The view is beautiful, first floor and a huge balcony. Quick access to pool and beach by stairs if you want to skip the elevator and lobby. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool slide and the water squirting fish and alligator. Close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, attractions. The owner is wonderful and she responded promptly to questions and the email she sent allowed a seamless access to the condominium. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Hope to stay again. We were there over Labor Day weekend and it was very quiet. Also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up which was set up daily during our stay.

This Condo was wonderful, very comfortable for 6 people. Great location on the first floor so very easy to use stairs. Gulfgate was very nice, pool and location in Destin was easy to get to. We were here for a wedding at Gulfgate and everything was so beautiful.

We have vacationed in Destin for years and this was by far our favorite space yet! You can’t beat the view and it’s an easy walk to the pool and beach!

This was a very comforting condo. The view was great! We throughly enjoy our stay.

Location was amazing, very clean, no trash or ciggerate buds all over the place. Condo itself was extremely clean and very nice. I would definitely suggest child safety locks for the cabinets that have chemicals etc. Toddlers tend to get into everything but other then that I would def rent this condo again. Jeffrey the owner was amazing!!

We have stayed at Gulfgate before and love the location! We chose 105 this year and were impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and little extras the condo had. The owner was quick to reach out on arrival day to see if we had all of our needs met and worked with housekeeping to get us in the room sooner! The unit was as listed, beautiful and clean! Location was perfect allowed us to make quick trips from beach to condo for forgotten items! Very pleased with 105 and will rent again!!

From the moment I reserved until I checked out it was a positive experience. Jeffry was Johnny on the spot when I had a question about the tv. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was AMAZING and the location couldn’t have been any better. You won’t regret renting this place!

The property is very clean and welcoming! Jeffry the property manager is amazing and reccomend using him for renting! Everyone was very accommodating at the condominium! Views are amazing! Beds sleep well and plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children!

We had a great stay in our condo. The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It had everything you needed. The wet bar was nice to make your cocktails. The view was breathtaking, and it was so easy to get to the beach or pool. We had a set of stairs near our front door. We never had to use the elevator. Our host Jeffrey Armstrong was easy to contact if you have any questions. I asked if there was a cooler since we were flying, and he said he would try and get us one. When we checked in, there was a cooler! Book this condo, you won’t regret it

The daily view was second to none. The first floor unit was so convenient for trips to and from the beach, pool and workout room, which also had a great view and was well stocked and spotless. We especially loved being able to walk from the beach to a local eatery, The Back Porch. The food was great and the buckets of drinks even better. One of our favorite places to eat was McGuires Irish Pub. Such a fun atmosphere and store. The 1.5 hr wait was so worth the food. We saw dolphins frolicking off our deck daily. I would make sure you bring your favorite pantry items, hand soap (wrapped hotel soaps were provided) and cleaning rags. There were plenty of sand toys but some of the other beach/pool items could be updated or replaced from what is listed in the condo binder. Places we visited included the fishing pier, harbor boardwalk (not much there, but fun to see all the boats and fish), Margaritaville had bad service and mediocre food and drinks. We should have followed the owner’s recommendation and went to Harry T’s. Uncle Bucks fishbowl was a 3 hr wait and not the aquarium experience we expected, (we did not wait), Fudpuckers was neat to walk through but get there early it filled up fast. We also met up with friends and rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon. It was the perfect day and honestly cheaper than taking a family of 5 anywhere else. We had a couple of chilly days but the heated pool was fantastic. Everyone working on the property was very accommodating and nice to be around. It’s a very clean beach, the sand was amazing and we had lots of room to spread out by our chair and umbrella. Which compared to most properties we walked by, was a real blessing. It was the perfect relaxing get away. We would definitely stay again the goal was to relax, soak up some warmth and sunshine and be awed by the beauty of the Gulf and we did just that!

We really enjoyed our time here. The beach was awesome and this place was close to everything. The pool was also great and was very warm which was awesome in the evenings when the ocean was to cold to be in. The owner of the property is very very accommodating and awesome if you have any questions he will answer them and help out however he can. We would for sure stay here again!!!!

The owner was Amazing to deal with, we had everything we needed. The beds were Really comfy which is a huge thing for me. The view was perfect with a huge deck to enjoy!! There was nothing I would change about this trip!! 100 percent recommend this property!!! We will be back!!

We went to Destin for a small Girls Trip. The condo was perfect because it was on the 1st floor right on the beach. It was windy and very chill out on the beach so we were able to get our tan directly from the balcony and it shielded us from the wind. It was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated which was a plus! Will go back there again one day.

It was everything we expected, but better. Easy to check-in, beautifully maintained, and staff was WONDERFUL!

This is my third time at this property and I can’t wait for the fourth. Great beds, wonderful recliners, good patio furniture and a great view.

My husband picked this property based on the size and the veranda that over looks the beach/ocean. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The master has sliding glass doors that open to the veranda too. The condo was the prefect size for our family. They had board games and playing cards for fun family activities if it was raining. Very close the the beach and easy access. The property manager was so helpful too (Jeffry). We communicated early on about our trip and arrival time. I mentioned I needed a crock pot and before I knew it, it was at the door. Thank you!
