The location of this place is fantastic and the pool was great for my littles. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Hawaii. The only struggle was it got bright in the house at 5:30 am so my kids were up very early because there is no way to keep the light out of the upstairs or the bedroom

The location was great. The condo was only a 5 min walk to several beautiful beaches, different restaurants and central location which made sightseeing throughout the island easy and enjoyable. We also used the pool and Hot tub everyday. We would rent this unit again.

We had an absolute great time at Arlie's place. Location is great to lots of good food and right across from Kam 1 beach. Kids loved being able to use the boogie boards and adults loved the Tommy bahama chairs available to take down to the beach. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We were a group of 8 family 4 plus two set of grandparents and there was enough space for everyone.
We enjoyed being able to cook some meals in as well as eat out on many of the restaurants within walking distance.
We spent a lot of time at Kamaole Beach 1 which was a short walk ( even for littles) and prefect for snorkeling, swimming and using boogie boards.
We appreciated the using the beach supplies provided ( beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards).
The lanai was large and offered ocean views and we could see whale slashes :)

Pros: A great overall choice. Central location. Large condo. Literally everything you need. Some household items provided that u wouldn't expect. Many thoughtful ideas and we felt at home there. Can't hear neighbors. Cons: Some things need updating windows etc. master room slider would not lock. Could use a deep cleaning after each guest. Ex. Under bed behind dressers. Would we stay again? Absolutely

The space is perfect for a family. We had 7 people in our party and the condo was roomy enough for all of us. We loved that there were beach toys and boogie boards. Definitely would book again!

Nice place, nice view, near the ocean, comfortable beds, nice pickle ball court, everything you need to play and board games, beach stuff like snorkels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs and even a cooler. It had everything i needed this trip, even a needle and thread. Host is always easily accessible and accommodating.

This is as good as it gets. Our family of 6 (adult parents and children/spouses - all from GEORGIA :) ) stayed here in June. The location is perfect and truly has an amazing view from the deck. The beach across the road is great, we even got to swim with Sea Turtles that were feeding. Great convenience to stores/groceries and truly a peaceful, well kept complex. There was plenty of room and comfort for our family and a very well equipped kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. This deserves the 5 star rating. Grateful this property is available to share with us!

This was a perfect spot in Kihei. Easy to walk down to the beach and there are plenty of yummy food options nearby!

Our twins graduated from college and we stayed in the condo for 14 days with our 5 adult children and really enjoyed it. The condo is stocked with everything you might need!! It is in walking distance to the beach and lots of dining and grocery options. Parking is easy, the condo is right off the elevator which is nice for groceries. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and pickle ball racquets that was a great plus. The pool and spa is nice also. The view is beautiful from the 4th floor, we really enjoyed our stay and will be renting again. Great condo for large families like ours.

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. Lots of room, good size kitchen, great lani. Loved that there was beach chairs for everyone, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. There was even paddles for the pickleball court.

We loved our stay at this property. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We loved being able to make our own food and eat on the lanai. The location (and views) were fabulous. the property is as described. We had great communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

The condo exceeded our expectations. The space was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandma. The location was close to everything we needed for food, shopping and entertainment. Well stocked kitchen and tons of beach supplies. Kids loved the Boogie boards! Adults loved coffee and drinks on the deck. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Arlie and Gail’s condo in Kihei! It was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of bedding, plenty of kitchen pots and pans etc, lots of beach towels and beach chairs, etc. The bbq area by the pool was great and there were plenty of bbq utensils in the condo.
Communication prior to our stay was excellent - Arlie even gave us advice on birthday dinner places and answered any questions we had. The walk to the beach was a breeze and there is a huge ABC store nearby with about everything you would need. The closeness to the elevator was also nice - making it super easy to get to and from the parking lot. Would definitely stay again!

We each enjoyed our own room, and stayed cool and comfortable while we were not out soaking up the Maui heat. The condo was quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room for a large group. The views from each balcony were so wonderful to wake up and look out at the island and ocean. Parking was easy and convenient, and with a small child in tow, the elevator was an added bonus. I could not be more pleased with our stay.

This place was perfect for my friends and our kids. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed to cook. There was plenty of towels and a cooler for us to use. We loved how close the beach was.

We enjoyed our stay here but have only one complaint. The balcony floor was so dirty that it made the bottoms of our feet black. The rest of the floors got dirty from us walking in and out without knowing why in the beginning. Other than that the condo has everything you need to cook a meal and have a cup of coffee to enjoy on the balcony. Pool was kept clean along with the BBQ area. Nice short walk to the beach with shops and restaurants very close by. We played pickle ball for the first time which was a lot of fun but too hot! Wish the area had some shade.

Clean large condo perfect for our group of 6. Close to beaches and shopping. This condo has the benefit of an elevator nearby and parking too. Everyone had there own space. The upper loft has 2 large beds with a surfer vibe decor which our teen grandaughters loved . Great sized patio and view and 4 peached face lovebirds visited every morning in the palm tree! We all would love to come back next year! Mahalo.

It was a great condo and I liked that each bedroom including the loft had AC. We had a number of humid days during our stay so the AC was much appreciated. This property was conveniently located HOWEVER upon arrival noticed the lanai doors don’t lock at all, they were broken. Safety issue because someone next door could still climb over and access the property. Reviewed rules and noticed we had to wash everything ourselves (linen, sheets). The owners charge so much to stay at this property, you would think they’d spend $5-10 to update their pillows. My father said the pillows smelled horrid and slept with a towel (from from home) over it instead. We wouldn’t even have seen how nasty the pillows were, but they want you to wash everything upon departure. They claim there’s cleaners that come in prior to our check in. But when I arrived. Dirty drinking glasses were on the counter. Paper towel tossed on the floors and the floors were disgusting. If you wore white socks or walked barefoot, you’ll know. Their lights are very dim so you can’t tell how dirty the place is. Dishes were put back dirty. The ACs didn’t cook the condo! It was very hot downstairs. I think because the owners don’t live in Hawaii and are from Canada, they don’t know how horrible their property is in need of refreshening. Their property manager is definitely not hiring the right people to clean. With us being in a pandemic for almost 2 years, I’d expect a little better in cleanliness!
