We finally took the plunge and stayed in the Keys for 30 days. The accommodations at Sunrise Beach Resort were awesome. The unit had everything you could need for a great vacation. We met some great folks while there for the month. We would highly recommend this and the owner was great.

Great location - we love Cudjoe Key! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed and used the bikes and kayaks provided - great fun! The house is charmingly decorated, light and sunny, and very well stocked with all basic supplies. And we loved all the different places to sit and enjoy the fresh air and views - the balconies, the carport, the dock…. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable home with all the amenities. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck and watching the sunset. Great nearby restaurants and the book left with places to visit was very helpful. It is on second floor so those with climbing issues be aware.

A gorgeous home right on the water with fun activities to keep the whole family entertained. Great restaurants nearby. A quiet, little community to relax and enjoy sunsets on the beach. We had a blast and want to return to paradise! ❤️

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Lots of "extras" that made the stay more enjoyable. We had perfect weather to add to the fun and a full moon too! Not a lot of other people in the homes around us so it was like having the place just for us. Caught a barracuda off the dock so a lucky pelican had a great meal and hung around the rest of the week hoping for more. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax and rejuvenate.

This property was as advertised. The kayaks and paddleboards and bikes were all used. The accommodations were perfect for our family get-away. It was comfortable for the 4 of us to relax and enjoy the sun. It was well located for going into Key West and exploring the keys. Thank you for allowing us to make a family holiday memory.

Really enjoyed our stay! House is very well appointed and decorated. We rented a boat from the recommended Cudjoe Key Marina, and were not dissapointed. This is one of 2 homes here that is directly in the water and the closest to the dock, the views of Cudjoe Bay are incredible! Highly recommend.

Wanted something out of the craziness of Key West, this was just right. About 20 minutes or so north, it was right in between Key West and things like snorkeling Looe Key and Bahia Honda park. Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. Like most homes in the Keys, had lots of stairs so would be very difficult for someone with disabilities but was fine for us. Loved our laid back time there.

We have stayed in several places on Cudjoe Key and this by far the best place we stayed. The home location was awesome. It was clean and like new. Rick was very accommodating. The home was stocked with everything you need including body wash and shampoo. I highly recommend starting her as we would definable well be at rewritten.

Property owners have thought of everything. Kayaks, Bicycles, Beach chairs and Umbrellas were all available for our use and included. Property is in an exceptional location. Wonderful property.

Our stay was perfect! They provide everything you need for an amazing stay. We enjoyed all the amenities, kayaks, paddle boards, outside fire pit & pool area. We enjoyed a day at Bahia Honda State Park, it is absolutely gorgeous there.

We've stayed in lots of VRBO properties all over the country. This is absolutely one of the very best! Wonderful amenities, extremely well organized and stocked, tons of helpful information & brochures about the area. Felt like a high end home, not a rental. Great location close to Key West but also quiet and peaceful. Now the standard has been upped for me! Such a great vacation. WOW!

This past week was just amazing!! This was our first time in the Florida Keys and at first we were a bit hesitant because after we arrived on the keys we realized there were very few beaches around and we are normally beach people. After arriving at Rick's house we were completely ok with never leaving the house if we decided to not explore the keys. Rick left us everything we needed for a relaxing week. We had access to the pool, kayaks, fishing poles, amazing views and all the essentials of our home home. We met really nice people in the neighborhood and sat back every night to take in the stars. For the 4th of July we decided to stay out of Key West to avoid the crowds and it was so worth it. We sat on the top balcony and watched all the fireworks from our own private area. I decided to book 2 charters with Tail Chasin' Charters to offshore fishing and sandbar hop. After seeing all the sandbars and the wildlife in the keys we completely understand why Rick wanted to have a house here. This area is pure Heaven. We learned that the Cudjoe Key area is a lot quieter than the upper keys and only 19 miles from Key West so you get best of both worlds. Kiki's Sandbar and Grill is 6 miles up the road with amazing food and just a bit down south is Hogfish Bar and Grill and it's definitely a must try. Honestly I can say that Rick's home is a perfect place to stay for couples or families alike.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped place with million-dollar views! For a Mother’s Day week getaway, the two en suites gave both mom/daughter the space and privacy needed. Well-furnished, with high-end finishes and lots of thoughtful touches (bathrobes, luxurious towels and linens). I’d love to book again, as long as accompanied by someone who can haul my luggage up and down those stairs (thanks, baby girl!).

Perfect location. Next to the pool. Right on the cove. It was all good. Very quick ride into Key West... I only have good things to say. The outdoor area was fun and everything we needed was there.

This home on the water was beautiful. It was stocked with shampoo, bath soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, and more! It also had books to read, games to play, and kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards. We enjoyed the stay so much, we are booking again soon!

This property is the best of the entire resort. The view of the ocean and the nighttime stars is magnificent. The owners have provided so many extras to enhance your stay; fully stocked kitchen, paddle boards, 2 man kayak, fishing polls, under cover propane fueled fire pit, outdoor tv, beach towels, swing and sand toys for kids on the beach. The pool was clean and of the perfect temperature. The owners are easy to contact and go out of their way to make your stay safe and fun. The beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has an awesome view. Great accommodations for two couples - owners provide everything you can think of...!

Our second stay in this fantastic house, but without doubt the second of many. This place has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. The owners really have thought of everything. It's location is superb, I couldn't recommend it enough.

My family LOVED this property. Everything about it was wonderful…location, size, decor and TONS of amenities. We took full advantage of everything - relaxing indoors, on the various decks, at the fire pit while watching the outdoor TV, at the beach area, along with use of the kayaks and bikes. The owners were wonderful to work with and thought of literally everything to make our stay fantastic. We really enjoyed reading the info provided about the property and took advantage of the suggestions on dining and activities in the area. We would return in a heartbeat! The only thing we would do differently would be to spend less time in Key West and more time at the property, possibly splurging on a boat rental, since there are slips available at the property.

We thought we might be a bit crazy planning a week-long trip to the keys the 2 weeks before Christmas but it ended up being exactly what we needed! We traveled to Cudjoe Key on Dec. 10 - 17th. The weather was perfect, sunny and 83 the entire week. We rented a boat from Cudjoe Gardens Marina for three days during the middle of the week. Dillon provided us with everything we needed for the boat and suggested several locations to check out and for fishing. We caught several different species of fish out by the light house. We enjoyed so many restaurants in the area including Square Grouper, Mangrove Mamas and Boondocks. We had an amazing dinner on Little Palm Island where we watched the sunset. The property was exactly as listed. We took advantage of the bikes, fishing gear, hammock and fire pit. We wanted to try the Kayaks but just ran out of time! We would definitely recommend this property and the owner was super easy to work with. He answered the few questions I had quickly and in detail. I would love to stay here again, it was the perfect spot between Key West and Marathon so we had tons of options for things to do each day.
