Beautiful condo, roomy living area, comfortable bed, fabulous view, chairs and umbrella included, easy access to beach, just perfect! Note: There are stairs to the third floor - no elevator - but the climb is not difficult for most. Would definitely recommend!

Overall its a great location. The beach is a short walk away. The actual building itself though is older and needs an update.
The inside of the condo was nice and clean though. While we were there the majority of the structure was being held up by metal poles on each floor. Made it seem a little uneasy. Also there is no elevator so it can be a haul to get your things upstairs.

We had a wonderful time at Island Sands. Love the location and being right on the beach. It’s not as crowded as Destin, but close enough to go there when we wanted. The condo was very clean and decorated really cute. I would definitely stay here again.!

This is the nicest, cleanest, well stocked VRBO the wife and I have ever stayed in. Close to the beach, not crowded, beach service included. Will stay here again, even on the 3rd floor. Only knock is parking spaces are really small for a larger vehicle. (Ford F-150) 10/10.

My husband and I loved our stay in this lovely condo. The Gulf view from the balcony was amazing and the unit itself was so cozy, clean and comfortable. We hated to say goodbye and hope to book another stay in the future!

We stayed at this complex due to a pleasurable stay two years ago. As I thumbed thru the guest book, I found my text from two years ago. We stayed in same unit and didnt realize it! Still just as nice. Perfect for a getaway for two. Nothing negative about the stay at all.

This top floor unit has a spectacular view of the sugar white sandy beach and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Decor was perfect for the beach environment. We have stayed in this specific unit previously and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend this unit, manager and small complex. You won't be disappointed.

Hubs and I came to just chill for a week, nothing planned. Condo is in a safe area with a beautiful beach front balcony. We spent evenings sitting outside listening to the waves. Property managers were quick to respond to anything we needed. Location is close to restaurants and a short drive to Destin. Perfect for a couple or small family.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary. It was adorable with lots of attention to detail. Little things like a laundry basket and hooks on the doors were appreciated. The condo is spacious-larger than the pictures show. It was a low key condo with easy access to beach. There was a wonderfully stocked kitchen with lots of extras you don't usually find in a condo. Will definitely be staying again!

They are both fabulous! The views are incredible from the balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable.

This is a quiet property with excellent access to the beach. Convenient clean up when coming back from the beach with outdoor shower and facilities too. Proximity to good restaurants and the inevitable t-shirt shop also good. Very clean and nice bedding. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd time at Island Sands complex. Can’t beat the views and ease of access to the beach. This unit was perfect. It is actually better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfy, and the unit super clean. We loved the new balcony, too. We will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend here! Everything was beautiful. The condo was fully stocked with anything you were to need. The balconies were still out for our trip, but Sarah was very transparent about that and let me know as soon as she knew! I will definitely be back!!

We had a great time staying here! Sarah was very easy to communicate with. Very clean! Had everything we needed for our stay. Close drive to restaurants etc! Right on the beach which we loved. Overall , loved the location right on the beach with beach service in season. Because it’s a smaller property, it lent itself to a very relaxing break from life’s stresses. There’s not much you can walk to but if you have a car, there’s grocers and restaurants a short drive away. There were a couple things the unit could improve on (slow wifi, shower hot water, and other minor issues) but overall I’d recommend this unit and I’d go back.
