Absolutely fantastic property. Faithful in all respects to the website photos and amenity list, unbeatable location (literally feet from the beach), great pool and a seamless check-in process. We have stayed at several comparable properties in the Destin area - this was, by far, the best rental experience we have had.

We had a great stay with our group of 20. Property management was quick to take care of us when needed which was just for changing batteries on the pool alarms and a mid-week pool cleaning. House is even closer to the beach than we thought.

The house was very nice and the kitchen well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot of. The pool was smaller than I thought it would be from the pictures but it was clean and we enjoyed it. Over all I would recommend. The living space was great for our family and the large table was great for meals and games. We really enjoyed the golf cart and that the walk to the beach was so close. Management company was the best!! Thanks for a great vacation!

Weather was great and the place had everything we needed. Had 24 in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was great and the kids all loved the outdoor games provided

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin! The property was just as described and such a beautiful home with everything we could possibly need. Owner was quick to answer any questions and made sure every detail was as described and that we were taken care of. The pool and golf cart were an added bonus! Beach was a 2 minute walk which we loved. We will definitely stay again the next time we come! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a combination of 3 families reside in the house. We had so much space and had the best time. The weather was terrible our entire stay but all the amenities made the stay great. The house had everything we needed from the griddle to the kitchen mixer. They staff was so professional and easily accessible; anytime we needed them they were there. I would rent this house again and again! I would give 10 stars if I could. The property was clean, updated, and ready for us to enjoy. If I had to give 1 neg flaw, I would say a bigger TV is needed in the family room.

the property was great for our large family ages from two to sixty seven. the property had everything we needed to cook our family traditions. separate homes were very useful for sleeping babies and adults who want quiet time too

Had a great time in it. We loved the easy access to the beach,. Restaurants & stores. The beach was definitely our favorite place!! The golf cart was very handy to drive for ice cream, haul things to the beach, etc.

This house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space for 10 adults and 7 kids. The house was stocked with everything we would need, pool was great, beds were comfortable, and location to the beach was the biggest plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location - for a family who enjoys the beach this property is a winner. We had an absolute blast at this property. Had the whole family with room to spare. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved this house! It was clean, updated, and very spacious. We had 5 families together and never once felt like we were on top of each other. Although we do wish that all families could’ve stayed in the main home. But we knew this coming so it worked the way we had planned. We had children ranging from age 3 to 15 and the kids all had a blast. We do wish the pool was bigger but the plunge pools seem to be common for beach rentals in Destin. Next time we all travel together we will probably look for a home big enough to accommodate all families in one house but I will highly recommend to others that are looking for a rental and wanting extra privacy for a family or two that are joining them on their vacation.
The host was amazing and very quick to respond when we had questions. This didn’t change from the day we booked all the way to the day we checked out. Thanks a bunch and we really really enjoyed staying in your home.

LOVED Crystal Mansion
We (11 of us) had a wonderful week at Crystal Mansion! It had everything we needed plus more. Sugar Palms property management was great. Best location for easy/quick beach access. Loved the Beach Service! Beautiful home and very clean! Loved it all!

They were easy to work with and accurate in property presentation.
We enjoyed the house that accommodated our large family's needs. It is close to the beach and shopping. The children and adults enjoyed the back yard activities like swimming in the pool, and playing basketball. They responded to our one concern immediately.

Fantastic property for our family vacation
Our large family of 21 … 9 adults and 12 kids stayed here at crystal manor. It was close to beach and the beach was perfect and having the umbrellas and chairs was fantastic. We did rent more for our large group but it was so worth it! The house was so clean and big enough for us all to gather and enjoy food, fun and each other. Plenty of room for each family to have privacy if they wanted also. Hopefully we will be back soon! Thank you to the sugar palm property for checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed.

Two houses in one!
Ideal home for a large family with teens. Everyone had their own space but still could commune in areas when we wanted to be all together. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect Group Vacation!
We traveled to Destin for a week with a group of 14, age ranges 7-70, and everyone had a wonderful experience. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. It was exactly as advertised. The property managers were extremely responsive to the few requests we did have. We would gladly book this house and use Sugar Palm Rentals again.

Nice house, golf cart was hard to drive
We loved the house and space. The pool was smaller than pictured, golf cart hard to steer and battery ran low quickly, and no common area bathroom other than everyone's personal bath. Other than those minor things, we loved the house, location, and the communication was great with the property manager.

Perfect location
This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and come together. Only 6 houses from the beach and the free chair and umbrella rental was great. Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Close to restaurants, stores, and activities. Small issue with trash pick up and wifi connectivity in upstairs bedrooms, but would definitely recommend this property.

Fun Staycation
After a initial communication hiccup with the property manager regarding the golf cart access, they were very responsive and immediately addressed beeping/dying batteries in two pool alarms. This property was perfect for our group of locals. Close to the beach with chairs/umbrella. It was great to just walk down and enjoy it.

Property was as described and very comfortable, not hotel furniture. Beds and linens great. Had every kitchen appliance you could imagine. TVs/cable worked great. Possibly could use a few more towels per bedroom but we were able to wash and it was fine. Couldn't find any extra blankets, but we just like the 'weight' of comforters and having something over us while watching tv, etc. so not really an issue. Apparently a storm tripped the breaker for the porch outlet and golf cart not charged. Contacted # on side of golf cart as directed and they walked me through troubleshooting, very kind and patient. Then contacted property managers who immediately called owners who called and had it corrected in under an hour, wow. That was service. They were incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood great. Could see the ocean from upper balcony and was less than a 5 minute walk straight to the beach, super close. We were lucky enough to see a wedding! Able to ride golf cart to grocery store, restaurants and strip malls nearby. Very enjoyable experience.

Crystal Mansion Review
This property was very clean and roomy. My family enjoyed the golf cart- it made a big difference going to the beach! The house is well equipped in the kitchen. We ate most of our meals there because the restaurants had such a long wait. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing that could have been better was the swimming pool- it was too small for our large family. However, we still loved the trip!

Great house in Great location!
Everyone in the group (15 total) loved the house, the location and all the fun stuff it came with. The walk to the beach is short, the golf cart makes for easy transport of all beach gear and the umbrella and chairs are a great bonus! The house was clean and ready upon checkin. The 2 issues we had were immediately address- within 15 minutes someone was at the house to fix the air conditioner when on the second day it wasn’t as cool as we would like and within 2 hours someone was there to fix the golf cart not holding charge. The house manager checked in regularly which is so nice! We loved this place, the little neighborhood area it’s in and plan to come back next year!!
