The place is very nice and huge. It is in the best location. The owner was amazing with his communication. I will definitely rent again.

This property in North Wildwood was just what we were looking for. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Location, location, location!!! Views of the inlet from the top deck were nice. Owner was very helpful and responsive to my emails and texts. We would rent from him again.

We had a great stay here for a bachelorette party during the off season! David was extremely responsive with any questions I had. The space was so large and spacious with plenty of bathrooms and sleeping arrangements. Would recommend to book again and again for large groups who want to be in the center of north wildwood bars and restaurants!

Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

This house was much bigger than I expected from the picture. It included every amenity we needed and was right in the hot spot of North Wildwood. We watched the Mummers Parade right from the balcony. We will definitely be renting this property again!

I would definitely return to this location again. We loved it. The only complaint we had were the uncomfortable beds. Other than that I would give this place a 5/5!

Owner David is only a phone call/text away and responds very quickly. House is magnificent! Went down with 12 ladies and we had PLENTY of room. Second time at this beach house. Walking distance to restaurants and bars; location is on main strip. Anything you would need in a kitchen is there. Two large decks overlooking the main strip (very entertaining). Thank you!!!!

We rented August 25-27, 2018, and this condo is beautiful! The owner, David, was a pleasure to work with, so friendly, attentive and responsive to our inquiries. The condo was very clean, neat, comfortable and extremely spacious, exactly as described on VRBO. There's nothing like having a elevator for luggage, food shopping or just coming home from the beach. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the live music was enjoyable, free entertainment. We will certainly be coming back and highly recommend this condo!!

rations. The A.C. vents had mold and there was water damage in the livingroom ceiling with mold as well. The shower curtain was disgusting, stained rugs that were gross, bulbs that were out in stairway to 2nd floor, the pool that was "next door" was down the street and you had to pay $5 a person to use it. Worst part was the cockroaches!!. We called the owner to tell him and he brushed it off. No compensation to return our money or an apology. So sorry to say we won't be using VRBO for our next vacation booking.

North Wildwood is a good place to gather for a fun get together. Our house was neat and clean. The elevator is convienent when hauling stuff up to the house. One recommendation would be to install a keycode lock into the main entry of the complex. The other residents constantly reminded people to lock and shut the door as it doesn’t shut completly. Other than that, we would recommend this rental 😊

Good time and n a clean and roomy space

David was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. The house was more than spacious. We were actually pleasantly surprised by all of the space we had...it was wonderful. The location was also key as you can just park your vehicle for the entire stay and just walk. We did, and it was 25 degrees out. We will certainly re-book and would definitely recommend this property.

This is such a large condo! I loved the amount of space we had. The owner was friendly & very responsive to several questions I had before arriving. The had two issues with the rental, the condo REALLY needs to be cleaned better. It probably has not been deep cleaned in a long time. Baseboards, silverware drawers appliances, inside cabinets, carpets need to be steam cleaned, the vacuumed that is provided was completely full of dirt, top of refrigerator (where we wanted to put a few things to keep counters clear) dust balls all over etc. the downstairs bedroom toilet seat was broken. Basically the condo was wiped down before we arrived and that was as far the cleaning went. The only other issue I have is that we have to provide our own towels & some sheets, which makes packing from out-of-state traveling on a plane very difficult. As I stated above it's in a fabulous location and the size is awesome, I just wish it was much cleaner.

I stayed here with my family on Aug 19-26 and it was nothing less then amazing! The place was huge and accommodated my family and guest with room to spare. The restaurants, nightlife and beach are all right there. The location is second to none! David was extremely helpful and nice through the entire rental process and made things easy. My family and I love this place and will definitely be renting this property again next year!! Fran

Great place to stay. Clean, modern, plenty of room for our large family reunion. Everyone loved it. Sitting on the deck and listening to the music from downstairs or across the street -- free entertainment. Walking to all venues, priceless. Elevator was a big help with luggage transfer and for some of our older relatives. This place is awesome. Thank you David for sharing your property.

The inside is surprisingly quiet but you can enjoy live music from the deck. Walking distance to restaurants, stores. We loved it.

Overall our experience was good however a few things need improvement. The negative things were - We rented this condo for the fact it had an elevator to go up to the second floor where we would be staying. Visiting with my elderly parents as well as my elderly in-laws this would come in handy. However when we arrived the elevator was not working and a repair company did not come and fix it until two days before we had to leave. We were there for a week. Also, the kitchen essentials were minimum and the silverware was so rusty we couldn't even use them. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint as they were extremely banged up. The positive - The condo is in a great location to water and the neighborhood had great restaurants/bars and always plenty going on with bands and street fairs. It was a short drive to boardwalk.

I love the condo and I love the location! This was our 2nd time renting. I plan to rent again next year. David was helpful and very easy to work with.

I picked this house because of the location and the pictures on the vrbo site, and I am extremely happy that I did! The house was amazing! So roomy! The pictures on the site are great, but it's even better when you're there! I took my two children and they both took a friend, so there were six of us in all, everyone had their own space. I enjoyed my time relaxing on the deck almost every evening, the people watching was a lot of fun almost every night. We liked the house so much, we already have plans to rent again for next summer!
