My husband and I enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful property. The condo was lovely and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the owners and their playful dog. They were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. The area was very quiet and removed from the crowds. The beach was so relaxing and peaceful. We stayed four nights for a quick getaway. We had one day of rain. The rest of the time we spent on the white sandy beach. Several great restaurants near by. The host Jennie was very friendly she was very responsive when we had a few questions. Would love to come back. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo with great location to the beach. Watersound beach is much less crowded than the others.

We have stayed in this condo for 3 years and already booked for next year! Love the serenity here and the location is great-close enough to bike east or west to restaurants, shops, etc. The view of the white sand beaches is to die for and having 3BR/3BA is perfect for us. See you next year!

We had a lovely trip. Everything was accurate in the description. We did reach out to the property owner with a small issue, she responded quickly and took care of the problem (which had to do with something in the building, not the condo)

The location was wonderful. Being on the corner of the building meant we had wrap-around views, and could choose which porch to sit on based on which was in the sun or shade at that time of day. Owner responded quickly and clearly to messages. Condo was very clean, and had extra items to make our stay easier such as beach towels, food storage containers, and beach toys/chairs. Luggage carts by the elevator made moving our groceries and suitcases so easy. The pools were warm enough (~83F) to swim during a chilly Thanksgiving break. We’d love to stay again!

We had a great time during our stay. The property is beautiful and extremely clean. The beach is a short walk from the condo and there are a ton of beach accessories to use for all ages (sand buckets and shovels for the little kids to skim and boogie boards for the older kids). My teenagers also enjoyed the 18-hole putt-putt course within the community. Jeannie was very good with the communication of check-in details. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Two families both with young kids. The amenities were top notch and the kids loved having the pool close as well. The area was peaceful and a pleasant walk to a great beach!

We loved our first stay in Watersound. We have stayed many places around 30A and this was one of our favorites! The condo was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. This condo was exactly as it was reflected in the listing. The views were even better than the pictures captured. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived, and Jeannie was on top of it, and very accommodating. The condo had all the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels and everything else we needed. Next time, we will not need to bring any of our items. The condo smelled so clean and fresh, not like other places that can smell that beachy musty. We also felt very safe in the gated community, where our kids could go play around the green spaces. One note for future renters, we typically find misc pantry items in the kitchen (spices, oils, and other items that are okay to be shared), so be prepared to bring all of your own. We left the items we bought, just in case someone wants to use them :). Overall, this condo was a hidden gem that we will return to for many years to come!

This was one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. Condo was clean and well kept. More than enough room for a family of 6. We will definitely be back!

Upscale decor with 180 degree view of the dunes and ocean from the living area. Perfect for 4 woman. Very close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Couldn’t have made a better choice.

BIG thanks to Jeannie and Greg for sharing their fairy-tale home with us! Somehow this place strikes a balance between crisp, clean & clear with warm, cozy & inviting! We had a wonderful time. The Watersound community was like being on a movie set! We met wonderful people and enjoyed EVERY SINGLE aspect of this stay. The pools, the beach, the dunes, the boardwalks, the view from inside, the safety, the remarkably clean garage, the comfortable living space...we loved it ALL! Extra bonus was meeting Gracie Mae (sorry if that's the wrong spelling)! We wished we could stay longer...like forever!

Best community in 30A. Avoid the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary Beach and stay here. Condo has a great view of the dunes and the ocean. Condo is very clean and well decorated. You’re a 5 minute walk from the beach, no golf cart needed. Just book it, you won’t regret it. Can’t wait to return.

WaterSound is a beautiful gated community with a delicious pizza place (Bruno’s) and bike rentals right at the front. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride to Seaside and Alys/Rosemary Beach. There’s also a great shopping/food area called the Big Chill 0.2 miles down the road. Big Chill had events each night for kids and was very family friendly. The condo is nestled in the white sandy dunes but offers views of the turquoise waters of the gulf. Conveniently located next to the heated pool and boardwalk to the private beach. The condo was great for kids with the bunk room and lots of toys and boogie boards for the beach, including puddle jumpers for littles. We didn’t need them, but the condo has two pack n plays. Overall an amazing place for families with young kids. We have already rebooked for next year!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo in the dunes of Water Sound Beach and we are booking again for next year! What a picturesque, peaceful place to stay and the owner was incredibly responsive. The heated pool is steps away as is the white sand beach. An amazing spot to relax and have fun!

Third floor 3 bedroom condo had nice views of the sand dunes and a little bit of the water. The main room was comfortable and roomy. Nits include the main bedroom fan that needs replaced and a shower that is tiny. The foam pillows need refreshed. The tv and entertainment system had potential but didn’t work as advertised. Not a deal killer but frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great weekend getaway! We would stay again!

We were greeted with the most striking sunset I have ever seen (and I have seen many in my years). Looking out over the beautiful rolling dunes and walkways over to the beach we had to just stop for a moment to breathe it all in. Our stay at this property was a joy. We loved how spacious the unit was. the open floor plan allowed us to not miss a thing while we were working in the kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. Felt like home away from home.
