Every year our family try to plan a getaway around this time of year to do something non traditional. We decided to do a villa in North Myrtle Beach this year and I tell you.......we were not disappointed. From start to finish the communication with the owner and staff was a A+ service. We have high standards, and the majority of the time when we go on our vacations we still bring our cleaning supplies because some places don't usually clean up to our standards, but the cleaning crew that prepped our unit did an emaculant job. Highly impressed and very satisfactory. As far as space goes, more than enough space for everyone with room to spare. Great view and perfect weather for the weekend again another A+ grade. Hopefully the family will decide on this place again for next year or at least give me the vote. Thank you again Mr. Carlisle and staff for a wonderful weekend.

Location is close to North MB and southern North Carolina golf courses. Also only across the street from the beach!!! Many restaurants nearby. 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms makes this a wonderful place for that double foursome of golf. Lots of space to enjoy a game on the TV or cards at that tables. Kitchen has plenty of space for all. Would definitely stay here again

This is a truly awesome place to stay with a large group. Will rent again!

The pictures do not do this condo justice!! It was super nice and clean, with a very well stocked kitchen & eating space for our large group. Great gathering room & game room & nice beds too. The only downside is for a big group there is not enough parking in the parking garage, but the overflow parking wasn't too inconvenient. Just bring extra towels & washcloths. Would love to go back to this condo again!!

We had our family (16) stay for a reunion recently. I choose the rental for it's spaciousness and proximity to the beach, and it did not disappoint in those regards. The unit is dated with it's furnishings (The tiki grass upstairs is just tacky), and the rug in the living room needs to go. It is dirty. Our feet were very dirty after walking around the unit for a couple of hours. I tried vacuuming that rug, but, it was impossible, so I doubt the cleaning staff is. The 2 refrigerators was a helpful plus, didn't think we would use them, but, we certainly did. The property amenities were disappointing. We knew the pool was small, but, 5 people in it at once makes it crowded. And the pool is in much need of maintenance. It needs painting and chalking. It appears they just are putting a coat of sand mix paint on it every so often, to the point it is very rough on your feet. And green algae is present all around the pool on the tiles. None of us used the hot tub, The cleanliness of that was also not adequate. The garbage dumpsters are not adequate for the size of the complex. The were disgusting Garbage all around them, and the flies!! We did make use of the BBQ grills, and the owner quickly responded to my request for the code to access additional propane tanks. Overall, our family had a wonderful time, I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a spacious unit where a large family can stay and not be on top of each other.

We had a great time having our family reunion at this property. The owner was very communicative and his sister was gracious and generous. We had plenty of room and felt this property was ideally located. The walk to the beach took just under five minutes and there was plenty of restaurants and amusements within a short drive. The home was very comfortably furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The upstairs area was a great place for playing games and downstairs was perfect for watching movies together. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for plenty of bedrooms and furnishings to please a wide range of ages. Our group ranged from 4 - 77.

We were looking for a that would allow four families to sleep and easily access the beach. This place was perfect. Each of the four families had two bedrooms, so plenty of space. The beach was just across the street so everyone could move back and forth with ease.

Bigger than what we thought and great location

The unit was large and clean. It is a very short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were so blessed by this condo. It was go beautiful, well-kept and clean. The accommodations are perfect for a large family and/or group. It is just a short walk across the street from the beach and even those in our group with disabilities were able to leave the short walk. The beach is beautiful in that area and was not crowded. Our hosts made sure we knew they were available, if we had any issues - which we did not have a one! I would highly recommend!!!

Loved the condo! It was perfect for a group of 8 golfers who?want their own room. It can easily accommodate more but is was exactly what we were needed. When I had a question about the unit the host, Tim always replied very quickly which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this unit!

We had an awesome time

9 friends from ages 26 to 73 stayed for 5 nights. We palyed golf and just hung at condo. Good experience. Clean and updated. I would recomend.

Owner was very responsive to our requests and did his best to ensure we had everything we needed

This unit was not what I expected for what we paid. My family and I spent our Christmas holiday there. When we arrived, we had to wash the sheets because we found a pair of earrings in one of the beds. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was covered with mildew and dirt. There was trash underneath the sofa, dust covered every ceiling fan in the house, and someone else’s socks were left in the drawer of one of the upstairs bedrooms. It was obvious the unit hadn’t been cleaned well. We called the property manager who apologized and complained about how much money he paid the people to clean, but he offered no help. So, we simply cleaned the unit, washed the sheets and made the best of it. On our next to last morning, my neice and nephew woke with bite marks up and down their backs. We immediately thought it was bed bugs and called the property manager. When he told us no one could get out there until the next day, we decided to leave early rather than take a chance of returning home with bed bugs. When I called the next day to see what was found, he complained that we’d cost him lots of money because Terminix had to come out there and they found nothing. I suppose Terminix doesn’t know bedbugs only come out at night unless there is an infestation and they can’t hide. Apparently someone left food in the microwave, and food wasted in the stove. So the property manager complained that he has to pay to get the unit Sounds like the unit isn’t professionally cleaned to start with. He refused to refund us anything other than the one night we didn’t stay despite us having to clean his unit when we got there. DON’T STAY HERE unless you want to start your vacation cleaning someone else’s home, leave bitten by bedbugs and complained to by the property manager that your complaints cost him too much money. This was the first and last time we will ever stay at this property or work with this property manager again.

It was everything we needed, space and the layout was perfect for everyone to be in one area at a time. We loved it and will be back.

Beautiful house it's has plenty of room, its was right on the beach. the park lot was little tight but everything else was good

A group of 10 golfers stayed at this property for 5 nights. We have been going on annual golf trips for nearly 15 years across different areas of the country. This was a great property - ample beds and bathrooms for up to 12. Great location. Very spacious. Great kitchen area for us to cook and congregate in.

Excellent rental, great communication with owner, well decorated, kitchen is stocked and games galore. Family loved this rental! Well laid out for a large group.

The property was AMAZING. We had 13 people in our group. The villa was so spacious we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It was convenient to everything. One of the best vacations we had. We would definitely rebook this property.

The villa was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. Directly across the street from the beach and just a few blocks off the main road that had EVERYTHING. The area was nice enough for a young woman to run alone in the morning without feeling anxious. The villa was equipped with everything that we needed throughout the week (coolers, toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs, cards & games etc). The host was great to deal with.

Communication with owner was excellent. He returned email/ text immediate . Enjoyed talking to him!

Family and Friends went it together to rent this 8 bedroom home. It was very spacious and had plenty room to be together or apart. Close to beach. Pool and jacuzzi on property. Had an issue with microwave. Had a loaner within a couple hours until someone could come to fix other. II give this a 10 on recommendations

This home was beautiful, close to the beach, and a few miles from local attractions. Property owner was very nice!

This townhouse is great. We had 14 grown women celebrating a special birthday and it was perfect. Plenty of room. Elevator for the condos is broken down a lot and the pool is small but the town house is a good size for a large group. Highly recommend this place. The owner was great to work with especially if you have any issues with VRBO. He handled things efficiently and quickly. Enjoy the area, so much fun! Thank you.

Everything was perfect

Tim was a great host! The property was clean, everything was in working condition, plenty of utensils and a short walk to the beach!

This is the 2nd year that we have booked this property for our annual golf trip. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Very nice property.

Stayed here with a group of guys for a golf trip this past week we were looking for a nice clean place in a good location at a reasonable rate. This property delivered it all. The place was clean, place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and they had every thing we needed. Suzanne and Tim were great communicators throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Check in and check out was touch less and seamless. I highly recommend this property, we will be back.
