We enjoyed our quiet stay. Had reservations to fish but was canceled due to weather. So we enjoyed hanging at house. Mosquitos we pretty bad at ground level but not on upper deck. Thanks for the mini vaca!

This place was exactly what we needed. This outdoor space was amazing and the hottib was to die for. The fishing was OK and the fenced yard would be good ifyou had dogs.

Perfect property for a place to gather with our 4 grown children, 3 grandchildren and dog. Love that there’s a fence and gate between the house and the canal which adds a layer of protection for the children, and fully fenced yard for the dog. Wonderful deck and mesmerizing fishing lights. The kayaks were a hit, as well as being able to fish in the canal.
Five y.o. and 3 y.o. grandsons caught fish quickly which will be memories that last a lifetime.

This property was wonderful! We were able to bring our pups and there was ample room for everyone. The upstairs deck was wonderful with two palapas for lounging. The fenced yard was great for the dogs. There was a game room downstairs with a pool table and foosball as well as a washer and dryer. There was also a hot tub. A golf cart was available (nominal rental fee) that was convenient to use in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property in the future!

Love the layout, especially the decks, hot tub, kayaks, game room and fenced yard for our dog to play. Management was extremely prompt & helpful answering our questions. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. I entire family always had something to do! Whether we were playing pool, playing cards, fishing, in the hot tub, enjoying the golf cart, or just enjoying the beautiful property. We will definitely look to book here again!

We had originally planned to only stay 3 nights and ended up staying 6! That’s how much fun we had. Outstanding on the spot Service with any questions we had, location is amazing, house and all outdoor areas are well thought out, safe, and roomy for a large group with kiddos and/or a fur baby.
Fishing and crabbing is great! Def recommend getting the golf cart! We WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Awesome!

We spent 2 nights at Bayside Breeze and really enjoyed the house. The entire process of renting the property was a breeze!! Owners even checked in after we arrived to make sure we got in with no problems!

We had a great time at Bayside Breeze. The kids enjoyed the fishing off the dock. We caught a couple of crabs that the kids loved. We were able to take the golf cart to the beach easily from this place. Our friends stopped by with their boat and were able to pull right on up. Will certainly be staying again!

We enjoyed the kayaks and all the extra things to do. The beach was a close drive and it was actually better than being on it so we didnt get sand everywhere. We will be back

Our boys wanted to have a trip with their friends. The house worked well as the boys mostly hung out downstairs (game room, deck, kayaks, canal) and the adults upstairs (another deck and the main part of the house). Close to beach and fishing.

The house is in a canal full of fish. It has great outdoor space. We had three kids with us and everyone had okeabty of room to have their space. Beds were comfortable and game room was a nice addition to have .

We enjoyed the peace of the bay. Did a lot of fishing, day & night thanks to the green light. It was very clean, and perfect fenced in yard for our dog! I would suggest bringing a travel fan, for those that use box fans normally at home. Wonderful stay and we would book again.

House was same as last year! Game room was there and house was clean. Jon was spot on to every request we had. Great trip! We will definitely return again!

We had a great extended holiday weekend. House was as pictured, location was great, not too far off the sea wall. Enjoyed fishing, kayaking, grilling out and winding down in the hot tub. We had a few minor hiccups but the owners got it taken care of quickly. Overall was a great place. We would definately stay again.

We had a great time at the property. Everything was as promised and we had a great time. The outdoor space is great wether your down stairs in the game room or hot tub and cooking on the grill or your upstairs sitting around the tables enjoying the view. Jamaica Beach is a great place to stay. It’s quieter than downtown Galveston and you can take you car on the beach with all of your gear instead of carrying it down from the sea wall.

Everything was great. I will say I don't think the hottub is heating properly, but it wasnt that big of a deal to us. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. We had a good time. Also, the top left of the stairwell needs to be fixed, it is coming detached.

Perfect for families with kids!
The property is in a great location- quick walk to the beach, and right on the water. The house is set up for people traveling with kids! They enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, and game room!

Loved the fact that it’s all fenced in for safety of younger kids. 13 year old enjoyed the kayak! Plenty of space. Everything you need to cook. Grandmas loved the hot tub! Game room super fun as well.

Beach trip with kids and grandkids
The set up of house was perfect for our pet but found the interior a little outdated. Kitchen had sufficient cooking supplies and dishes for our stay. The disappointment was the smell of the refrigerator. Attempted to clean It twice but still smelled of shrimp/seafood. Otherwise our family had a good time fishing crabbing and playing pool.

Best of Both Worlds - Bay and Gulf side
Loved that Jamaica Beach was only a mile away and the house located on a canal leading to the bay. This allowed us to enjoy the beach several different times of the day (swimming, kite flying, skimboarding, shelling, fishing, etc.) and enjoy the canal by night (crabbing, fishing, enjoying the evening breeze on the deck). Filled our need during our short visit to Galveston Island.

Very relaxing, also fun for kids
We arrived on a Friday evening with our three boys. There was fishing right off the dock! First night they caught some baby shad and blue crabs! The house is very nice and lots of room! Could have brought my sisters family with 3 kids and still had plenty of sleeping spots!

It was a nice place to stay a little dusty could have used a little bit of cleaning but over all I would recommend it.
