It was very nice, location was perfect a little expensive on eating out so next time we will eat at home hopefully they will have better pans or I’ll just bring my own. Thanks for memory’s of a lifetime.

The views were breathtaking being from corpus christi tx the beautiful cool weather was simply the best... the house was amazing we were out late the night before so woke up late Apologies 😴 my granddaughter didnt want to leave especially the jacuzzi

Awesome hot tub! Huge kitchen....plenty of room for every one! Could use some better TVs in living room and master BR so Netflix and other channels could be used. Had a great time in a beautiful home! Would stay in again for our next ski trip!

Everything good, location excellent kids enjoyed the area playing in the snow had tons of fun. House located in an awesome spot and everything is local. Only problem is furniture is very outdated. mattresses need to be replaced and a better condition tv in the living room because when traveling with kids a decent working tv is a must.

Nice enough, strange decorations in the living room. Rented specifically for the pianos as my girlfriend is a musician and they were both terribly out of tune and unplayable. This was disappointing. Great location and a hot tub. Just the pianos as reasoning for 4 stars not 5.

Great place to stay with plenty of room! Couple of the mattresses could stand to be replaced... or at least add a topper. Would also be helpful if there had been a snow shovel, an indoor broom for tidying, and at least a couple of extra garbage bags or let people know to bring their own. I would stay again though! Thank you!

The house is large with plenty of room but its condition is very dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. Looks like the owners just up and left due to personal effects and knick knacks everywhere. Don’t stay here if you’re allergic to dust. Beds very old and uncomfortable with worn bedding. One bed is too high to get into since a large mattress cover has been placed on it to hide a very old mattress. Kitchen lacks organization. Family room TV is useless. Only good TV is in a small den with a small loveseat - no place for family to sit. Creepy clowns and broken pianos in living room. Nice hot tub and large garage. Again, don’t stay here if dust bothers you. The owners clearly do not care about the condition of this house and the comfort of their guests. If they did, it would be deep cleaned and useless junk removed along with personal pictures on many surfaces.

We enjoyed the stay. Very spacious for all 7 of us and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The trash can I the kitchen was full of trash when we arrived, the ice maker made very little ice and the ice cube trays need replaced. There were open bags of chips in the cupboards.

I think a lot of the other reviews say the same thing but overall the experience was good. Very spacious, enough beds and rooms for 12 people. Great area. Just 8 minutes to breckenridge ski resort. There was an issue with the hot water. Barely like warm. Called the number and they said they’d come and take a look. Not sure if they did cause it was still the same temperature when we got back from the mountains. Only way we resolved this was to blast the steamer room while taking a shower and that did make it better. But having a nice hot shower after being in the mountain all day would’ve been better. A lot of the furniture was very out dated. Other than those two things we had a great trip

Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and a good experience with Hohenmark Haus / Summit Mountain Rentals. The location of the property is amazing, with easy access to several mountains including Breck and Copper. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. However, there were a number of details preventing us from feeling like a 5-star property. - Arrival process was fine, have to pick up keys from the office in Frisco rather than the typical lock-box on-site. - Hot water heater was inadequate for 12 people. Several of us never experienced a hot (or even warm) shower, which would have been nice after long days on the ski hills. Thank God for the hot tub... - Garage door code did not work. A few late arrivers got locked out thinking we could utilize the code. - Beds were disappointing. Mattresses were lumpy and uneven. - WiFi was spotty and stopped working for the last day or two. - Floors were a bit dirty. Feet/socks turned black from walking around indoors without slippers. - All knives were very dull. Made cooking less enjoyable. - Decor was a bit odd... Creepy clowns, broken pianos, etc. You will see mention of this in other reviews as well... TLDR: Great location for a decent value, but missing some of the finer points.

Great size for a larger group - plenty of space and very large living room/kitchen area. Hot tub was incredible, and the kitchen was stocked with any tool/item needed to cook! Location was great - only ~8-10min drive from the gondola at peak 8. Really easy and convenient.

Reviewer Comments: The house is gorgeous but the furniture makes it a space that no one wants to be in. The living room couches were so old, uncomfortable and far away from each other we had to move them closer so we would want to be in the space. The beds are AWFUL - incredibly uncomfortable, small and old. I think they threw a mattress topper on an old mattress to try to hide it. The pianos were all out of tune and un-usable. It's such a shame. There weren't any knives that we could use and had friends bring some for cooking. This place is gorgeous - why not take the time to make it a nicer space? I would definitely not come back to it since the pricepoint reflects the same as comfortable, well maintained properties. The only reason I choise this property was because it was the last one left on a busy weekend. There is a reason why!

Big house to stretch out and visit. Bathrooms for each couple. Could use some decorating updates and the the ONLY disappointment was that we had 3 singers and a pianist ready to sing together and both pianos were not playable at all. We would would rent again. We did not see any uncleanliness that some others complained about.

The house itself is is very nice with reasonably comfortable beds and a great location. The appliances are all very outdated and outdated and do not work very well, the kitchen is not well stocked and the house was not clean at all.Many of the faucets do not work properly easily and for the price and quality of the house you would expect you would expect much more for this rental.The property management was easy to work with and very responsive when I did ask for towels.

The house layout is awesome, very open and plenty of space. The kitchen is a mixed bag but overall very workable. As usual knifes were mediocre, pans and other stuff were pretty good, lots of dishes and a good work area in the kitchen. The stove is not great, but we made it work. The hot tub was immaculate. I'm not sure if it was brand new or not but it looked like it was and it was very clean. The internet was very good. Having a big garage was awesome. The location was awesome, both relative to town/activities and just being in the woods by the golf course. The steam room in the master bath was pretty cool. The other reviews about the dirty floors were 100% correct, although it seemed to be mainly limited to the kitchen. After about 30 minutes in the kitchen with bare feet they were completely black. We solved this by just wearing flip flops while downstairs. The drapes were also pretty dusty which has been mentioned in other reviews, but this didn’t really bother us. We were excited about the pianos but they are both horribly out of tune and have broken keys so they could not be used. Most things are dated which is fine. All but the master shower heads didn’t work very well and that would be such a cheap and easy fix. The TV in the main area is pretty much useless, we use an Apple TV and it was so old it didn’t have any HDMI inputs. The TV in the area with the pullout couch was ok but it’s a small room. We could not find the bedding for the pullout couch anywhere and the pullout mattress was pretty gross. The bunk beds were a little sketchy. They were very loose and we considered not having the kids sleep on the top, but we tested it a little and they were excited to so we let them. The main problem was that anytime either of the kids on the top or bottom moved it made a lot of noise and the whole thing shifted. If they were fixed they would be really cool. I sent a message before we booked asking about the other reviews that complained about the cleanliness and I got a pretty canned reply which stated that it is professionally cleaned and inspected, but they did not address my questions about the floors and other reviews, so that was a little disappointing, but we went ahead anyway and I am glad we did. The house was generally clean outside of what I mentioned. We did have to call a couple of times during our stay and the management company was easy to get a hold of and helpful.

Well furnished, kitchen was good, floors were filthy. We had to buy by a Swiffer and washed the floor 3 times prior to our family’s arrival. Even after we washed the floors, anyone who walked without shoes almost immediately got black sox or feet.
