We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was so nice to have everything we needed for beach outings on hand (chairs, umbrella, lots of towels, even sand toys for our kids). And as it was quite hot when we were there, we did appreciate the air conditioning. The view was also fantastic! We took tennis lessons at the tennis club which is next door. And Ullua Beach was perfect for our children as the water was calm and also great for adults to snorkel. We would love to return some day!

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely apartment with loads of room for myself and 3 adult children. Great kitchen, very well kitted with everything you would need incl. proper kitchen knives which was brilliant (and unusual!!). Super location too and walkable to restaurants and beaches. Can absolutely recommend!

We brought our 18 and 20 year old to celebrate high school graduations and our 25th wedding anniversary after Covid ruined previous celebration. The condo is perfect! Extremely comfortable, great views from living room and lanai. We cooked many meals in and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There was also some left-over items like spices, ketchup, mayo that we didn’t have to get, and we added some of our favorites throughout the week. A large and small cooler for day trips at the beach provided, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, and one set of snorkel equipment. At first we questioned the beach towels as they seemed thin, however, they were perfect for the Maui sun and the sand came right off of them, they also folded up small for bags. We had one issue with a kitchen cabinet coming unhinged, but with an email, the property manager was there within about an hour and it was fixed quickly and the gentlemen that fixed it recommended a place to go and snorkel we otherwise wouldn’t have gone to. Condo was perfect and would highly recommend renting, we would stay there again! Walkable to shops as well. Also highly recommend Alii Nui morning snorkel trip if you want to relax and be pampered. The crew was fabulous and we all enjoyed our time. And it was worth a trip to Lahaina for the Feast at Lele Luau. Delicious food and fabulous entertainment, much different than the Luau at hotels.

Very comfortable accomodations and great views from living room and lanai. We enjoyed a week here and hope to be back soon.

The location of this condo is at a higher point of the division, and nestled amongst lush trees (overlooking the tennis and pickle ball courts), providing more privacy and a gorgeous ocean view. Sunsets on the lanai made dinner reservations much less appealing! We cooked many of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked, even toilettries were available in the showers, making it much easier to settle in. The surroundings in Wailea are unmatched, paired with the wonderful condo and responsive managers - it was perfect!

We loved all the bird songs from nearby trees while enjoying beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Clean and comfortable condo. Quick access to beach, shops, restaurants.

We have been staying on Maui since the late 90's so have lots of experience with owner rentals. This unit's location is fantastic and the view is one of the best in its complex of buildings. A short drive to good beaches, shopping, and easy access to other south Maui amenities. Unit is top level so living space has high ceilings. Rooms a little quirky but as advertised and would certainly recommend for larger family or group.

Lovely, clean condo with lots of room and all the amenities you might need. Listing is accurate. Beach chairs and towels were a nice touch. A quick walk or drive to local beaches and great views from the porch. Kitchen is well stocked in terms of pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. AC works well and is nice and quiet but we barely had to use it this time of year (Nov). Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back some day!

Several times we had people in our parking spot. All else was wonderful.

Very easy process

We stayed here 11 nights for our family vacation. The Wailea location is amazing! You can walk to restaurants and shopping, it’s also a short drive from the local beaches. The condo has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen with all the necessities. Most of all, we loved the view- beautiful sunsets! Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was great, I found it strange that the property manager emailed me directly instead of going through VRBO so I had a difficult time with check-in directions. Once that was fixed, we had a great time. The third bedroom that is pictured here has a very short trundle bed, best for kids and the bunkbed room is a closet, a closet that has no airflow, a closet that goes into the master bedrooms bathroom. It was very strange, and my teenage kids were too big to use it. This was unfortunate and I wanted and needed a 3 bedroom condo. The third bedroom is for small kids only, that should really be emphasized for future guests. The condo had everything we needed, and was in a great location. All in all we enjoyed our time in Wailea.

