We had a great stay at Inlet Beach! The home is the perfect Florida beach house. It doesn’t get better than being right on the beachfront and beach setups are provided making vacation life so easy. We even scheduled a bonfire with Jay which was great. Home is well stocked. Extra fridge in the garage was nice to have. The views from the porches are amazing and it’s a short walk down to the dune lake at Camp Helen. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride into Rosemary Beach. Will definitely return. My only suggestions are to replace the upstairs carpeting with a more beach friendly solid flooring and ditch the extra cribs in the bedrooms.

Great location and wonderful host Damon was very attentive and easy to communicate with. House has lots of everything you need. Only wish bedrooms had queen beds and just provided pac n play bedding for little ones instead of full baby beds.

Our family loved the house and location! It was so close to the ocean - literally toes in the sand when you step off the porch!! It has a pool located close and close to town. The only issue was wishing there were more either queen or king size beds because we have taller people in our family. Everything worked in the house and Damon was good to respond back to us! Jay was very helpful and put chairs out plus checked on us. We also enjoyed the Cafe Aroma- donuts, coffee and ice cream. We also took a sunset tour with Paradise Adventures and loved it - enjoyed our captain and co-captain Nolan & Courtney!

Beautiful beaches. Close to everything. Drawback was poorly stocked kitchen as to what we are used to. We cook lots and don’t eat out a lot. All in all nice vaca home. Be sure to talk to Jay and Matthew! Best beach boys in Florida!!!!

We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental including its location, proximity to the beach, and layout. The included beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus! Highly recommend this property!

It’s all about location, and this property has it. In over 30 years of vacationing in Florida, we have never been this close to the beach…5 steps down the back porch, 2 steps across a stone pathway and voila. Your toes feel the warm, white sand of beautiful Inlet Beach. And, what makes this beach spot so great is that the Gulf of Mexico is very close by. Sitting on the back porch one afternoon listening to the waves crashing in was just heaven. Props to Jay for setting up our chairs and umbrellas each and every day of our stay. If you want the beach, this is the place!!!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Our host was FABULOUS! Communication was superb. The property was well appointed and location can’t be beat. We’ll return!

The process from check in to check out was simple and easy. We’ve stayed almost everywhere From Destin to PCB and this is our favorite spot. Multiple families had plenty of room and you can’t beat being able to walk right out to the beach. The beach area was very quiet and we had no problem getting the same spot every day. Beach chairs and umbrellas were an added plus that most places make you pay for.

We absolutely loved this beach front house! Fit our family perfectly with the 6 bedrooms. The beach is beautiful and having the chairs set up every morning was awesome. The owner was very timely with answering our questions. The entire 30A area is a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to return someday soon! Highly recommend this beach house rental!

Perfect Location and worth it

Our family had an amazing week at this home. The location is perfect. Enjoyed waking up to the beautiful ocean. The house has everything you can ask for. The beach chairs and kayak were a great plus. We cooked at home, grilled, enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, walks on the beach, kayak on the ocean, even saw some dolphins right in front! Very short walk to Rosemary and Seacrest and short few mins drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Jay and Damon were both very responsive and took care of everything needed. We will definitely be back!

From online booking to checkout a beautiful experience. Step off the back porch on to the beautiful inlet beach! The house is gorgeous, well equipped, and minutes away from anything you good need or want. Hated to leave I will miss my numerous walks on the white sand. Hope to definitely come back next year and would rebook this dream house again!!

The weather was almost perfect for the entire week! The beach house is beautiful and truly is on the beach! The owners were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Lots of sea shells and dolphins. Quickly got to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
