From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. The location was great just a short walk to the beach. The owner, Tristan was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Myself, my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson were very comfortable here, and there was plenty of space for my son to have work meetings and my daughter-in-law to do floor exercises. And for all of us to play marathon Monopoly games! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, plates, and cutlery. The only thing lacking was a tea kettle, which I mentioned to Tristin. The other thing that would be a very welcome addition is an umbrella to shade the outside seating area for the ground floor unit, which is the one we rented. But that space was equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs for all of us. We had a minor flushing problem with one toilet which Tristin very promptly had repaired. She responds quickly to texts. It was not the best beach weather, but we would gladly return to this rental in the future.

The house was exactly as described. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was helpful, responsive, and non-intrusive. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

House was very clean with great location. Internet was easy to connect to with good signal and speed. Living space was a great place for games and hanging out. The beach is close with boardwalk access. Liked having places like the deli, restaurant and ice cream shop within short walking distance.

From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The host has provided a perfect beach getaway and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to call home for a week.

We had a wonderful time and loved the proximity to the beach. We stayed in the first floor unit and loved the layout and tasteful beach decor. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus! Plus, it’s an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and Brown’s donut shop. There’s also a family of bunnies on the block which made going to and from the beach extra delightful. A+ beach vacation. This property is absolutely incredible! The location with it’s close proximity to the beach made it so easy to bring all of the items necessary to accommodate two children under 4 years old for a day of fun in the sand (and the 100 trips back for things that were forgotten). We stayed on the first floor and the layout made the 3 bed, 2 bath space feel much bigger than it actually is. It was clean, more than comfortable, and had everything you might expect in a top tier rental. The massage chair, beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes added a special touch that really made us feel like we were living the true beach life for the week. If my family and I ever find ourselves back in OCNJ - this will be the first place we look to stay again. I can’t say enough about the experience from start to finish. The only drawback is the street parking - but that’s very common in OCNJ and not a reflection of the property itself, just part of the deal. However, we were able to easily overcome this with a little extra “attention” paid to the spots in front of the house. We had the two spots immediately in front of the house in no time!

We spent two weeks here, and it was so hard to leave! We loved the house. It is as beautiful and charming as it looks in the photos - even more so if that's possible. It is comfortable and clean. We can't wait to go back!

Having stayed in Ocean City many times, we knew the area well. This is property was accurately depicted in the pictures and had to be one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. Check in process was easy and we very much appreciated Tristin's letting us know that we were able to check in earlier than anticipated.

This home was GORGEOUS. We were in awe of the cleanliness, beach proximity and Brown's donuts access. The pictures do not do it justice, as it was sooooo spacious and homey. We would love to return in the future.

We had a great time at this house. It is close to beach and boards. My son who loves to cook said the kitchen is great. The barbecue was a nice amenity. Beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We just got back from a week long rental. It was my husband and myself, my parents and our two kids (2 and 4). We had a really great time. The size was perfect- my kids had their own beds and they loved it. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely consider coming back in the future. The owner was helpful and easy to work with!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The owner takes such pride in the home and it really shows! Everything about our stay was perfect ( well, we can't control the weather!). Beautiful kitchen and comfortable bedding! Check in procedure was very well explained. Owner is receptive and pleasant! On street parking can get a little tight , but the home is within a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, so no need to drive anywhere. Bikes are also provided and we really enjoyed our daily bike rides! I would highly recommend this vacation property!

This is a lovely property close to the beach. Easy access to the ocean city boardwalk which provided opportunities for exercise, recreation, shopping and good food. The property is up-to-date and the communications could not have been better. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Both families enjoyed the stay. Great location, close to everything. Even though this is an Ocean City issue, parking was tough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property! Clean and adorable. Steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. Having all of the utensils and linens available made the stay that much more enjoyable. Hope to be back soon!

Well maintained and up to date - not to mention stocked with essentials plus towels & sheets. Walking distance to the north end of the boardwalk. Once we parked, the car stayed put all week. Owner Tristan was very friendly and accommodating as well. We'll miss OC (and Calvin, of course!)

This was the perfect property for a wedding weekend. Tristin was extremely helpful and was available for all my questions before and during the stay. The property was spacious and clean with a homey charm and modern touches. Check in was very simple and Tristin gave very clear instructions. Could not have asked for a better weekend. WOW!! just a nice clean quiet place. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Very well maintained and just a two blocks or so from beach. Tags are provided and its a 10 minute walk to the center of the boardwalk. loved it

We loved this home, it's the perfect mix of old and new. Close to everything you need, especially the Beach! They provide the linens and towels, which is a huge plus, including the paper products. Highly recommend!!!

The property was very well maintained and up to date. We had plenty of space and the location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, several great restaurants, a deli, grocery store, pizza, and ice cream stores. We parked the car for the entire weekend. The landlord was very interactive and very friendly. Most OC rentals do not come with half the items this property was stocked with. Most places do not have towels, bed linens, paper towels, soap, tissues and the consumable products, but this property includes everything. Just show up, that's all you need to do here, and have a good time. We would highly recommend this property to all. A Top notch rental in OC.

Just came back from Ocean City, NJ and really enjoyed our stay. Our accommadations were perfect for us- close to the beach, comfortable, clean pretty little place. VERY comfortable beds-which i really appreciated, as i often find it hard to sleep well in an unfamiliar place. Would love to come back for another stay!