This condo is a great option if you are looking for something spacious with a nice view that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Located a couple minute drive from the beaches in Wailea, this condo has all the amenities you will need for a day at the beach…microfiber beach towels, 3 boogie boards, one beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, a beach mat, and lots of sand toys. (I saw coolers in one of the closets but we didn’t use them.) The condo was also well stocked with toilet paper, soap, laundry pods, paper towels, etc. plus all the pots, pans, and random utensils you might need. We enjoyed breakfast every day on the very large balcony, which has a lovely view of the ocean. The beds were super comfortable with memory foam toppers. The AC worked well and cooled down the condo very quickly when we returned at the end of the day. The owner and property manager were both very responsive. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up shifting our stay by one day, and David was amazing and let us stay that extra night. One thing to note: the doors are slats, so you will hear everything that is going on in the other rooms. Not really a problem, but just something to be aware of. Photos are accurate.

This was our first time visiting Maui and we will be back! The location is great, close to shops and many beaches. It was very kid friendly, ours loved the bunkbed room! It was stocked with anything you might need- plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys- bath towels, and there even lots of leftover condiments and other food ( we've been to other VRBO's with nothing in the fridge or cabinets, so this was helpful). The place was very clean and has a nice layout. David and Tara were great hosts and very quick with communication. We had a miss communication on the price as I wasn't aware it went up each person over 4 and David was quick to respond and very nice with explaining the missed information. The only thing I would have liked is a book with recommendations on local things to do and places to eat. I know we have google, but we are old school and love to know the favorite places of the locals. Since it was our first time we had no idea what the best places were. We will definitely be back!!

Our VRBO was a perfect fit for our five adult family members! The condo was roomy, had a large living space, great location and fantastic views. Sunsets were magical. It was also a very quiet building, even during New Year’s celebrations. Yoga out on the lanai was a beautiful way to start the day!

All though we caught 6 out of 10 days full on 100 year rain. Maui is Maui! The people the places the climate was outstanding. Great family time ! We’ll just have to come back to catch that Maui sun is all. Thanks for a great trip.

Overall, we had a nice time in Maui and the location was great. We found a nice nearby beach we frequented often. The condo has great beach chairs and sand toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was great and well equipped and having a washer and dryer was awesome. One thing that we were made aware of was that the condo was not cleaned by a professional cleaning crew prior to our arrival. We were disappointed, as the condo did not feel or smell clean, we found some urine spots on the outer rim of the toilet, and lots of dust. With COVID 19, we were under the impression that there would be a thorough cleaning/disinfecting of the condo in between guests. The bedding all smelled musty and had not been freshly washed and dried. The carpet is in dire need of being replaced. We didn't feel comfortable having our bare feet on the carpet. The chair and sofa cushions are very old and are in need of replacement, very uncomfortable. The internet does not work well unfortunately. Luckily, we had personal hotspots on our phones to hook up to our computers. When we first arrived we were informed a plumber would be there to fix a slow leak. We made sure to be out of the condo at that time to allow their plumber in. The plumber did not show up, so their Property Manager waited inside of the condo (yes, inside with all of our personal belongings), and then tried to reschedule for another day at 8:00am. We asked her to move it to another day after we left, as this would be a second inconvenience, which she did. Overall, the condo did it's job, the location was great and we had a blast in Maui, but I was disappointed in these aspects described above.

This property is beautiful! The view and sunsets are amazing! Very close to Wailea Beach, shopping and the Monkey Pod restaurant. The home has many amenities and very nice furnishings!

David and Tara's place was perfect for our family of 5. This is a beautiful second floor unit with a huge lanai. It was great to wake up in the morning and have our coffee and papaya on the lanai and enjoy the view. The central air units and ceiling fans made it very comfortable and the high ceilings added to the spaciousness of the condo. The place was comfortably and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed. David was extremely responsive with his communications which was very nice. This was our first time staying in Wailea (we've staying in Kihei before) and found it to be very pleasant, close to the shops, and to the beach walk. We would love to stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our week in Maui. Lots of room for my family of five (my husband and me, our teenage sons, and my mother). There was something for everyone! The condo was up-to-date, comfortable, and very well-appointed. Lots of beach gear for the close-by beaches. My sons preferred the waves at Big Beach and we snorkeled with green turtles at Makena Landing! I would absolutely stay at this condo again and will recommend to friends. Most importantly, the communication with owners David and Tara was excellent-top notch compared to all my VRBO rentals! Thank you, David and Tara!
