Pros: beautiful view, easy beach access, lovely updated home. Beds comfortable. Hot tub enjoyed by family Cons: door to back deck broken and unable to open. Front door electronic lock did not work. Washing machine broken. The first two had work arounds ( another side door to back, emergency keys in lock box. Family of 7 with young kids could have used the washing machine over the 5 days we were there. Management was notified, but no solution while we were there. I was unable to get the front door to lock upon leaving the last day, luckily cleaning person came right at check out time and she said she would handle it. It would be nice to have some larger beach towels available for use with hot tub. Overall, family of 7 had a wonderful time. Would stay again.

Very comfortable house with room for all to spread out. Good access to the beach for great walks. We appreciated the quick response from Oregon Beach Vacations, they addressed all our concerns. Except…the washing machine was out of order! Wish we had known, but it didn’t stop us from having a good time!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We had direct beach access and went for walks to the rocks. We enjoyed the living room for movies and games, and the hot tub for relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring north and south. Towels were abundant and the area was quiet. We had no communication with the property manager to speak of but they checked on us. We would love to return.

Location, beach access and hot tub were great. Very limited cookware and utensils. Towels were very old/scratchy and no beach towels. Very limited toilet paper and paper towels. No dish rags or cleaning products provided. There were just a few laundry packets and dishwasher packets. Not enough for six days and 11 people. No deep cleaning. Inside kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty. Upstairs bedrooms and stairs did not appear to be vacuumed and you could still see footprints from previous renters and some dirt. Overall is was average and not worth the cost but views, beach access and hot tub were very nice.

Amazing views from the beautiful deck and backyard full of natural vegetation! Easy beach access (shared with the house next door) was a must for the grandparents staying with us. Beach and neighborhood were nice and quiet. Property management was responsive; someone came the next day to try to clean the hot tub after I called. We didn't mind the sand in it, but the slimy brown film around the inside of the tub kept us out of it, unfortunately. The man who came to clean it said he couldn't do much; he skimmed the water and wiped off some (not all) of the film. The house really needs a deep-cleaning. There were dirty dishes, pan, and utensils put away in the kitchen, and small toys found underneath one of the coffee tables meant that the dusty rug wasn't thoroughly vacuumed. Pillow cases on the extra pillows found in the closets would be welcomed. We put out the garbage can on Thursday night for Friday pickup, as directed, but it was never emptied. Maybe garbage day has changed? The house is really cute and cozy with very comfortable beds, and the location can't be beat.

Great beach access. Nice view, hot tub and clean. Not a good choice if you have more than 2 kids, though. One bunkbed in a room about 6 feet wide, so others had to sleep in the living room on rollaways, which was not at all convenient. 3 bedrooms with comfortable king beds for adults.

Location and house did not disappoint. Hot tub, beach access are unbeatable! Chester’s market was super convenient and stocked with everything you could want.

You opened the door and you could hear the amazing waves. There were just two of us but the house is comfortably large enough for a family and/or a number of friends. The amenities are good. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. There isn't anything plush about it, but the basics you need are there. In terms of the neighborhood, we were disappointed with our choice of only one location that delivered food but if you are cooking, picking up or eating out there are a variety of choices.

When we arrived the trash can outside was already half filled with garbage which surprised us as pickup day was advertised as Friday, but when the Friday of our stay came around no pickup was made. By that point we had to stack garbage bags on top and beside the can. We had 10 in our party, and we obviously created a lot of garbage. For the two remaining days of our stay we continued to pile the garbage. When we stayed here 2 years ago I remember having to call to have it picked up.

Within a couple of days we were in the hot tub, and it was already dirty. I called to find out how often the hot tub as treated, and I was told after every guest. Those in our part familiar with maintaining a hot tub treat theirs twice a week. Someone was out within 24 hours to clean it for us. Sometime between the third night and the second morning our kitchen faucet stopped working. I called to have someone come out and look at it, and someone did come the next day. We got the water back but just cold water. The gentleman who came out didn't have a part he needed to fix the sink completely and said he'd be back when he got the part. Two days later and no missing part I called again. 12 hours before checkout time we had a new faucet with hot water. So for four days we did not have hot water in the kitchen sink, and we washed our dishes and hands elsewhere (the dishwasher did have hot water).

Property location could not be better. Shade with beach view and steps away to the beach for the sun worshipers. Easy travel up and down the coast. Could definitely use a gas grill though; we stayed in most evenings and cooked, who wouldn't with such a great spot? The hot tub seemed pretty clean, but some of the jets did not work. It was great for warming the feet! Beds were comfy and we were able to hear the ocean at night. We will definitely try to return to this spot again.

Not as clean as I would like but it's right off the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The view is gorgeous. I would stay here again.

What an amazing experience.! Definitely coming back here! Two minor changes that others might not care about… The faux foliage above the kitchen cupboards could be dusted. :-) Or replaced with something different. And we immediately put the TV on the floor, as it blocked the ocean view. Maybe arranging so the TV is in a different location? Excellent kitchen to cook in, linens, pillows were excellent. Thank you!

House and location could hardly be better. The property manager was an angel in helping us Sunday night at 10:00 pm with an urgent issue. She did so with calmness and good spirit. AND, she got it fixed. The house has a few maintenance issues with smoke alarms that need to be cared for now. Our overall experiences was A plus in every other way.
