Euniz is incredibly kind and always quick to respond with whatever you need. The property is in an amazing location, convenient to everything and so very relaxing. I cant say enough about how kind and gracious and accommodating our host was. It made our stay that much more relaxing. Will be staying and again and do recommend for families, couples or anyone wanting to get away.

We found this condo to be super clean and nicely arranged. The beds were super comfortable given they have a foam add on that really helped with the comfort. I highly recommend this ocean villa.

This is such a fantastic property! By the pools, easy access to the beach and right by the parking spot. All new kitchen wares and appliances! Enough toilet paper for the week and coffee for the first day. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!!! An absolutely perfect location on the property and in Rio Grande.

Euniz was delightful to work with; the property was exactly as described. We will stay here again should our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico. Enjoy!

This complex provides the space and privacy of a condo with access to the amenties of a full service resort including two beach bars and two golf courses. It's the best of both worlds. The location of the unit is very appealing as it is just a few steps away from the beautiful pool. The unit was fully outfitted with everthing we needed. And the owner was very helpful and accessible during our stay. There are grocery stores within a short drive as well as lots of great activities - boating, exploring El Yunque, public beaches, etc. Also, plenty to do within the complex and the pools and facilities are great. This is our third trip with the Wyndham Rio Mar.

Great location. The pictures are accurate. You are one level up overlooking the three pools (actually a fourth small one), and the beach is right behind that. You could be from your room to the pool in under a minute. Wyndham is about a five minute walk away; exit through the front and then take the trail in the back.. You have a full kitchen and laundry area. Everything was great for us. Good Security too. Loved it.

Great location to visit El Yunque and Luquillo. Pool and beach are easy to access. Only downside is the kitchen, if you plan to cook, the pans are old, no spices, no oil, old kitchen set. Outside of that, everything was great!

Place was wonderful! Beach was amazing! Will definitely return! Will also tell our friends about this place. Upon arrival the owner texted us activities and restaurants. These really helped enhance our vacation! Thank you!!! I think I had the best breakfast of my life at Ekelekua and best birthday dinner ever at La Parrilla! The other 2 restaurants recommended were also fabulous. Also did the East Island Excursion snorkeling at Culebra. Kids and wife absolutely loved it! ATV Hacienda Carabali was a blast! Loved the hiking at El Yunque rain forest. Old San Juan was great to visit for the day. This place is paradise!

Great apartment, unbeatable view! They left us a bottle of bubbly, which was a nice touch. We had 5 people so we used the pull-out couch, it has an air mattress topper and was comfortable. Check in/out was easy, great location for proximity to other activities - would absolutely stay again!

This is a beautifully updated condo. It’s very spacious with a large living room and large bedroom. And, the oceanfront view from the patio is perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like about this stay was having to leave. The view is great. The porch is heavenly and everything in the property was immaculate. We were stamps from the pool and could see the ocean from every window and porch. Great breezes and wonderful atmosphere. Really great food within walking distance and the pool wasn’t crowded at all. We spoke to the property manager and she arranged us to have some basic necessities (i.e. water bread eggs etc) to be in the refrigerator when we arrived. After 2 flight cancellations and 3 reroutings to get there it was nice to walk into a space that was ready for us. No problems at all and I will definitely be back.

We loved this location. Such a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balconies. The beds were comfortable and the property met our needs. The kitchen is on the small side but it served the purpose for us. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived but the property manager got it fixed for us within 12 hours of us raising the issue, so that was great. Thank you!

Great location! Close to San Juan, the rain forest and Fajardo. The beach and pool are as close as you can get. The outdoor dining and bars at the Wyndham are a three minute walk (including 5 O’clock somewhere). The unit is clean with a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. This VRBO worked well for our family of five.

What a treat it was to enjoy PR for the first time with my daughter and 2 other friends! The location was superb and kids LOVED the infinity pool!! We had fun at 5 o’clock somewhere Bar and El Yunque exploration was a real highlight too. Thank you so much!

The place is more beautiful than the pictures! We loved it. It’s so relaxing to have a view of the ocean from both balconies. The beach is very private too, only a few families on the beach. There’s a lot to do in the area, make sure you rent a car. We enjoyed so many activities including a tour of San Juan, the rainforest, snorkeling to a private island and the bio bay. We’d definitely stay here again! Thanks Euniz for such a wonderful week!

It was so wonderful to relax here for our honeymoon! So close to the beach, many places to swim, comfortable, and beautiful!

Let me start off by saying that they have agreed to make things right and were extremely responsive....We arrived being told that everything was up and running except the pool which was at 75%. We were not told that because of COVID we were not able to eat at any of the restaurants on property. We also weren’t allowed to golf and the pool closed at 7. We were told that we could eat at the bar outside by the pool only to literally get kicked out when we sat down. They said that because COVID since we weren’t staying right at the Wyndham or Margaritaville that they could only serve us Sunday through Thursday. Needless to say if we would have known all this, we would have stayed somewhere different. It rained most of our trip so it would have been nice to have some things on property to do and eat at. We were very disappointed.

My husband and I chose Rio Grande for its quiet and peaceful environment away from the big tourist scene of San Juan. This area is enough to close to San Juan and airport to taxi from but far enough that it feels less touristy. Ocean Villa in particular was so quiet and peaceful. We were mostly the only ones in the pool area or in a select are of the beach. The beach is just steps from the villa right Beyond the pool just like the pictures. It felt exclusive. We were just walking distance from the RIo Mar which was much more crowded. We were happy to walk there for amenities such as casino, bar, tour booking info and taxies and happy to walk back to the villa oasis afterwards. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. It included beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen, Netflix, two super comfortable queen beds and two balconies that Face the pool and ocean. The couch on the balcony was so comfy to nap in or read or meditate. Overall we were so pleased. Euniz was very available and helpful and kind. We will either be coming back this exact villa or recommending it to family and friends. Comment on safety: all workers are very good about wearing masks properly. Tourists at the big hotel all required to wear masks and security helped people oblige. No masks needed in pool if you are social distanced. There wasn’t many people at the villa so we didn’t need masks, only at the hotel, in taxis and traveling for tours. Even people in Luquillo kiosks wore masks outside and socially distanced in restaurants. Overall the environment was very adapted to COVID and felt very safe. Puerto Rico takes safety seriously and to enter any restaurant they take your temp and hand sanitize. Comment on travel: you must uber or taxi from airport to rio grande. I recommend taxi so you can call them for your return to airport. No Uber’s are available in the area for quick travel Or return travel, only taxis and they are expensive. Just to go down the hill and down the street ~1-2 miles to Luqillo beach was $40 round trip. You have to call the big hotel to arrange , then Walk there and sometimes they secure a taxi within 15 min and sometimes they accidentally forget and you have to ask again. Overall SUPER HAPPY with this stay. We would do it again!!

Amazing- perfect! Clean and comfortable. Had the beautiful beach (1 minute from villa and amazing to swim in- perfect) and the pools were beautiful and perfectly maintained. Staff was all excellent. My husband and I- with our 18 year old daughter stayed here at it was 100% perfect.
