Condo is right in the middle of everything. Short Uber rides. Great hot tubs and cocktails. Snack bar and tiki bar could be open a little longer but great atmosphere.

This place was very nice and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were right on the beach and just 2 miles from the pier. Completely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again!

The property was pretty much as advertised. Beautiful views of the beach from the 18th floor balcony. Check in was simple and the front desk folks were friendly. Great location as you are close to everything and just over the bridge from Fort Walton beach as well. The property was clean when we arrived. Our only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and not at all comfortable. The building is very busy with lots of noise so if you want to sleep in a bit, this is not the place. Nothing is perfect but overall very good stay.

Had a great time. Condo and property owner great. The resort has to many rules. Didn’t like how if you didn’t buy chairs you had to sit behind everyone and not close to the water.

Missy was excellent to work with. Check in process was quick. Loved that our parking area was covered Perfect location that is near everything you need. Felt very safe even walking after dark. Nice pools. Great condo with a fabulous view. Everything was just as it was described.

Host was very prompt with everything . Checked on us to make sure we got in alright and found everything we needed. 3 pools and a tiki bar!!! We didn’t visit any of them because this location was just that amazing on its own. Spend the day on the beach with a walk down stairs. This will definitely be a place to keep in mind for future vacations. Family of 5 .

Great property for the price. The balcony view will not disappoint Saw dolphins daily/never at any other Destin locations Cold A/C Hot water Good cafe on site Enough pools to not be crowded No hassles with on-site property management I will definitely come back to this condo.

Everything was nice as expected. The view spectacular, literally right on the beach overlooking the water. My only complaint, the bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that 10/10 stay. Everything you could need is right there in the resort

Property was as advertised, beautiful views ,clean and very comfortable. Great to have 2 bathrooms. One morning we saw dolphins jumping in the waves. Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. Building was being painted but the workers were barley noticeable and our unit was already completed. Only issue was that the pool was closed while they painted. This was our second stay at Pelican Beach and we will be back.

Had so much fun! The condo was super clean! They have made several updates!! Inside and out! Very impressed! My flights were changed last minute, missy was very accommodating and assisted me with early check in. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I had a short getaway and it was perfect!

Very nice! Unfortunately the deck repairs were quite noisy and we couldn’t open the doors to hear the ocean. But I know next year I can come back and enjoy the deck and hear the ocean!!! GREAT PLACE!!

We were very disappointed that the indoor pool was closed since it was cold during our stay. Other than that everything was great.

We came down for me to recovery from having our last baby girl. It was very peaceful and calm! The host was quick to respond, which was very helpful. Beautiful View! Area was wonderful!

We stayed in this condo last year and I recall having a few complaints on cleanliness… however, this year was terrible. Master bathroom walls were covered in long black hair. The spare blankets have burn holes, one of the towel racks in the main bathroom is broken, toilet paper holder is broken, the chair in the living room is in such disrepair that someone stuck some pillows under the cushion to “help”. The entire condo was covered in infant puff cereal… the bed, couches, under all of the furniture. Lamp shade in bedroom is broken. Master bathroom vanity had dried tooth paste spit from the sink to the floor:( Condo itself is awesome. Great location, super clean, friendly people. An elevator was down during our stay so traffic going up and down was way over crowded. Pools are great. Definitely recommend overpaying for the beach chairs and umbrella, otherwise you have a crap spot on the beach.

Had an issue with garbage disposal but it was taken care of within an hour. Owners ver reactive to any questions and issues. All in all great stay.

This condo at Pelican Beach Resort was fabulous. Owner communicated well, friendly. Beautiful view. Great pools. Tiki bar was nice. Beach was our back yard. We've been to Destin 5 times and this was by far the best condo we've had. Thank you for sharing it with us.
