Spectacular property in a very convenient location to the beach and other superb amenities, restaurants and retail. Inviting, colorful, well-landscaped lot perfectly compliments the spacious Ohana and Guest Houses. Large accommodations were more than enough to make our stay relaxing and very comfortable. Definite plusses were the pool, spa and patio layouts where we spent lots of time especially during when watching the gorgeous sunsets. Very little need for maintenance/cleaning…overall staff was responsive to almost all requests. Suggestion is to repair inoperative patio appliance and remove or update older BBQ grills on big house patio for optimal enjoyment.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The property was perfect for us. We enjoyed to pool and easy access to the beach. The property management was responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend the property.

Overall this is a fantastic home. Our group of 12 (including kids) had plenty of space across the 6 bedrooms. Every room was great with an en-suite bathroom. We loved the pool, hot tub, view, and walking distance to the beach. A few frustrating things: 1. We didn't get any check-in instructions, so after calling the management company they said we didn't need keys, codes or anything. The house is unlocked and ready for us. 20 minutes later we pulled up and found that we didn't have the codes for two separate gates preventing us from entering. That was easy to solve with another phone call, but not a great experience to start. 2. The listing says you get access to the amenities at the Marriott next door. That's not true. Turns out it's just for the Hilton, which is about a mile away. The Hilton is a great property, but our kids were excited about the Marriott that we'd stayed at before. 100 yards away is so much better than having to get in the car and drive a mile. 3. We were excited about the piano shown in the listing as many of us play and it's hard to find a vacation rental that has one. Unfortunately it's broken and when we pointed that out the owners said it's just for decoration and not meant to be played. I just wish they had disclosed that. For the amount they charged, the listing should have more details and make sure that nothing is broken. We also highly recommend renting toys, pack and plays, etc through the concierge. It made for a great trip! Overall it's an incredible house in a great neighborhood. The beach you can walk to is in a very calm bay so it's perfect for little kids. We'd definitely book the house again.
