This was the perfect lake getaway for our family of four. The house was clean and well supplied in every area. We enjoyed spending time on the dock and using the paddle boards. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Such a great place - we would definitely come back!!

The place was really nice. Great neighborhood. Host was really available and accommodating. Modern/Updated. Great views. We boated around from Scissortail, anchored and swam in the cove. Very protected cove. Follow the host's directions, not your GPS 😊! She's right about the low road! And don't go down and around the hairpin either...as my GPS first suggested.

The house is nestled among the trees with friendly neighbors. Great view of the cove. The slip & dock, we’re perfect for our needs. The house is nicely decorated with quality finishing.

We had a wonderful time! Gloria had the home clean and stocked with LOTS of items including plenty of towels, seasonings, kitchen items even ziplock bags, foil, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed fishing, swimming, and relaxing!

Our family of 7 had a great time at Grand Lake. The house had incredible views of the lake, a private slip for our boat, and was very nicely appointed. Gloria was great to work with, even allowing us to store our boat trailer at their personal residence. Highly recommended!

We spent a long weekend with friends at La Dolce Vita. The house was lovely with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked with basic spices and other nice amenities. The back deck is a great place for relaxing with your morning coffee. We spent one day swimming off the dock and the next day we rented a pontoon boat at Duck Creek Boat Rental and spent the afternoon on the lake. Can’t wait to come back to this little piece of paradise on Grand Lake.

House was incredible! Host goes above and beyond with amenities. Small appliances, kitchenware, soap/shampoo - it was as if we were home. Decor fit property very well, and all was comfortable. We slept like rocks on the bed. Open concept allowed traffic to flow all through the house and deck. We were very pleased!

My sister, our parents and their dog wanted a place to go away from the hustle and bustle of our lives and we found it here. The view was breathtaking! We loved just sitting inside looking at the water and watching boats go by. The huge windows were so clean that you felt like you were outside. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy each other’s company and we certainly found it here as this lovely home had the most serene atmosphere you could ask for. We also watched the squirrels play and we even saw a red fox and raccoon. My sister travels a lot and mentioned that this home was the best stocked home she has ever seen. There are two coffee pots (Keurig and drip), toaster, blender, washer, dryer, games, nice dishes, pots and pans. We only had to supply the food. Gloria was a gracious host and I cannot say enough nice things about the house and Gloria. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and had everything available for us. The only slight issue we had was that the house was not cleaned when we got there due to the host having a emergency. She called after we arrived to apologize and sent someone to pick it up and said she would make it right with us. Overall the house was wonderful and updated. Close to the water. The directions given were great and the host was very nice. We had a wonderful girls weekend. :)

The home is just as portrayed in the photographs. It was spotless clean and thoroughly supplied--kitchen utensils, appliances, paper products--everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, tightly made up like a 5-star hotel. One thing that was not clear. It's 3 bedrooms for 6 people. A sofa/bed in the living area is for the other 2, for a total of 8. Or maybe 1 for a total of 7. That person will get lots of light in the morning! We put two kids on the floor in that area. I made some suggestions on arrival directions, and GPS seems to depend on which service you use, Google or Apple maps. If Gloria updates to what I wrote her, future guests should do well. Gloria responded very quickly to texts and phone calls. Temperatures were chilly for us in March. Still, fish were biting from the dock. We strongly recommend the Rancho Viejo Mexican restaurant about 30 minutes away. Large portions, very reasonably priced! We'd love to go back here when things are green and growing. Beautiful spot.

We had an extremely relaxing stay at La Dolce Vita for several quiet days in February. Gloria, the host, was extremely responsive and fixed our one very minor issue in seconds over the phone. We appreciated the Mardi Gras treats and fruit she left for us. What a thoughtful and kind touch! Additionally, the house was spotless and well-stocked. There were plenty of clean, fresh-smelling linens, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen (including a sharp knife, which is almost unheard of in home rentals)! We greatly appreciated all the attention to detail. One minor issue IF you're traveling with someone who has limited mobility and/or difficulty with balance (but is not wheelchair bound): the house is all on one level with step-in showers, which is excellent. However, there are several rocky steps from the driveway to the front door. This wouldn't be particularly difficult to deal with, except there is no handrail on either set of stairs. Because of this, getting in and out of the house was a bit scary for my elderly father (and me). A cane and using another person for support were both critical. Obviously, this isn't an issue for many people though! We highly recommend this cozy house. We spent the week cooking, bird watching, reading, walking the dog, and enjoying the quiet!

We so enjoyed our time here on the lake! The kitchen was well-stocked and it truly felt like home away from home! Gloria was fast in replying to my inquiries and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

House was wonderful - comfy bed, everything well stocked with linens, kitchen equip and dishes and anything we could need. Quick response and communication with manager with any questions we had. Wonderful to have a dock in front to just hop on our boat and take off. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Everyone said they would stay there again!

Check in process went very well and owners were easy to contact and nice. We get together once or twice a year with my brother and wife and this place was perfect. Peaceful, with such a fantastic view. The house is decorated so cute and there was more than enough room for the four adults and still had a bedroom left unused. Fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this stay.

This house was perfect for our couples weekend on the water. Easy checkin and zero problems. The house provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds, and cold a/c that was amazing quiet. We towed our boat and with the marina being close and the boat dock and slip provided at the property, it made it convenient and easy. Our host Gloria, responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating! If this property fits your needs, book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The place is very cozy, clean and well stocked. It is located in a nice calm cove and it was nice to have a dock with a slip for our boat. The marina was only a short trip away.
