The location was within a walk of the beach & shops. A few supermarkets were also within walking distance plus a laundry. The gym was good. Large infinity swimming pool. Lovely view from apartment over Kamala Bay. An added bonus being able to watch Netflix.

Very few loungers around pool - no onsite restaurant although there were plenty close bye.

There was no spa, restaurant no rooftop dining area,, bar or snack bar as advertised they had clised and booking.com is still allowing adverts stating all of them are available. Our apartment was booked through nooking.com but managed by a property management company who also advertise all tge dacilities available. Even tge oceana apartments website shows a bar, restaurant rooftop dining, snack etc. Surely Booking.com should carry out checks to make sure the advert is truthful. Whrn we complained to them the told us to take pictures , but i asked how could i take photos of something that is not there. Still waiting a week later for response yo our complaint. The swimming pool area only had 5 workable sun loungers which considering there must be at least 40 apartments ..if everybody decided to go the pool there would be chaos. WORST OF ALL if you are in block A there was no mention on adverts that it is a hike up to the block, you have to get lift up to 7th floor then walk past pool then over a metal gantry then through tower block b garage then up two very steep slopes ...NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES . In the end we moved to a different hotel as my husband has a bad arthritic knee and he could not manage the hike anymore. Booking.com had not been helpful at all.in resolving the problem

The location was very good as the apartments are close to everything Kamala has to offer. A Big C supermarket is on your doorstep together with an excellent morning market for local Thai food. Restaurants and bars abound within a few minutes walk. The beach is a 5 minute stroll. The view from the sea view balcony was lovely and we often sat there in the early mornings and late evenings taking in the sights and sounds of this less frenetic part of Phuket island.

Being an apartment rather than a hotel, I would have preferred more than a once weekly change of sheets and towels.

Best location and very clean property

The distance from the beach, and the property itself were big advantages, we had a comfy although quite small apartment. The coordinator of the accommodation was very nice and helpful. Shops and small restaurants nearby. The property is new and clean.

The Kamala beach and the area are not very nice, beach was full of plastic bottles. Please note there is no reception and no cleaning service! Plus we needed to pay for a broken cup which never happened to me in a few stars accommodation. Toilet didn't flush properly and shower drained water very slowly.

Only The Swimming Pool ! And The Quite Atmosphere

It Was A Big Mistake That We Reserve In That Apartment if It's An Apartment Name And We Don't Have Any View as It says From The Pictures WiFi Is Horrible !!! Bed Is Uncomfortable at all It's Not From The Direct Owner It's Companies Inside One Company I Rented From A Guy Who Already Rent It From Another Owner There Is No Service At All Even I Stay 5 Days and There Is No Staff Around All The Day I'll Never Rent There Again My Advice To Myself Is To Check The Location Because There Is Many Other Apartments Around More Cheaper And There Is Daily Room Service and There Is A Staff

The apartment was just like the photos. The pool was nice, gym was fine and there was a small grass part at the back that my children got to play on. We were happy with the apartment - but we had just read a previous review that prepared us for going to the 7th floor then walking over a metal bridge etc. I think if we had not read that review we may have been surprised. Oliver was great fast to respond when we wanted to extend our stay.

my husband and I were both trying to work, the internet was not quite strong enough to support that. We just had to buy a SIM card - so easily solved.

The view was amazing. Much better then the photos represented. The host was an absolute gentleman. Highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was incredible. I also enjoyed the facilities that were available for this unit. Aside from a few hiccups, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this to anyone considering this unit.

The location was great, just next to the busy street with bars, restaurants and big supermaket and only a few hundred meters from the sea. Rooftop pool was great; stylish and calm. There's no bar but you are allowed to take your own refreshments and snacks to the pool area. The Hotel & apartment complex (3 buildings) are built on a slope. The apartment is in the third building and the reception and pool area are located on the first building - but still near each others eventhough the slope means some climb uphill. Maybe not very good choise for elderly people. We enjoyed the silence and views from apartment's huge balcony. The property Manager Oliver was very helpfull and arranged airport transfer for us.

Alexander's property promised "cleaning is provided 2 times per a week free of charge." Unfortunately, we didn't get any cleaning services during the week. Not even when I asked for it, this was a huge disapointment. Hopefully this is improved with other customers. The apartment was quite new so maybe some of the nessessary items were missing that's why e.g. drying rack for clothing. Wifi connection was extreamly poor.

Great property with the best of both worlds. The privacy of an apartment and the pool/ gym/ spa of the attached hotel.
