Our family group celebrated some special birthdays at this lovely home. We are all in our 60s and 70s--so some of us REALLY appreciated the elevator, which was so handy for shuttling groceries up to the kitchen! So many large windows let in beautiful light and an awesome view! Although we didn't do much cooking in the wonderful kitchen, there seemed to be everything --high quality--that one would want to cook with. The host, Nick, was very responsive, turbo-quick answers to my questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about the time we spent here. We would all return in a minute if we weren't spread out all over the country!! Thank you, Nick and Lynn!!!

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 8 to 90, and everyone had a great time. The elevator was important, especially for the 90-year-old. We cooked, danced, talked, laughed, and enjoyed the beach. A great place!

We’ve been vacationing at Netart’s Sand Castle since 2012. We’ve cherished every trip since the beginning. Sometimes just two of us; sometimes so many that we’ve had multiple houses rented on the street. Nick and Lynn are always available and responsive if we have any questions. They are continually adding upgrades. For instance, this visit the kitchen had received all new appliances. Nice!!! We are so excited they are adding another home on the street to their inventory. Nick invited us down for a tour this week while we were here; and we cannot wait to visit when the project is wrapped up in a few weeks. If you have the opportunity to rent from them, I highly recommend it. They are responsive. Maintain their homes. Care about quality. Care about their clients. They are definitely five star owners/managers.

Obviously a quiet time to visit Netarts, luckily had cooperative weather for walking the beach. House was very comfy, great view from the deck while grilling. Kitchen was excellent and big tv kept the kids happy. Beds and linens made for great sleeping. Highly recommended rental. 👍🏽

This was my first time in Netarts. What a lovely small coast town with lots of fun activities for everyone! The property was perfect for the occasion, pristine condition, great location, fully stocked… can’t say enough good things about it. Clean, spacious, all the rooms set up with TV and entertainment, luxury furnishings and decor… Elevator was an added bonus for my elderly parents who have a hard time walking up the stairs! Even when the weather got bad, we could just stay in, sit by the fireplace and look out the window enjoying the ocean view and never get bored. There’s even crabbing/ clamming equipment available for rental for a small fee. But we rented a crabbing boat through Big Spruce boat rental place nearby, which I highly recommend! Thank you Nick for being such an awesome host, always so helpful and responsive! We’ll definitely be back next year 😊

Overall a wonderful stay! Met and exceeded all our needs. Owner Nick responds promptly. Big plus, the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the view, beach walks & amazing sunsets.

We are 8 ladies that go to the beach twice a year for a scrapbooking weekend. This is the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in! The elevator was so helpful in getting our craft supplies up to the third floor. Lots of space. Beds were very comfy! We had an issue with the front door lock. Nick (the owner) and George (the maintenance guy) were super quick to reply to my messages and very friendly. They both wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for being amazing hosts and sharing your beautiful home!

This rental was perfect family! We loved all the open space, the outdoor patio and of course the elevator! We can’t wait to return for a third time!

We stayed here for a few nights within our young kiddos and my mom. Very fun house with cozy bedrooms and a nice open living room and kitchen. We didn't take advantage of the jetted tubs or fancy grill. But we still had a relaxing time, hitting up the beach a couple of times.

This home fit our groups needs very well.

We have stayed in Netarts several times over the years for family gatherings and Happy Camp Hideaway did not disappoint for this stay. It offers plenty of room and was well stocked. We had one slight issue with the elevator. We contacted Nick and it was immediately addressed and did not affect our stay at all. We would stay here again anytime.

Fabulous wedding week! What an amazing property we had a flawless exciting week. What a wonderful place to get married here at Netarts at happy Camp Beach! The property when we arrived was immaculate, and the property owners Nick & Lynn where very accommodating. It’s the perfect place for a wedding and reception or just to get away and relax. There are so many things to do crabbing clamming taking amazing photographs and all the accommodations. We plan on many future visits A BIG Thank you!

Loved this house for our family vacation! We had teens and grandparents and everyone had a great experience. The view is amazing, fantastic location and beautiful, clean, comfortable home. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend!

There is an elevator which was awesome as I use a wheelchair, although if you are looking for accessibility, note that there are about five steps to enter the home. The hosts were amazing with communication and were very friendly and helpful getting us ready for our stay- there was even a thoughtful bottle of wine waiting for us! Five out of five recommend!

So much fun!!! Property was described accurately and we had a fabulous time! Plenty of room for our 3 kids and 3 grandkids! House was very well equipped to prepare meals for everyone. We walked to Oceanside and went through the tunnel and we loved it! Would recommend to anyone!

My family and I spend time at this property for a portion of my daughter’s spring break. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for our stay. The hosts provided helpful information about the area and were easy to work with. We would love to stay again at this property and hope to do so again in the near future.

This house really delivers! Well furnished, spacious and plenty of amenities to feel at home. Great location with quick access to the beach for lovely walks. I should also mention about the incredible view from the top floor. We had a blast!

This home is fantastic & so well appointed, comfortable, clean, well cared for & stocked with everything needed for a fabulous stay! The owners care of this beautiful home and love of the area is clear. They were helpful and prompt in communicating, sharing tips, fun things to do & see, local treasures which enriched our stay.

Though there is a telephone pole in front of the house, the view is so lovely it didn't bother us. We did find the house less than clean. The dining table had crumbs from one end to the other and when I cleaned it, the rag also had dirt on it, which makes me wonder if it just gets vacuumed. There were long dark hairs both in a bathroom sink as well as in one of the jacuzzis. There was no hand towel hanging in one of the bathrooms and a roll of paper towels sitting there, which made me wonder at first whether we were supposed to use them rather than a towel. The stairs had not been vacuumed. The propane was empty but there was a new tank sitting there and luckily my son knew how to hook it up. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the great beach, but for the price, I would expect the place to be a little more up to snuff!!!
