The property was amazing! We found it clean, the kitchen is well stocked, upper end appliances, layout is great and the location to the beach and shopping is unbeatable. We will be back!

We stayed here last week and had the best time. Location was great. The condo was beautiful. The balcony was awesome. Everything so so comfortable. Would not change one thing about this place. We lacked for nothing. Proximity to ocean was great and we enjoyed the pool too. We brought our bikes and you could bike safely everywhere. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I really wanted to like this property - but we had too many issues for me to leave it a stellar review. Here are the main problems: We have come to 30A for many years and stayed mostly in Seagrove and Blue Mountain/Dune Allen. This was our first year this far east closer to Panama City. This was one of the Worst beaches we have ever been to. Not because of the beach itself, but how the crowds of people were managed. This condo shares beach access with the huge Seacrest community across the street. There is constant traffic past the balcony to get to the beach. The beach is incredibly crowded because they force guests who have brought their own beach equipment into a 30 yard wide bit of frontage which hugely overcrowds a very small area. You either have to rent chairs from the companies that have sandwiched you in to get relief (an extra $200 a day) - or just deal with it. Despite this, we had a great time because the water was beautiful, but it HEAVILY dampened our trip. We had to be out before 6AM to get a spot at the front and people were incredibly aggressive in trying to squeeze into spots that did not exist. If you are coming to enjoy the beach, go somewhere else. You won't like it there. The unit itself also had issues. The toaster didn't work at all, the wifi was also virtually non functional and really effected our ability to keep an eye on our business while away. We had to go to the coffee shop to get reliable wifi. There were also ants in the master bathroom.

Several years ago, we stayed at Cousin’s Cabana during our first trip to A30. We loved it so much it was the vacation to which all others were compared! This year’s stay was as lovely as the first. We’re already planning our third stay at Cousin’s Cabana and are very much looking forward to it!

Great condo! Fantastic location on 30A - close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and well appointed.

My husband and I stayed here with my 19 yr old son & his friend, and my 17 yr old daughter and 18 yr old niece. The accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us. I think it would be great with younger kids too. The location is fabulous -- with an easy walk or bike ride to Alys or Rosemary or down to the Chill (formerly The Hub). We've been coming to Rosemary for July 4th for 8+ years but this was our first time in the Villas. We absolutely loved being in this unit right on the beach. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view over coffee in the morning or over drinks in the evening. The one issue would be internet connectivity -- we had to leave the property a number of times for work calls to ensure we wouldn't be dropped or disconnected.

Condo was top-notch. Probably the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in. Walking through the cramped public area was somewhat uncomfortable & a bit of an eyesore. When you pay the cost for the rental chairs/umbrellas the beach experience should be more pleasant, I think.

As advertised, very comfortable and great views. However, too many people from other areas using the boardwalk and beach. Over crowded for the allowed beach area. Fun time otherwise. Great convenient location.
