are plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Another highlight was the wrap around balcony overlooking Hideaway Park- we got to enjoy fireworks INSIDE for NYE when it was 0 degrees! The condo was very comfortable and clean! The shuttle stops were convenient- we found the stop across by McDonalds the best when going TO WP, and the stop at Hideaway Northbound (in front of park) best when going FROM WP back to condo (Black line). The special access code to front door is a rather long numeric code- so make sure to store the info on your phone! I would highly recommend staying at Tracey's condo again! Thanks, Tracey!

This condo is beyond what we imagined! The comfort and all the available amenities made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home! It was my fiance's first Winter Park experience and he was awestruck! We'll definitely be back! Bonus, it is located directly across from the park and one block from main street.

I stayed here with a big group of friends and it was fantastic! Clean with nice amenities and a great location. Right across the street from the bus stop that takes you right to the base of the mountain, would stay there again for another ski trip for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was awesome. Across the street from the sledding hill, short walk to town and the bus to the slopes. The clubhouse with the pool and hot tub was great and a lot of fun with the kids. Two families shared this amazing condo that was spacious, comfortable, centrally located and perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had plenty of room for kids to have their own space, plenty of space to eat for the 9 of us, heated pool and hot tub was a fabulous addition. We would rent this condo again! Highly recommend for two families with kids. Plenty of room, plenty of hooks to hang ski equipment and plenty of space. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Trailhead lodge conviently located in walking distance to shopping, events, and walking trails. There was something to do for everyone of all ages!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location! Will definitely be back!
