We loved our week at this property. It is well appointed and very clean. It’s situated with a beautiful, serene view out the back. And the back porch was definitely our favorite spot. We ate almost all our meals there . We rented bikes and loved exploring the island that way. My only disappointment was the distance from beach entry locations. We had an infant with us so driving 8 minutes each time we wanted to get to the beach path was hard for us. But I also realize that with the exception of oceanfront homes, most of the houses on the island require a ‘trip’ to the beach. I think that part would be easier without younger children. The property manager was extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again.

We loved our stay

We loved our stay here! Our biggest wish was that there was more outdoor lounging chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the great room was a great hangout for all 9 of us. The upstairs bedroom was a little stuffy and the bathroom a bit mildew smelling, but overall the accomodations were great and we loved our time. The owners were very responsive to our questions before our trip. If you go, rent bikes to ride to the beach as parking is not so great at the beach.

We had a great time. The home and location were great. The open floor plan was perfect for playing games and having meals. The sun room was perfect for reading and napping. We had a great time. Thank you for everything.

Place was as described. Clean and easily accommodates 10 guest. The sunroom is a good addition to spend time together. Both days we had deer visit which was a surprise.

This trip was about being with family. This home provided us ample space for everyone (10 of us - 2 high school age kids, 2 college age kids, 2 sets of parents & 1 set of grandparents) to be together in a comfortable and beautiful home. This home was better than expected. The photos really don't do it justice. It was completely stocked with anything we'd need, even for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The home was very clean and up to date. There was ample parking in the driveway for our 3 SUVs. Even though the weather was cool, we enjoyed walking & riding bikes around the gated Seabrook Island community, as well as taking a brief trip to the beach. We loved the tranquility of Seabrook Island. I would rent this home again!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for a week in November and it was absolutely everything and more than advertised. The owners have been very meticulous about furnishings and accomodations and we could have not been more pleased. The house is spacious, wonderfully decorated and can accomodate a large number of people. The setting is really lovely and we so enjoyed seeing the deer almost every evening. We actually saw an albino fawn during our visit and were amazed. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to rent in the Seabrook Island area. Great owners!!!
